Ryuen returned to where Nami and the others were and found them standing in front of a villa-style inn. It looked like they were planning to stay there this time. 

Well, it wasn't like money was a problem for them anymore! 

"When we left just now, did you get into a fight with CP9?" Nami asked, tilting her head as she looked at Ryuen. 

"Yeah, there was this arrogant guy, so I gave him a little lesson. Didn't want him thinking he was the king of the world," Ryuen said proudly. 

"Tch—" 

"You're just as bad," Nami rolled her eyes at him. 

Then, they all walked into the villa inn. After booking the best villa, they finally had a chance to relax. 

"This place is so nice, perfect for a vacation! By the way, Nami, when are you going to map out the sea around here?" Daisy asked as she lazily stretched out on the soft couch before sitting up again. 

Everyone turned to look at Nami. 

"Hmm..." 

"There's no rush. I feel like the weather here is pretty complicated, so we might need to stay for a while. 

Besides, I'm really curious about what Granny Kokoro said about the 'Gods of Water.' 

She told us we'd understand once we got here, and now I think I get it. Those so-called Gods of Water must have something to do with the weather around here," Nami said thoughtfully. 

"The Gods of Water, huh..." Daisy's eyes darted around as if she was deep in thought. 

Even Ryuen was curious about them, let alone the rest of Dream Crew.

A "Closed" sign hung on the door. 

Inside, all CP9 members except Kalifa were gathered. 

"Lucci, are you really sure about this?" Kaku asked seriously, his expression grim. 

"I've thought it through. This is our chance—our chance to get stronger!" Lucci said, a hint of excitement in his voice. 

"A chance to get stronger?" Jabra looked puzzled. 

"Devil Fruits," Lucci said firmly. 

As soon as he mentioned Devil Fruits, the rest of CP9 immediately understood his plan. 

Lucci was right—this was their opportunity. 

A chance to get their hands on Devil Fruits! 

Even though CP9 had a lot of authority and could kill anyone who interfered with their missions or posed a threat to the government, they still didn't have access to the World Government's top resources. 

But if they reported Nico Robin's presence, Spandam would never sit back and do nothing. The two sides had a deep grudge, after all. 

As CP9's leader, Spandam would definitely order them to take action against Nico Robin. And when that happened, he'd have no choice but to rely on them.

Without wasting any time, Rob Lucci began contacting CP9's leader—Spandam.

"The Dream Exploration Team has arrived in Water Seven?"

"Yes, Chief Spandam. So we wanted to ask—what should we do about Nico Robin?" Lucci asked calmly. 

"Just capture Nico Robin! As long as we get that criminal, I'll earn the recognition of the Five Elders, and you guys will rise in status too!" Spandam said excitedly. 

"That might not be possible. It's not just about Nico Robin's current status—we also aren't strong enough. Their captain is very powerful," Lucci said in a serious tone. 

On the other end of the transponder snail, Spandam immediately understood what Lucci meant. It all came down to Devil Fruits.

Hearing this, Rob Lucci and the CP9 members exchanged satisfied looks. The Devil Fruits they had wanted for so long were finally within reach! 

"Understood, Chief Spandam. We're heading back to Enies Lobby now!" Lucci replied immediately.

At Enies Lobby, inside the CP9 leader's office, Spandam was thrilled. 

He knew exactly what capturing Nico Robin meant. 

If he handed her over to the Five Elders, his status in the World Government would skyrocket. 

The only problem was the Dream Exploration Team. He knew they were backed by Saint Lindgas, but Spandam also had the support of other Celestial Dragons. 

With that in mind, he picked up the transponder snail and called his father, Spandine. 

"Moshi moshi~" 

"Father, I have something important to report. It's about the Dream Exploration Team and Nico Robin…" 

After hanging up, Spandam's face showed a smug expression. 

His father had told him to go all in. As for any pressure from Saint Lindgas's side, his father would handle it. After all, right now, Lindgas couldn't provide the Dream Exploration Team with protection. 

But one thing was clear—Nico Robin must be captured! 

Spandam already had a plan in mind. He walked over to a cabinet, opened it, and inside were several Devil Fruits. 

Rob Lucci and the others were already geniuses. If he hadn't been suppressing them all these years, they might have been even stronger by now. 

But that didn't matter anymore. Once they ate these Devil Fruits, their power would increase significantly. 

With their new strength, they should have no problem dealing with the Dream Exploration Team. 

Of course, the Dream Exploration Team had no idea about CP9's plans. 

At the moment, they were just enjoying themselves in Water Seven. 

"Ryuen, the mayor of Water Seven, Mr. Iceburg, has invited us to dinner. Are we going?" Nami asked after answering a call. 

Just then, a bird landed on Ryuen's shoulder and started chirping, passing along some intelligence it had picked up. 

After listening, Ryuen smirked, a playful glint in his eyes. 

"Hey!" 

"Are we going or not?" 

"Wait a second… That look on your face—you scheming bastard! Who are you plotting against now?" Nami immediately sensed that something was off. 

Hearing Nami's words, the rest of the Dream Crew also turned to look at Ryuen. 

"We're not going. We've got something fun planned for tonight!" 

"Something fun?" 

"Yeah!" 

"Come on, Ryuen! Tell us what we're doing!" 

As soon as they heard there was something fun, the Dream Crew's faces lit up with excitement, ready for whatever chaos was coming next!
