"He's right" Michael adds.

Michael gives me a cheesy smile.

"Well, fuck the rules then, im not having another member on board, wether yall like it or not, i dont care if the votings 5 to 1, another member is gonna kill us slowly and slowly, and everyone knows that."

Matias laughs a little.

"I find it funny." Matias adds.

"Funny, what funny?" - Haruta whispers to Michael.

"You, Zayna, the newest recruit, being so unwelcoming, it's surprising cause you know damn well that you and your sister were the last ones to join, i remember seeing your desperate self, how weak you were that day, dying of both hunger and thirst and your sister even passed out, we all remember, how you begged for atleast your handicapped sister to be let in and be treated, how she got no where to go, you remember too, right? Heh what am i saying, you probably know that day by detail, you also probably remember what we all voted, yea of course you do, you remember how none of us wanted you, even Haruta said no, and she's pretty nice."

"Stop, i get it."

"But nope, even though we all voted for yall to be here, Ezekiel saved you, Ezekiel knew how much of a burden you, and yes especially how much of a burden your sister would be, but he accepted you and Asma in anyways."

"Keep Asma out of this."

"Dude, you're taking it a bit too far." Michael grabs Matias on the shoulder

"What? Im just telling the events of that day Michael? Tell me what happend after Ezekiel took them im? Nothing , we didn't argue, we didnt rebel, we simply complied with him and we welcomed both of you. Afterall Ezekiel's too lighthearted to just accept one of you, he cant seperate sisters, especially not twins, especially not if one was, handicapped. So dont go acting all high and mighty, like some sort of boss, you're telling me just cause he's missing, you're suddenly the leader?."

"Say one more word and i'll be doing us all a favor by getting rid of one burden."

"Oh, so now, now you want to-"

I get up from my seat and start approaching him.

"Thats enough, from the both of you." Zara adds.

I hear Zara, loud and clear but i dont stop, my eyes filled with rage, my mind blinded by anger solely fixated on the man who just insulted me and my sister, i raise my hand, and as im about to slap him, someone grabs it from the back, i turn around too see who and to my suprise.

It's Asma.

"Asma, are you just disabled or also fucking deaf, did you not hear him, did you not hear all those words he said about us?!!"

I try to escape her grip but she wont let go, she adds another hand and holds my hand even tighter.

"Asma, let go."

"Zayna, What Matias said was harsh, but no where did he lie."

"W-What?"

"See Zay-"

Matias try to talkI turn around and give him a glance, a deathstare type of glance, immediately silencing him.

"Let's accept the girl, like Ezekiel accepted us, let's treat her, like how Zora treated me, let her prove herself, like how you proved yourself and let's welcome her, like how they welcomed us."

"I, well, it was differ- you wouldn't get it."

"I completely grasp the situation, besides, when dad and mom adopted us, you could even say, when they accepted us in their life, did you think they wanted two extra mouths to feed, two more people to take care of, especially two little babies?, no, no they didn't, but they also, didn't turn our back on us, they adopted us, raised us, educated us all while in even worser conditions. If dad and mom accepted 2, i think those 2 can accept 1."

"So, what do you say Zayna." My sister adds as she lets go of her grip

"I…"

"Fine, you're right, you, you've won me over, I'll vote for her to stay". I stop for a second and turn to Matias.

"But Matias, dont ever think i'll forget what you said this day, there will come a day where you regret it."

"Matias, if my sister, beat the living shit out of you right now, i honestly wouldn't stop her, your words cut deep, also i'd much appreciate it if you'd replace the word handicapped with disabled, please say that you're sorry." Asma adds.

"Are, are you kidding me? No way in he-" Matias says.

I give him that same stare from earlier.

"Look, i, if my words offended you, im sorry. I'll apologize for that, but as you said earlier, nowhere what i said was wrong, and i aint going to apologize for stating out the truth."

*Max bites Matias and barks at him.*

Zara sighs.
