Rebirth Of Sin

Chapter 2: First Steps In A New World

Chapter 1: First Steps in a New World

Sin stepped out of his room, his heart was pounding like a train.

Then he see's. Dining hall.

The warm glow of lanterns illuminated a cozy dining hall, far different from the dull, lifeless one he had in his apartment in previous life. A wooden table stood at the center, filled with steaming plates of food—freshly baked bread, roasted meat, and a rich vegetable stew. The smell alone made his stomach growl. But before that.

Three people sat at the table, looking up as he entered.

He see's his new family. The one he never had in previous life.

His mother, a gentle woman with long brown hair and kind eyes, smiled warmly. "You're finally awake, Sin. You've been in bed all day. How are you feeling?"

His father, a tall man with short black hair and a scar across his cheek, studied him with a firm gaze. "You collapsed during training. I told you to know your limits. Don't push yourself." His voice was deep, strong—the voice of a warrior.

And finally, his little sister. A cheerful girl with silver hair and bright blue eyes pouted at him. "Big brother, were you pretending to be sick to skip training?" She said.

Sin swallowed hard. He is thinking in his mind

This wasn't just some random noble family—this was his family. Their warmth, their concern… it was something he had never felt before in his past life.

He took a deep breath. "I… I'm fine. I just needed some rest." He said with a trembling voice

His father nodded, satisfied. And says "Good. Eat well. Training will continues tomorrow."

Sin sat down in dinner table, taking a bite of the bread. It was soft, warm—real. Everything about this world felt so much more alive than his previous life where he was all alone by himself. Warm tears come from his eyes. And his mother asked what happened why are you crying. Sin said nothing it' just bread is hot. He's mother said eat slowly don't rush yourself he smiled with crying face and said yes mother..

He is thinking in his mind while eating warm bread.

"This is my new reality. No more wasting my time like I did in my previous life in front of a screen."

As he ate, his mind wandered to the memories he had received about this world. Power ruled everything here.

Gods and demons still influenced the world, granting their power to chosen warriors.

The strongest warriors and mages attended Grand Awakening Academy, where they could awaken divine or demonic abilities.

Noble houses controlled much of the world, each one tracing its lineage to ancient heroes.

And most importantly, those without power were nothing. In this world .

Sin clenched his fist. He wouldn't be weak. In this world and will become a strongest. He said in his mind.

Then suddenly voice come.

His father spoke, pulling him from his thoughts. "Sin, your awakening ceremony is in a month. After that, you will enroll in the Grand Awakening Academy." He said

His sister with smile clapped her hands excitedly. "You're going to become a strong warrior like Father, right?"

Sin smirked. And said"Stronger." No i will be strongest he said. Then vioce come

His father raised an eyebrow. "Confidence is good. But strength is earned, not given. We'll see if your actions match your words." With strict tone..

While his family is worried. About his future..

But sin' on the other hand was giggling with excitement. This was it. The first step to becoming the strongest. He said.

And then his Journey Begins.

As dinner ended, Sin stood up.

In he's room "I have one month before the awakening ceremony. One month to train, learn, and prepare." For everything.

He clenched his fists. And said..

"This world is mine. And no one can stop me.

With this he goes to sleep.

Next morning.

The morning sun cast golden light over the training grounds behind Sin's house. The air smelled of damp earth and freshly cut grass. The distant sounds of swords clashing and men shouting filled the area—his father's knights were already training.

Sin stood in the center of the field, dressed in a simple training outfit. Across from him, his father observed him with arms crossed.

"You have one month before the awakening ceremony," his father said. "Until then, I will train you myself. If you can't handle it, leave now." With strict tone.

Sin grinned. And said "I won't run." Never.

His father smirked. "Good. Then let's begin." The traning.

Before entering in to world of wonder sin needs to know. Basics of Combat

His father tossed him a wooden sword. Sin caught it, feeling its weight in his hands. He had wielded countless swords in games, but this was different—this was real.

His father took a stance. "Come at me."

Sin dashed forward, swinging his sword with all his strength.

His father sidestepped effortlessly and knocked Sin's weapon away with a single strike.

Before Sin could react, his father's fist crashed into his stomach.

Sin gasped, dropping to his knees. The pain was real, sharp, and overwhelming.

"This isn't a game." He said in his mind. But he was enjoying it.

His father watched him struggle. "That's the difference between someone who has fought real battles and someone who hasn't."

Sin coughed but forced himself back up. "Again."

His father's eyes gleamed with approval. "Good. Keep standing back up, and you might actually become strong."

As training continued, a new voice interrupted them.

"Still alive, Sin?" Voice filled with EGO.

Sin turned to see a tall, blond-haired boy standing at the edge of the field. His smirk was cocky, his noble uniform spotless.

His name was Reynald Valtair, the son of a high-ranking noble and a top-ranked prodigy aiming for Grand Awakening Academy.

Sin's memories of this world told him one thing—Reynald was his rival. And the one who thinks he is inferior to sin because of status.

"You look pathetic," Reynald said, stepping closer. "Are you sure you're fit for the Academy?"with cocky voice.

Silent for a moment but. Then...

Sin wiped the sweat from his brow. "I'll prove it when I beat you." To pulp.

Sin said...with smirk in his face. While thinking some cursed word in his mind.

Reynald chuckled. "Big words for someone who can barely stand. Let's see if you survive the Awakening." And he leaves..

As Reynald left, Sin turned back to his father.

And with confidence he said"One day, I'll defeat him," Sin said.

Then with some moment of pause..

His father gave a rare smile to him and said. "Then keep training. You have a long way to go." Before you can even land a hit on him. With this...

Sin confidently tightened his grip on his sword. And said.

"This is just the beginning." With smile...

After week's of hellish traning.

The Day of Awakening has finally come. Sin was excited.

And then big temple where each individual gets there awakening done.

Sin was admiring the beauty of temple.

The grand hall of the Awakening Temple was filled with young men and women, all gathered for one purpose—to receive their divine or demonic blessing.

Sin stood among them, his heart pounding like he was about to explode. Massive golden pillars lined the chamber, and at the center, a towering crystal obelisk pulsed with radiant energy.

This was the Divine Awakening Stone, a relic said to be a remnant of the ancient war between gods and demons. Those who touched it would awaken their innate power—a gift from a divine or demonic entity.

"This is it. My real journey begins now." Sin said.

His father and sister watched from the spectator's balcony, along with nobles, warriors, and academy officials. This ceremony was more than just a ritual—it determined one's status in the world.

Then after while everyone had awakening some had divine power and some demonic.

Sin looks nervous because he's turn about to come. Then loud voice come..

"Next, Sin Veltrius!"

Sin stepped forward, the crowd started whispering. The son of a renowned warrior… Would he live up to his father's legacy?

He ignored them, placing his hand on the crystal. Altrugh he is nervous but he is excited also..

The moment he touched it crystal, his mind was pulled into a void of endless darkness.

Then—chaos erupted.

He saw gods clashing against demons, titanic beings wielding power beyond imagination. Divine flames consumed the heavens, while abyssal darkness swallowed entire realms.

Amidst the battle, a voice echoed—deep, ancient, and filled with overwhelming power.

"Mortal… you seek strength beyond all? You seek battle without end?"

Sin's body trembled. He don't know what's happening but he said "Yes. I want to fight, to grow stronger, to become more than just a forgotten soul." He said.

The voice laughed, shaking the void itself. Good.

"Then I shall grant you my blessing… if you can withstand it."

Sin with confidence in his voice. Yes

And then suddenly.

A blinding gold and crimson light exploded around him. Sin felt his body burning, reshaping—something inside him awakening.

A Power Never Seen Before in this world.

Back in to the real world, the crowd gasped as the Awakening Stone cracked—something that had never happened before. Every one started stood up and with panic it there voice started asking what's happening.

On the other hand.

Sin's body trembled as an unfathomable force surged through him. His father's eyes widened in shock. The Academy officials rose from their seats, whispering amongst themselves. What's happening what is this power. We never seen before.

A powerful aura surrounded Sin—but it was neither divine nor demonic. It was something else entirely. Different like the power which never existed or seen. Even in record's of history..

The high priest hesitated. "This… this is unheard of. His power… it does not belong to any god or demon we know." Every one started murmuring. But then.

The obelisk's light faded, and Sin collapsed to one knee, gasping for breath. His mind was still spinning from the overwhelming force. He can't hear anyone.

With loud voice.....

The priest finally spoke. "Sin Veltrius has awakened… the Legacy of the Forgotten God." They said

Silence filled the room. Then, whispers erupted— again.

"A new power?"

"A forgotten god? What does this mean?"

"Is he dangerous?" Everyone started murmuring again but then.

Our character stood up and with confidence in his eyes.

He smirked, clenching his fists. And then thinking in his mind that His path had been set...

"This world doesn't know what's coming." For now
