The energy surrounding Korrin grew thicker, almost tangible, as the flames licking around his body seemed to take on a life of their own, and it was not just flames, his body also attracted large amounts of Life energy from the surroundings.

His body pulsed with power; each wave stronger than the last. The glow of his aura reflected on his skin, now taking on a faint crimson hue.

The other three Half-Drows weren't far behind. Beads of sweat formed on their foreheads, but their expressions remained resolute.

The red energy surrounding them flickered erratically, evidence of their struggle to stabilize the immense power coursing through their bodies.

As the moments stretched, Korrin's aura began to stabilize, signaling that he was nearing the end of his evolution.
