Still, if there was a reason why the research of the Devil Fruit in the world of One Piece was more advanced than the research of the Sacred Gear in the world of DxD, Masa knew the answer, and that answer was it was because the existence similar to a Vegapunk didn't exist. 

Unlike Vegapunk, who even made his own clones so he could focus on his research, Azazel was a fallen angel, so it was impossible for him to give all of his time to the research. 

More importantly, Vapapunk is a human. 

While it might seem weird, Masa also understood why humans were an amazing species. The time of humans was limited, and they weren't immortal like him, who was a devil, so during those moments, they tried to show their sparks in their lives. 

On the other hand, the devil had almost unlimited time, so they had a lot of free time, and even if they were lazy and slept for hundreds of years, it didn't really matter, so they didn't use their time well, and their thought toward the time was different from a human. 

However, unlike the old generation, the new generations of supernatural beings had their thoughts affected by humans, so they worked hard toward their ambitions with their might if they discovered their interests. 

This was also the reason why Azazel, who was older, wasn't as good as one of the Four Great Satans, Ajuka Beelzebub, who could even create an Evil Piece, a tool that allowed another creature to become a reincarnated devil. 

Masa was the same as he had been working hard to become stronger.

If Masa had to be honest, he had never ever thought to kill Azazel, to begin with, but it was different when he found out the fact that Raynare, Mittlet, and Kalawarna remained silent and never exposed him even after they were tortured by Azazel. 

While they called his name in the end, it was because they knew Masa could handle all the problems, so after all of that, how could they let go of Azazel? 

Yes, Azazel might be an important character in the world of DxD, but so what? 

Masa could even take the Boosted Gear and even kill Issei, so why should he hesitate to kill Azazel? 

Or rather, it had become a unique culture of every supernatural being to kill each other, no matter how important one's role is to the world. 

If Mas had to give an example, Zeus even killed his father, Kronos, before he became the King of Gods, right? 

As for what would happen in the future, in the worst case, the world would be in chaos, and each of the supernatural beings would fight each other, yet Masa thought that it was fine. 

Yes, Masa might not be the strongest, but even so, he was still within the Top 10, and probably, he was already above Sirzech, who was the strongest devil in this universe, but overall, his power was good enough, as he was just below Indra and Shiva. 

As for the Dragon Gods, such as Ophis and the Great Red, Masa knew that it would be a long time before he was able to reach such a strength. Still, after he had killed Azazel and devoured him, what should Raynare, Mittlet, and Kalawarna do?

Still, Masa had to say that the three were merciless as they didn't care about Azazel's life and death, but then again, as Azazel wanted to kill them before, he knew that even if Azazel was their respected leader in the past, Azazel became dead in their minds after they were tormented by Azazel. 

"No, you can go back to Grigori."

The three of them were too weak, so who would think that they could kill Azazel or even get involved with someone who would kill Azazel, especially when their previous image had always made them appear to worship, respect, and love this leader of the fallen angel?

More importantly, Azazel acted on his own to catch the three, as he had never expected that Masa would come so soon. 

Yet, Masa, who had gained the Wapu Wapu no Mi, could go anywhere in this universe as easily as he breathed, and of course, no one would be able to tell that he was the one who did all of this as he was a devil from the House of Vapula. 

Still, even if Raynare, Mittlet, and Kalawarna returned, nothing would happen. Instead, they could go back to normal as if nothing had happened. 

"In the worst case, I will just come to your side like before." 

"Well, that's true..." 

While Raynare's nail was pulled by Azazel, Masa quickly came and saved them, then killed Azazel instantly, so they knew that even if they met a danger, he would come to save them again, and more importantly, as Masa had said before, the three were so weak that no one would think they would be able to do anything to Azazel. 

"Go back since you are more useful to me that way." 

Petting Raynare's chin like a cat, which made her purr, and looking at him with misty eyes as if begging him to do something naughty to her, Masa smiled and said, "Be useful to me, and I will give you a surprise later."
