Between two parallel rails, a projectile is placed. A strong electric current flows from one rail, through the projectile, and into the other rail. This generates an intense magnetic field around the rails, causing the electrified projectile to be launched in the direction of force .

Currently, Chang Wei can control high-voltage currents exceeding hundreds of billions of volts, enough to ionize air into a conductor.

That's right—he intends to use his own arm as the projectile!

The railgun is Misaka Mikoto's signature move, but achieving it involves numerous challenges.

However, that's not a problem. Chang Wei has the Blacklight Virus and knowledge about railguns.

As the commoner disintegrated into ashes and vanished, Chang Wei addressed the air, seemingly answering the unspoken question.

The next moment, a sharp blade struck from behind at an unimaginable speed.

Chang Wei's body shattered into pieces and dispersed into the air.

The stunned commoner was left dumbfounded. Then, dozens of light beams shot in from all directions, vaporizing him completely!

"Human science is also formidable. I underestimated the utility of tools," came the commoner's reply, a blend of voices—men, women, young, and old—creating an eerie sound.

"Tools? Then you've truly underestimated them…"

"Instead of learning from a pinnacle predator atop the food chain, you mimic Earth's outdated methods. The food chain has a time limit. Any species that fails to evolve will face elimination. Only humans have the luxury of abandoning evolution due to laziness and arrogance—because they chose the most effective path of evolution."

"Well then, commoner, Mr., Ms., Old Man of the Mountain, Lü Bu, and the esteemed Einstein… Do you feel it now? That earth-shattering power."

Light reflected in the commoner's eyes—the sun, blooming on land.

"A hydrogen bomb… nuclear fusion? You've evolved to this level?"

He had prepared countless contingencies, confident in his immortality and ability to consume the anomaly that was Chang Wei. Yet, all of this was a trap. The hydrogen bomb was the ultimate weapon. Once "he" was confirmed to be present, Chang Wei decisively obliterated everything through nuclear fusion.

Cautious by nature and empowered by the Blacklight Virus, Chang Wei had no interest in playing a protracted game of cat-and-mouse with the commoner for years.

"Not at all, just a little trick. True nuclear fusion is still beyond reach…"

The unimaginable yield, detonating midair, annihilated not only Chang Wei's aerial fortress but also his ground base.
