"It happens sometimes," Sprout said, ignoring her own tears as she hugged her friend. "The heart simply stops and the magic lets them pass peacefully and...and..." she too sobbed.

"No, I don't believe that!" Pomfrey shouted, pushing her face free. "She was in perfect health!" she repeated loudly.

Harry looked at them dumbly, trying to fight his way through the fog that was in his head. "Wait, what?"
