Chapter 11: Chapter 10
"Why is there only one of them? I thought you said you caught two of them?" The women in red said.
The blonde man quickly answered annoyed. "The other little shit managed to to run away, but there should be no issues as they dont have any electronics with them. This one is quite the looker, we'll be able to sell him for quite alot of money."
The women with red hair gave him a look then looked towards the other man with brown hair. He was the one who held the door for the blonde man. "Why did you bring the kid with cuts. Now his value has gone down. Don't you know how high the value of asian kids are? Why the hell would you bring the kid cut up. We need them in near perfect condition."
The brown hair man snorted and rolled his eyes. "You don't think if I could I would. That little shit put up quite a fight. He fucking bit me in my hands. And thats not all. That fucking shit got a glass shard and started fucking stabbing me. So I had to give him a warning. Just put on a shirt on the kid we should be good. And he cut his hands himself by break glasses to make a weapon to cut me."
The lady with red hair looked at them as if they were imbeciles. She rolled her eyes and focused on driving.
Casey turned to look at the boy with admiration. He wish he had guts like him to be able to hurt himself just to hurt his attacker. Casey turned to look towards the front and saw they were driving in a waste land. He could only hope his grandma would find him quickly.
Back at the waterpark Kevin ran as fast as he could and just kept running until he ran into a lifeguard. Kevin told the lifeguard everything he knew. The life guard immediately used her walkie-talkie to talk to her manager and inform the other lifeguards.
In just a few mintues the teacher came running towards Kevin. Her face was full of tears. She immediately hugged Kevin and asked if he was okay. Kevin told the teacher everything he told the lifeguard.
The teacher immediately put on a serious expression and took out her phone. She started calling Caseys Grandma.
"Hello is this the guardian of Casey?" The teacher asked.
"Yes, it is... Is everythinf alright? Where is Casey, put him on the phone." Sunny immediately felt something was wrong.
"Yes, well Casey can't come to the phone right now because an accident happened. They got out of my sight for just a second and Kevin and Casey met kidnappers. Casey managed to help Kevin escape but he wasn't able to. I'm so sorry. I'm sorry." The teacher kept apologizing and sobbing while on the phone.
She felt that it was her fault, if only she looked after them more closly she would've maybe able to notice they gone earlier. Then maybe she would've been able to stop it from happening.
"I want to tell you it's okay but it's not. I'll be here in a few minutes." With that Sunny ended the call. She wanted to scream and berate the teacher for letting it happen but she knew that wouldn't help them find casey.
Sunny grabbed her phone and keys and ran out the house. On the way there she passed many red lights and even almost hit another car. All she could think about is making sure Casey gets home safely.
Back in the waste land the van arrive in front of this house. The house was in the middle of nowhere. The windows were boarded up and the house looked like it was falling apart.
Thats when reality hit Casey. What if no one finds them? What if they are really stuck here. He could feel the tears falling on his face. His whole body trembling in fear.
The boy next to Casey looked at him and silently took Caseys hands. Casey was shocked and turned to look at the boy with tears still rolling down his cheeks. Casey smiled sheepishly at the boy and whispered a thank you. The boy didn't say anything back and just used his free hands to wipe the tears off of Caseys face.
