Koji sat down on a bench, drinking some water, while Chigiri sat down as well and said, "Thank you for before Ayanokoji."

Koji shook his head and said "I just clarified the options for you. You're the one who chose to defy death. You owe nothing to me."

Chigiri sighed accepting it as the team hit the showers. Eventually, Bachira came out of the shower naked as a lot of the others were apprehensive about this. Koji just sighed and threw a towel at Bachira's junk to cover it up. Bachira grabbed it wrapping it around his waist as he looked up and said "I hope the next match is a little exciting at least."

Imamura sighed and said "I'd prefer if you three dominated the field again. Guarantees me going through. The team headed for the cafeteria.

There they found Team V;

225- Ikki Niko- 1 Goal

224- Zantetsu Tsurugi- 9 Goals

223- Reo Mikage- 10 Goals

222- Barou Shoiei- 11 Goals

221- Nagi Seishiro- 12 goals.

Koji looked at them and thought 'Five notable players. 43 Goals as opposed to our team who scored 45. Ego is this the challenge you arranged for me?'

Barou looked at Nagi with rage as he shouted "You freaking slob! Stop sleeping on the table! Eat properly!"

Reo looked at him annoyed and said "Hey stop bothering Nagi Maid Barou."

Barou gave him an inraged look as Zantetsu said " Bickering amongst each other is like a two-headed snake. By attacking your enemy you also poison yourself... um... did I use that proverb right?"

Reo laughed and said "Stupid Zantetsu. Stop trying to sound so smart."

Niko chimed in and asked, "In our next match how should I do things Reo?"

Reo smiled and said "You're doing great. Just stay on defence and pass the ball up."

Koji looked at Niko and thought, 'Hm... from the tapes I've watched, both of World Class Defenders and Ikki Niko's tapes, Ikki Niko would probably make a good defender, so this Reo Mikage has good instincts.'

Niko nodded as the team got up, running into Team W. Reo said, "Hey, these are the guys. The ones who also haven't lost a single match either."

Niko looked at us and said, "They've got more goals than us too and haven't let their opponents score a single goal."

Reo smiled and said "It doesn't matter. We've got Nagi so we won't lose."

Nagi looked at us and said, "Eh? Not letting the opponents score? Putting effort into something like that sounds like such a hassle."

Koji inspected the group closer and thought 'Nagi Seishiro. I've seen him in the recordings. his talent is off the charts. However, the one who has more potential is clearly Reo Mikage. His all-rounded nature means he's still a molten metal that can be moulded and hardened into something greater. There is a significant issue though. Even from just watching the recordings it's easy to tell he's a lapdog for Nagi. If I want to see his full ability I will have to separate them.'

Kira walked up to them and asked, "What is Football to you exactly?"

Nagi shrugged and said, "It's a hassle."

Kira gritted his teeth in annoyance and said, "I absolutely won't lose. Not to the likes of you! Not to people who look down on Football."

Reo looked at him and said, "Hey! You're Ryosuke Kira! The Jewel Of Japanese Football! I know you're good but do you really think you can beat Nagi? 

Kira looked dead serious as he said "I know I can."

"What a fun guy. Guess the next match will actually be fun," said Reo.

Barou walked past them and said, "You should be worrying about me. Not the Hassle-Man."

Nagi looked at him a bit annoyed and said, "Hey don't give me a nickname like that. You'll make my parents cry you know."

Barou scoffed and said, "Why the hell would I care if they did? It's not my problem, Hassle-Man." Barou walked off as Nagi seemed to have a defeated expression.

Reo looked at Koji and said, "Hey you're that guy! The one that hung back even more than Nagi. Thought you weren't going to join Blue Lock."

Koji looked uninterested and simply said "I wanted to confirm some things with Ego first. That's all."

Nagi looked at Koji and said "And I thought we were alike. Guess you like to do things that are a hassle."

Koji tilted his head and said "Um no. I actually prefer not to get into things that are troublesome."

Nagi smiled and said "I think you and I can get along but don't ask for my phone number. Talking with people is a drag."

Koji sighed and said "I wasn't going to. Well I guess we'll see each other on the field."

With that, the Teams split apart heading their own ways.

Team W Vs Team V

Team V's Setup was Niko as Centerback, Reo in the midfield, and Zantetsu on the right side with Nagi and Barou at the front.

Team W's Setup was Lemon as the goalkeeper. Gagamaru, Immamura, Kuon and Naruhaya as Defenders. Chigri on the left side. Bachira is on the right. Kunigami and Raichi are in the middle. Then Koji and Kira were at the front.

The teams stepped out as Barou looked at Nagi and said, "Pass the ball you lazy hassle-man

Nagi looked bored and said, "Yeah yeah sure. Whatever. Scoring myself is a drag anyways."

Reo looked annoyed and said, "Hey Nagi! You can't just do that. You have to score yourself."

Nagi looked at Reo and asked, "How many before I can sit down?"

"5," replied Reo. Nagi sighed but agreed. Team V started with the ball as Reo passed to Zantetsu who rushed up the field. 

Koji intercepted his path and said "Hi there Mr.Speedster. Where do you think you're going?"

Zantetsu was shocked thinking 'He caught up to me?'

Koji ran up to him observing his movements when Zantetsu passed back to Reo. Reo received the ball and thought 'You can't be serious. Did he stop Zantetsu like that? Who the hell is this guy?'

Barou rushed forward as he shouted, "Pass it to me!"

Reo passed the ball as Kunigami attempted to stop Barou as Koji thought 'Let's see what each of them are capable of first before mounting our attack.' Barou was able to shove Kunigami a little giving himself space as he shot the ball and it sunk into the net.

Announcer: "Goal By Barou Shoiei." Team V (1) : Team W (0)

Barou celebrated shouting, "I'm the King!!!"

Koji analyses Barou's form and thought, 'His weapon is his shooting ability which he bolsters using his superior physique. If I or Kunigami and one other person stop him we can put a stop to him.'

Koji started with the ball and passed it to Kira and asked "Ready to go Mr. Addict?"

Kira rushed forward as Zantetsu made a speedy approach to the defence. Kira realising he couldn't get through made a cross to Bachira who said "Nice pass Kira. I'll make a super special way through."

Bachira began dribbling forward as Barou came to stop him but Koji blocked his path not letting him through as Barou shouted "Get the hell out of my way you damn peasant!" 

Koji didn't budge as Reo tried to stop Bachira but Bachira did a roulette getting past him saying "Too slow! The Monster was way faster."

Bachira saw Kira in position and passed to him as Kira shot the ball only for it to be blocked by Niko who said "Not on my turf!" Niko's aura started as he thought 'Even though I came here to become a Striker... why does it feel so much more fun to crush another Striker's dreams of scoring?'

Kira gritted his teeth in annoyance as another player recovered the ball passing to Reo who passed the ball down the field. Raichi saw the pass and shouted "The hell is with that spin? No one can control that shit!"

Koji looked back thinking 'No. It's possible' as Nagi did a Black Hole Trap with his right foot and shot the ball into the goal with his left.

Announcer: "Goal By Nagi Seishiro." Team V (2) : Team W (0)

Team W looked stunned as Immamura said "How the hell... what kind of monster is he?"

Kuon looked panicked as he thought 'Even with Ayanokoji, Bachira and Kira are we still going to lose?'

Koji walked to Kuon and said, "Don't lose hope yet. It'll take a second to adjust but we're not going to lose to them. I promise you that." Koji walked up to the centre and said "I'm going to let loose a little."

Bachira smirked and said, "That's it! Let out the monster Koji!"

Koji passed the ball as he raced forward Barou and Reo got in the way but Koji quickly slipped past them with ease as Reo shouted "Nagi don't let him through!"

Barou was shocked at Koji's ability and shouted "Bowl-Cut get in there! Hassle-man can't do it by himself!"

Nagi ran up forward as Koji used his hand to create distance and said "The Lazy Genius Nagi Seishiro. Isn't that an appropriate name? But in my eyes, you're not a genius. Just a One-Trick Pony. You're boring." 

Nagi was shocked thinking 'I'm... boring?' as Niko rushed forward.

The ball landed at Koji's feet as Koji said "You're late and early Ikki Niko. 10 seconds too late to stop this shot and 100 years too early to even comprehend crushing my dream of scoring." Koji shot the ball curving it around Niko and into the goal.

Announcer: "Goal By Ayanokoji Kiyotaka." Team V (2) : Team W (1)

Niko was shocked thinking 'This guy... he's the one in control of the field. Not me or Reo.'

Reo looked at this shocked and thought 'Did he call Nagi boring? What's with this crazy bastard?'

Reo passed the ball to a teammate and they tried to move up the field but Koji showed up and stole the ball as he said "Was that supposed to be some kind of plan?"

Koji raced forward as Barou tried to stop him shouting "'Damn it you shitty peasant!" but Koji used his hand to create distance.

Niko rushed in shouting "I'm ontime this time!"

Koji looked at him and said "No. You're too early."

Koji chipped the ball and slipped past Barou and Niko recovering the ball as Nagi rushed in the protect the goal as Koji then said "Good to see you again Lazy Genius."

Nagi looked at him seriously and asked, "I wonder if you'll still think I'm boring after I stop you from scoring?"

Koji looked at him and said "Didn't you say that you could easily see yourself scoring a goal in the World Cup? You say that while still being at this level. How boring." Koji feinted a shot causing Nagi to overcommit to the left as Koji tapped the ball to the right and then shot the ball curving it into the goal's top left corner.

Announcer: "Goal By Ayanokoji Kiyotaka." Team V (2) : Team W (2)

Nagi was too stunned to speak as Koji returned to his side of the field. Reo walked over to him helping him up as he asked "Are you okay Nagi?"

Nagi looked at Reo as if a fire had been lit under him and said "Reo... I want to win."

Reo was shocked but then smirked widely and said, "Alright! We'll definitely win then!"

Barou walked over and said, "Not bad Hassle-Man. Your ego is finally showing."

Nag nodded as he then rushed forward initiating as he showed off a black aura and shouted "Pass it to me Reo!" Reo sees him and passes the ball as Nagi receives it and says "Let me try something..." Nagi races upfield and as Raichi tries to stop him Nagi chips the ball over him and continues.

Raichi looked shocked shouting "Someone stop him!"

Koji gets there as Nagi sees him and passes to Zantetsu saying "Give me an unreal pass in the centre."

Koji tries to stop Nagi but Reo gets there delaying him just long enough as Nagi gets into position. Zantetsu passes to him in the centre as Nagi traps the ball right next to the goal while he's in midair.

Imamura smiles shouting "He's got no shot angle. Get ready to steal it!"

Kunigami rushes towards Nagi as Koji thinks 'No there's still a way for him to score.'

Nagi lands on the ground thinking 'Ayanokoji was right. The way I was before must have been so boring to watch. It's a hassle to put in effort but it's evenmore of a hassle to be called boring! So I'm gong to test myself and my limits with Football.' He jumps shooting the ball and scoring a goal as everyone is dumbfounded.

Announcer: "Goal By Nagi Seishiro." Team V (3): Team W (2)

Nagi turned to Koji and asked, "So do you still think I'm boring?" with a skull aura.

Koji sighed and said "No. You're not boring. Not anymore."

Koji looked to Chigiri and said "That guy. Zantetsu is pretty fast you know?" Chigiri nodded as Koji then asked, "So who's faster?"

Chigiri smirked and said, "It's me of course."

Koji passed to Kira as he observed him and realised his performance had dropped a little as Koji thought 'I see so that's the downside of your weapon Ryosuke Kira. When you can't get that dopamine hit it reduces your performance. What a double-edged weapon.' Kira made a pass to Koji expecting a pass back but Koji passed to Bachira.

Kira was shocked as he thought 'Why would you cut short our chemical reaction!?'

Bachira smiled and said, "Here you go Chigiri."

Bachira crossed the ball as Chigiri received it and thought 'Time to put these legs to the test.' Zantetsu came up beside him as they raced up the field as Chigiri thought 'He's faster than me? No. Ayannokoji wouldn't orchestrate such a plan if he thought I was slower. He knows something I don't so I'll rely on my instincts!!!' Chigiri kicked the ball forward racing up out speeding Zantetsu as he thought 'So his weapon is acceraltion not speed.' Chigri saw Koji waiting as he made the pass into the centre thinking 'You really calculated all that Ayanokoji? You're a god damn monster.'

Koji had observed their legs and thought 'Chigiri's leg muscles. The way they are... I know that they're built for speed but Zantetsu's legs are different. They're meant for acceleration.'

The pass came through as Nagi tried to unbalance him but Koji wasn't fazed as Nagi thought 'What the!? What is he? A wall?'

Koji looked at the goal and said, "Hey there Lazy Genius. You're not boring anymore but you're a long ways out from being exciting to me." Koji shot the ball into the goal.

Announcer: "Goal By Ayanokoji Kiyotaka." Team V (3) : Team W (3)

Nagi fell to the floor as Barou stepped up and said "I'm not getting left in the dust hassle-man. Step up your game and pass to me cause the King is going to win us this match!"

Koji looked at them and thought 'Good job Ego. Creating this team for me to face. They really are a... contest.'
