Raizen stood over the battlefield, the echoes of combat still humming in the air. The scent of charred metal, scorched earth, and spilled blood lingered as he surveyed the scene. The weapons cache was theirs, the smugglers were no longer a threat, and Kain Sorrin now served him.

Liana wiped her rifle clean, glancing at their new recruit. "You sure about this?" she asked. "Trusting someone who was trying to kill us minutes ago?"

Raizen smirked. "Trust? No. But leverage? That's another story." He turned to Kain. "You'll arrange transport for these weapons. Get them to the bunker discreetly."

Kain nodded stiffly. "Understood."

The system pulsed.

Liana raised an eyebrow as her interface updated. "Not bad. We're making progress."

As Kain left with his remaining men, Raizen turned to Liana. "We're still missing a key component."

She gave him a curious look. "And that is?"

Raizen's eyes gleamed. "A fleet. If we want to control this city's underworld, we need mobility."
