The Shinobi Visitor

Chapter 31: The Lost Heroes...

Chapter 30 - The Lost Heroes...

Patience was a valuable virtue for all beings whether you were normal or supernatural.

This virtue was especially grasped by the ones who dwell within the supernatural world and that also includes the Shinobi and Exorcists of the Church.

Naruto remembered when he was young and became a fresh Genin, he was impulsive and hot-headed in his early career. However as he trained and evolved with each of his sensei's teachings; Kakashi, Iruka, the Elder and the last two but most important figures in his life: Jiraiya and the Sage of the Six Paths.

And right now his patience has now been magnified as he and his investigating party waits in the lot of the Vatican's private airfield. Behind him was a white charter and sleek jet that had just finished being prepped for take-off for their adventure in Greece.

Naruto, with crossed arms, looked at Griselda, Irinia and Xenovia who all had clamped hands together. He noticed they were praying together for a safe journey and a safe return home. Now he has to make sure that he and the fourth member of their party makes it back home safely too.

The familiar Magic Circle that brought him to Vatican City shined brightly as before in front of him and the Exorcists. And just like before, a petite and familiar figure appeared in front of them as she stepped forward after the circle disappeared a moment later.

"Asia," Naruto greeted with a smile, getting a smile back from the younger blonde. "How are you?"

"I'm fine, Naruto." Asia responded. "Everyone was surprised when Lord Michael requested that I help you on an investigation." The blonde chuckled upon thinking about Rias' shocked face. "This is a trial run of some sort, correct?"

The Shinobi nodded. "Yes. A trial run to show all the Three Factions that you can cooperate with each other and the outside factions like the Greek Faction." He looked over his shoulder to see Xenovia and Irinia already enter the jet. Only Griselda remained. "Come on. We should get going."

"Hai." Following Naruto, she instantly noticed the nun who was waiting by the mobile stairs. "S-sister Griselda!" Griselda had a small smile as the former nun approached her. "I-it's an honor to meet you!" Asia spoke as she bowed in respect for the woman in front of her.

Naruto looked between Asia and Griselda. "You know each other?"

"Of course!" Asia responded back in a tone that caught Naruto off-guard. "Sister Griselda is one of the Top 5 Female Exorcists in the Church."

Griselda chuckled slightly when a surprised Naruto looked at her. "Really?! So she's strong?"

"Do you want to find out?" Griselda asked with a small glint in her eyes, giggling behind her hand when the boy ran up into the jet. "I wish you, Asia."

"Hai! Thank you very much, Sister Griselda." Asia answered with a respectful bow before entering the jet as its twin engines let out a loud 'whine', signaling its readiness for departure.

Stepping backwards a few yards for safety reasons, Sister Griselda held her hood as she watched the flight-capable vehicle take to the skies, praying for their success.

-Ancient Corinth Ruins, Isthmus of Corinth-

The Acrocorinth: the once heavily-armed fortress monolith was the proud infrastructure that ancient Corinth and its citizens took pride in during the city's once prestigious days. The fortress, like the Acropolis in Athens that worshipped Athena, worshipped and was dedicated to Helios; the Titan-turned-god of the Sun before Apollo.

Now it was the base of the cloaked figure as he stood atop of one of the three enclosed walls that ran in a zig-zag formation from the bottom of the hill to the cliff. The acropolis was an easily strategic fortress due to being on higher ground and could see the modern city of New Corinth and the two harbors that connect both to the Aegean Sea, the Corinth Gulf and the Isthmus of Corinth between the two seas.

The figure recalled the history that happened to this once great polis and the ancient city. The entire Isthmus of Corinth and the Acrocorinth were involved in a dispute of its lordship between the Olympian Poseidon and the Titan Helios. One of the Hundred-Handed Ones, Briares, settled the dispute by Helios claiming the Acrocorinth and Poseidon the entire Isthmus of Corinth region, which included the city-state of Corinth itself.

"They should send someone to investigate those bodies by now."

-(Five Hours Later)-Vatican's Charter Jet-

"ZZZ"

"…"

"…"

"Um…"

"ZZZ" Naruto snorted with a choke before resuming his 'Z's, blissfully avoiding the twitching eyes of the Exorcists while Asia was sitting in the seat behind him.

"Um, Naruto?" Asia gently shook the older blonde, which got another snort as a response. "Naruto, wake up."

Snorting for the last time, Naruto slowly opened his eyes before rubbing them to get rid of the sleepiness. After doing so, he tiredly found him-self looking at the eyes of Irinia and Xenovia. "Morning girls?" He asked as he looked at one of the many windows to find that it's still dark. "Night? What time is it?"

"4:00 a.m." Irinia responded.

Naruto groaned loudly as he leaned into his comfortable chair. "4 in the morning? Why did you wake me up?" A gentle tap on the head got to turn his head around to see a nervous and sheepish Asia. "You woke me up?"

"Sorry, but the pilot said that we'll be arriving in Athens shortly. So I had to wake you."

"Oh, then that's fine." Naruto sent a smile at Asia who smiled back. Unbeknownst to them, they didn't see the hateful look on Xenovia's face or the contempt expression on Irinia's. However they were caught off-guard when Naruto spoke, "Why you two have anger in your heart?" He looked at them, seeing a stoic Xenovia as usual but a surprised Irinia. "Or am I wrong?"

Irinia shook her head as Xenovia replied in her usual stoic tone. "Yes, you are… Lord Poseidon."

"Ah-ah-ah!" Naruto put up a hand. "I'm not one really for formalities. Just call me Naruto, all right?" Seeing the girls nod before leaving for the bathroom, Naruto couldn't help but notice the subtle glare that Xenovia was giving to the unsuspecting Asia. "Did something happen between these three?" Naruto closed the bathroom behind him to do his business.

Just as the intercom 'binged' that resonated through the entire jet.

"Dear passengers, we're about to make our descent from 20,000 feet. Please return to your seats until the captain turns off the passenger seat belt sign."

"Son of a bitch!" Naruto cursed behind the bathroom door as the female trio returned to their seats, complying with the captain's orders.

"Welcome to Athens."

-(A Few Minutes Later)-

Who knew being allies with the Angels would bring so many good things such as a free trip around the world? Naruto sure didn't as he and his company walked out of the doors of Athens International airport with nothing but the clothes on their backs and the mysterious packages Irinia and Xenovia carries on their backs.

However he was concerned about one thing that bothered him since his untimely arrival to Vatican City.

"Xenovia. Irinia." The said girls looked at him as did Asia. "Are you girls really okay wearing that?" He pointed at them, specifically their clothing. "Those outfits."

Irinia looked at him with a pout. "You have a problem with the way we dress?" She asked while leading the group to one of the airport's parking lots.

"Actually I do." Naruto answered honestly. "We're sent here to investigate and capture the one responsible for the missing Angels and Exorcist." The group entered one of the lots where they eventually found a man in a suit with a chauffeur hat waiting besides a large black car. "Whoa… A Chevrolet Suburban."

Like a lot of boys, his attention was soon drawn to culture of cars thanks to Sakaki's influence. Whenever he's resting from training or not hanging out with Ippo or Kenichi, he would read old automobile magazines that belonged to Sakaki to pass the time.

"And your point is?" Xenovia asked stoically as everyone got inside the vehicle. Waiting until the vehicle was out of the airport grounds and closing the window behind her to keep their conversation private. "It's not like the person responsible is waiting for us…." Her eyes widen as Irinia did the same while looking at the grave Naruto who slowly nodded.

"If this person by any chance knows about the Three Factions," Naruto spoke "then he might be expecting the response team AKA us."

Looking at each other, Irinia and Xenovia reluctantly nodded as the latter was about to instruct the driver of their pit stop when Asia nervously spoke her suggestion. "T-There is a shopping mall near here that's famous for its tourist spot. This time in season, there are sales on clothing."

Xenovia was about to retort when Naruto chimed in. "Nice thinking, Asia. Tell the driver of our destination." Asia did that before the driver complied, steering the black and large vehicle onto one of the highway exits. "I wonder how everyone back home is doing."

-(Meanwhile)-Ryozanpaku Dojo-Tokyo, Japan-

"Get back here, you cat!"

"No! Leave me alone!"

"I can't!"

"Why?!"

"Because you ate the last Oreo and drank the milk from the carton!" Medusa cried out as she swung her boken at the slightly frightened Kuroka who casually dodged the strikes.

Letting out a sigh, Rhea looked down at the letter she received from an Angel a few minutes ago. Her eyes widening, she looked at the direction where her home country and gently placed her left hand over her heart. "Please… be safe… Naruto."

-(Meanwhile)-The Dark Valley-Center of Japan-

Sitting casually atop of a tree with several birds positioned on his massive shoulders, Hayato Furinji stared at the mountains where the rising sun began to shine its brilliance hours ago. He looked down to see his fellow masters, Kenichi and Miu eating breakfast before the disciples begin another day of brutal training.

"I sure hope Naruto and the girls are fine. What am I saying? Of course they'll be fine." The Elder chuckled as he remembered the happy face of Naruto that night after his surprising double date with both Rhea and Medusa. He too remembered the smiles on the girls' faces too. "Young love."

Just as he was about to drop to join in the commodities, his eyes widen slightly as his head turned to the north, startling the birds to fly away from him. He felt this Ki before. He knows the person possessing this Ki.

After all, he raised him long ago.

"He's… back."

-(Meanwhile)-Coastline of Japan-

On one of the many beaches of Japan's coastline, many residents and tourists tend to enjoy most of their time having fun and enjoying the sights.

However today was a bit different.

One of the kids pointed at the far distance of the ocean. "Mommy, what's that?" The mother of the child looked at where he was pointing and saw what seemed to be the water being upturned in two like something was cutting through it. But she knew one thing.

Whatever it was, it was clearly getting closer to the beach. Soon everyone else on the beach noticed it and began panicking as some of them started to retreat for safety while the rest chose to observe. That was a mistake from them as the wave reached the shoreline and the force behind it passed by them, knocking a few people down while others covered their eyes from the upturned sands.

"Oh my Gosh!"

"What was that?!"

"Are you okay?!"

The man known as Ichei stood close the edge of a hotel, observing the accidental mess he caused. He was bored on the freighter, so when he discovered that they were 40 miles away from the shoreline, he decided to finish the trip by doing the technique that his father and very few masters of his caliber can perform on water.

Ichei turned his attention at the north where his home was directionally located before beginning the first hour of his trip return home.

-Isthmus of Corinth, Greece-

"How long till we reach the next city?" Naruto asked with a groan as his head leaned against the window. His eyes catching the fast and brief images of trees, bushes and the land that is Greece as their transport took them to their destination for their mission.

"The announcer just said that we'll be arriving at Corinth in two hours." Asia got another groan from the older blonde. "Please bear it, Naruto."

Naruto whimpered with a hungry pout. "I could really go for Rhea's cooking right now."

"Who is this Rhea person you keep talking about?" Irinia asked. She was now wearing a casual grey suit instead of her battle outfit. At least it was less noticeable than the previous outfit, but the same couldn't be said for Xenovia since she refused to change her clothing except for the long raincoat that covered from her shoulders to her knees.

Naruto smiled as he continued staring out the window. "Someone pretty special to me." Seeing her look at the corner of his eye, he explained a little. "She is someone who is quite dear to people around here." By people he means the remaining Elder Olympian Gods. "That's all you need to know."

"No fair." Irinia pouted while Xenovia scoffed and Asia simply giggled. A few minutes of keeping to them-selves later, the train's television sets per row switched from the passengers' programs to the news program that had the title in yellow bold 'Urgent News' in Greek. The news caught everyone's attention sans Naruto who went back to sleeping.

A young woman in a suit and with brown hair sitting behind desk appeared on the screens. She spoke in Greece's native tongue, Asia soon switched it to Japanese translation. "Panic is among the city of New Corinth as police officials discovered three bodies within the Temple of Isthmia, located 9.9 miles of the ruins of Ancient Corinth. The bodies were found by the temple's preservation team an hour ago."

The girls' eyes widen in surprise as the TV switched from the woman to the crime scene where many police officers and medical examiners surrounded the three bodies, taking pictures and samples from the victims. And one of them was immediately recognized. "That's Charles!"

"You knew him?" Asia got a sad nod from Irinia who wiped away a tear.

"The victims showed signs of torture and the cause of death for the three were impalement by a sharp weapon." The camera moved from the officials to show the strange symbols on the temple walls. "The symbols here are not part of the temple's hieroglyphs according to the preservation team. The bodies were taken to the mortuary in New Corinth for examination. We'll return with more news shortly."

Murmurs and conversations sparked between the passengers with most of them in fear. Making sure that no one were listening in, the girls huddled in closely. "That looked like Enochian." Xenovia remarked, getting a nod from her fellow Exorcist and a shocked looked from Asia.

"Enochian? The language of the Angels?" Asia asked in surprise before gently shaking Naruto. "Please wake up."

"I heard." Naruto murmured before opening his eyes. "Enochian… is that how Michael and the Angels perform their magic like the Magic Circle and light weapons?"

Irinia, after looking at Xenovia, nodded as she clarified "Yes, except the light weapons is innate. But something troubles me…"

"Like how someone could know Enochian unless… it was someone from our side." Xenovia interjected. "An Angel or someone very high-ranked."

Naruto raised a brow. "High-ranked?"

"Very few Exorcists in the Church know Enochian." Xenovia clarified, "It's a sign of their skills being recognized by the Angels and also a sign of respect from them as well. Sister Griselda is one of those recognized Exorcists."

Irinia then pointed someone else out. "Don't forget Dulio."

"Dulio too?!" asked a surprised Asia, getting a prideful nod from Irinia and Xenovia.

"Who's Dulio?"

"He is someone that Irinia, Xenovia and I look up to. Dulio is known as the 'Strongest Exorcist' and possesses the second strongest Sacred Gear that is one of the Thirteen Longinus." Asia answered politely while Irinia and Xenovia nodded. "He's also someone very…"

A curious Naruto asked, "What?"

"Laidback."

"Lazy."

"And a glutton."

"Why do you say that, Xenovia?" The Shinobi felt the subtle motion of the train slowing down.

"Nothing… Just nothing."

"Okay."

Naruto and the girls soon heard the announcement of approaching the New Corinth train station before they felt the vehicle stopped in motion. After stepping out of the train and entering the station amidst the million of tourists and natives, Naruto stopped and turned around to face the girls.

"All right. Here's what I'm thinking: we should all head over to the temple and find clues for the person's whereabouts and-"

"Excuse me, but who made you leader?" Irinia interrupted with a stern Xenovia beside her.

A deadpanned Naruto responded in a deadpan tone. "Because I'm Poseidon and according to history, the Isthmus of Corinth belongs to him and/or me now." Sheepish dual 'Oh' came from the Church members while Asia simply chuckled albeit nervously. "So yeah, that makes me leader."

"Um, Naruto?"

"Yes Asia?"

"Wouldn't it be better if we separate? To cover more ground." Asia clarified her reasoning.

"That's not a bad idea." Irinia agreed with Xenovia nodding slightly.

After a curt nod and a moment of thinking, Naruto spoke to the girls. "New plan then: Asia and I will head over to the temple while you girls head to the morgue and examine the bodies or better yet, reclaim them." The female Exorcists nodded before leaving with their wrapped luggage on their backs. "Ready to go?" He asked Asia who nodded before they left in the opposite direction.

-Acrocorinth, Ancient Corinth-Isthmus of Corinth, Greece-

The hooded figure was sitting on the ledge of the temple's roof, his leg dangling over as he read the open book that contains more of the magic he used against the Angels.

"So they do have a technique like this, huh?" The figure mused with a knowing chuckle as he flipped over a page. "Fortunately I've started searching these ingredients long ago." He raised his right hand with the palm out as he recited an Enochian chant he used on the ambush of the group.

A small but bright yellow Magic Circle appeared before a very bright light burst from the palm, lighting up the entire temple grounds and a few buildings surrounding it. With a flick of the hand, the figure ceased the spell before standing up and entering the temple just as a vibration shook inside his cloak. He took out a cell phone and answered it.

"Yes?" He listened to the person on the other side before he smirked. "Is that so? They split up into two groups?" He waited for the answer and more information. "Intercept the girls and bring them here, but do not take them lightly. They're still Exorcists and the men better not get rough with them before the ritual."

He heard the next question and gave them a different answer. "Get rid of the guy and the girl with him here as well. You know the saying: 'the more the merrier'. And for the ritual…" He walked further inside to the back of the temple and pushed against one of the stone tiles that sank in the wall, entering a large room. A sinister smile briefly escaped his lips. "Well you men need to satisfy your desires, right?"

The figure closed the connection as he put away his phone. He stared at the sight before him as the sounds filled excitement up within him: the sounds of whimpering and sobbing of terrified people combined with the rattle of chains.

-New Corinth, Isthmus of Corinth, Greece-

"Who does that outsider think he is?" Xenovia grumbled as she and Irinia left the morgue where they discreetly sent the bodies back to Vatican City for funeral purposes.

"Our leader." Irinia answered as a matter of fact.

"You know what I mean."

"He isn't bad, although a bit more laidback than I thought."

"I just don't understand what Lord Michael sees in him." Xenovia said in a grumbling tone.

"I know, but we shouldn't question the Angels' decisions."

"Even if they're unnecessary?"

Irinia stayed quiet as they walked four blocks before entering one of the luxury hotels and approached the main desk. After paying for their men, the girls walked inside the elevators and pressed the button for the level where their room was situated inside before they felt the sensation of going upwards until the familiar sound of 'Ding' was heard.

As they found their room, Irinia opened the door with the key card. "I can't wait for sleep." She remarked as she laid down on one of the Queen-sized beds in the room while Xenovia closed and locked the door. "Should we call Naruto and Asia?"

"…Fine." The blue-haired grumbled atop the pillow after a moment of silence.

With a nod, Irinia approached the room's telephone and was about to put in the number until she realized something very important. They didn't have Naruto's nor Asia's number. "Oh no."

"What?"

"We don't have their number."

"What?" Xenovia responded in a surprised tone.

"I don't know if one of them even has a phone." Irinia sheepishly said as Xenovia groaned on the pillow, the muffled sounds barely reaching her ears. "This is not good."

"Obviously."

"Well we know they're heading to the temple of Isthmia. We might as well head over there too and catch up." Irinia glanced at the bathroom. "Right after I take a bath… with bubbles."

Xenovia couldn't help but smirk as she watched Irinia enter the bathroom with a towel before picking up a menu from the nightstand. "And after I eat breakfast."

She made the call and ordered a full-course breakfast enough for two people, meaning for both her and Irinia. However it didn't take long.

*Knock**Knock*

"Already?"

The blue-haired exorcist got up from the bed and took only a few steps until her heightened senses kicked in. Her eyes widen briefly before she jumped behind the bed for cover just as the door burst from a whole to miniscule splinters and the walls cracked from the force.

The sound of footsteps was obvious as men in black attire that consisted of a jacket, pants and leather boots. The men looked around with quick flicks of their wrists, revealing the long, silver triple-bladed daggers that their 'ally' bestowed upon them before arriving here.

"Well…" The men tensed as one of the girls they were looking for rose up from the bed, holding a weapon of sorts that was wrapped with bandages. "I guess no breakfast now."

"And no shower either~" A pouty Irinia came out the bathroom, still dressed in her suit which she was getting ready to take off until the door exploded. "You think they were sent here by the guy?" She unwrapped the string on her arm before transforming it with her thoughts into a katana, its blade gleaming when it hit the sun.

"No doubt about it." Xenovia said before stripping the weapon of its cover with one swift movement. One of the men shuddered upon seeing the weapon before them: a double-edged sword with a long blade that has three points, a cross in the pommel, and an axe-like guard that protects the hands. "Prepare yourselves for the might of Excalibur Destruction!"

Irinia chimed in next as she pointed her blade at the men. "And for Excalibur Mimicry!"

The next minutes were hell for the tourists and citizens as they all scattered under the booming and thundering sounds that emerged from one of the rooms of their prestigious hotels.

-With Naruto and Asia-On The Road-

"Hmm."

"What is it?"

"Just had a bad feeling."

"About?"

"Ah, it's probably nothing." Naruto said before getting a nod from Asia as she resumed her activity; knitting. "What do you guys think is happening?"

The seal he discreetly placed on Xenovia's weapon pinged in his head moments ago. The tracking seal follows the same application of the Flying Raijin technique and the kunai whenever it's thrown at anytime. He placed the seal when latter was busy arguing with a food vendor back in the station.

"It could be a glitch." Ashura sighed before pointing out, "After all you just created it on the spot at the station."

"He's right." Naruto's eye twitched under Kurama's deadpanning. "Not everything goes right the first time. You think we live in one of those fantasy worlds? Think again."

Naruto grumbled as he pouted. "You don't have to be a jerk about it, Kurama." He looked out the window of the tourist bus to see land by land as they blitz by every minute. The tourist bus's usual tourist spots were the Ancient Corinth ruins, the Acrocorinth and lastly the Temple of Isthmia. "At least we get to see some places while working."

"Yeah."

The two blondes stayed in comfortable silence of each other as they continued their individual activities; Asia doing her knitting and Naruto having a mental argument with his tenants about who would win in a battle between the three of them. And this didn't go unnoticed at all.

"Does… he have a twitch or something?" Asia sweat-dropped upon seeing Naruto's left eye twitching and the angry vein mark pulsing on his right eyebrow.

"I would win in our fight!"

"No I would! I am the strongest Tailed Beast and I'd Tailed Beast Bomb you two out of existence!"

"Hah! You already lost me last time and I'd beat you two with Sage Mode, Furinji Style and a good old-fashioned Rasengan to the face!"

"Why you!"/ "Why you!" Ashura and Kurama shouted with angry veins, although Naruto couldn't see them.

An interesting fact about him-self that Naruto discovered when he and the other arrived in Greece: he can understand and read Greek. When he first realized this, Naruto was about a little freaked out since the only other language beside his native language he learned from the Sage of the Six Paths was English.

It took him a while, but he realized the cause of this sudden action. The cause was the gift that a certain Olympian bestowed upon him against his wishes.

"It has to be the godhood powers." Naruto talked to him-self and that's when he noticed the argument ceased. "Guys?"

"Really?"

"'Godhood powers'?"

"What?" Naruto asked, genuinely confused.

"Give it a different name."

"Seriously?"

Ashura backed Kurama up. "Yes, seriously."

"Come on… really?" After a chorus of 'Yes', Naruto inwardly sighed, "What would you guys prefer to call it?"

"The Almighty!"

"NO!" Naruto and Ashura immediately answered.

"Naruto?" It was Asia calling for him. "Naruto."

"We'll continue this later." With that, Naruto closed the mind link and looked at a curious Asia. "What's up?"

"We're here."

"Cool." Integrating them-selves between the narrow river of passengers, Naruto and Asia got off the bus. The tourists pooled next to the bus with wonder and awe as their cameras set off a symphony of 'clicks' and 'snaps'. As for Naruto and Asia, the duo detached away from the pool as they stood at the outskirts of the ruins before them.

There was a huge stone road that was the 'Main Street' of Ancient Corinth. It started from their feet to the other side of the ruins and it actually looked like it's going for miles. On both sides of the road were several lots with the Roman numerals engraved on the ground and in each one are broken Corinthian Order pillars, some Greek houses that were preserved and statutes of sorts.

After hearing that they have two hours in the ruins, the tourists including Naruto and Asia stepped in the ancient city. Asia, for one, was having fun as she smiled at the children running and laughing around the ruins. Naruto was the same with a smile present, but then that changed.

"Get down!" Naruto tackled Asia through a broken house nearby as the spot they were standing exploded with debris, leaving a deep crater in the wake.

The sudden and terrifying action was repeated with more explosions and craters. The scared and panicking tourists ran back to the bus, which it took off after they boarded and unknowingly leaving behind Naruto and Asia.

"You okay?" Naruto asked Asia who nodded before he noticed a hole in the wall. Slowly he looked through it and saw their attackers; several hooded figures in black clothing with long, silver daggers in their hands and they were approaching their location. "Crap, we're surrounded."

"What are we going to do?"

"You? Nothing." Naruto formed a barrier around the nun after a series of hand-signs. "As for me, I'm going to have a talk with these gentlemen. Stay within the barrier." After a nod from Asia, Naruto casually walked out and stood before the figures as they readied their blades. "So, who's going to talk first?"

Their answer was to charge at him and he was fine with that. After judging which action to take that won't take time, Naruto rooted his feet as one of the figures approached him since he was obviously faster than the others. When he got closer, Naruto countered with one of the techniques of the Furinji Style martial art.

"Furinji Hito Shuriken."

The rest of the attackers were caught off-guard when one of their own was thrown at them like a spinning projectile. Most of them were hit from the attack and huddled in a dog pile, but one of them managed to get out of the way. The remaining looked attacker looked at his colleagues and saw that they were unconscious, so he chose a different method.

Naruto was caught off-guard when the figure twisted and bulged violently before he grew weary and slipped into his Furinji Style stance. He watched the figure grow taller with its clothes torn to pieces from the sudden muscle enlargement. His hair grew longer and shaggy to point of covering his face, but his fierce red eyes tore through like light.

But that wasn't the most surprising thing that caught him off-guard. It was two horns protruding from his forehead and brown-tipped snout.

"Oh crap." Naruto muttered under breath after recognizing the creature before him. It was the Minotaur. "Well this is unexpected."

The half-Man/half-bull creature bellowed while it stomped on the ground before it charged at the blonde teenager with surprising speed. Naruto jumped out of the Minotaur's charging before dashing behind it and delivered several punches that brought the Minotaur down to a knee. Bringing back a hand, Naruto then threw the last punch while saying, "Furinji Tek-"

The Minotaur stopped his technique by suddenly spinning with a backhand that pushed Naruto across the road with great force. The force was strong enough to cause him to dig his feet into the ground, causing small trenches as a result.

Uncrossing his arms, Naruto noted that they were numb and shaking a little. "Damn, that Minotaur is strong." He flicked his arms to rid of the shaking. "Guess I have to bring out the big guns." By big guns, he means Ninjutsu. "'Kay then." Naruto charged toward the bull whom in turn did the same before lowering its head, planning to impale him with his horns.

Just before they could collide, Naruto grabbed the two horns that stopped the charge for a moment before the Minotaur pushed him back with added momentum. The Minotaur ploughed Naruto through several buildings that crumbled afterwards with a large dust cloud as their mark of presence.

After hearing nothing for several minutes, Asia stepped out of the barrier that disappeared a moment later. She looked around for any signs of her friend being alive, but found none so far. Minutes passed until she saw a large blue sphere in the distance before it slammed into the ground, creating a huge dust cloud. "Whoa!" Asia stumbled for a moment before she fell on the ground. "Ouch~"

"You okay?"

"Yeah, I'm…" Asia looked up to see the hooded figures staring at her. "Fine?" She said horrified before one of them grabbed her while another one placed a white cloth against her nose and mouth.

Seeing that she's unconscious, the hooded figures stepped into the Magic Circle that one of them made while drugging the girl and a moment later they disappeared just as Naruto reappeared in a Shunshine.

"Asia?" Naruto called out as he looked around for her. When he couldn't find her, that's when Naruto noticed the lack of bodies nearby. "Crap, they got her. I told her to not step out of the barrier." Closing his eyes briefly before opening them, Naruto looked at the south where Asia's energy is located. "Guess I'm climbing."

With that said, the Shinobi crouched before he disappeared in a swirl of leafs.

-The Acrocorinth-

"Ugh…"

"Xenovia."

The blue-haired beauty opened her eyes before she looked to her right and saw a chained Irinia leaning against the wall. Fear stuck her when she suffers the same fate after an attempt to reach Irinia. Xenovia, after hearing a whimper on her left side, looked and saw Asia bound to the wall like them as well.

"Asia?" Xenovia whispered to the unconscious nun. "Asia?"

"Is she…?"

After a moment, Xenovia shook her head before looking at Irinia. "She's fine, but where is Naruto? What happened to us?" The last thing she remembered was their destructive battle against the hooded figures with each one falling to the Excalibur Fragments they possessed before blacking out by a bright white light.

"Good, you've awake." The girls sans Asia looked up to see their kidnappers standing behind a similarly dressed hooded figure sitting on the chair across from the room. "Then we shall get started."

"What do you mean? Who are you?!"

"Do you know who we are?!"

The figure seemed to have ignored their questions until he pointed at them. "Obviously you're Exorcists of the Church, but not just ordinary Exorcists." The ringleader snapped his fingers and one of the men dropped a bundle that was in his arms on the ground, revealing the Excalibur Fragments. "Special Exorcists."

"So you're the leader of these men." Irinia stated with narrowed eyes, receiving a nonchalant nod from him. "So you're the one responsible for the murders of the Angels and Charles."

The leader tilted his head as if he was thinking before answering, "That was his name? Well I have to say that his skills as a warrior were disappointing and downtrodden. I was hoping that you girls would put up a better fight at the hotel, but it turns out I was wrong as well."

"Darn you." Xenovia said through gritted teeth. "Who are you and what do you want?"

The men and their leader looked at each other before they all laughed for several moments. "Who am I?" The ringleader asked after silencing the laughter with a wave of his hand. "Hint: a person who went on a journey to reclaim something that belonged to him and his father before him."

Both Xenovia and Irinia slightly calmed down while Asia stirred in her unwanted sleep as the ringleader continued his hint.

"The person who gathered a group of well-known individuals throughout Greece and set sail aboard a trireme for the land beyond the Black Sea." The figure stood up from his chair as he strutted slowly towards the girls. "The one who returned with a legendary artifact back to his kingdom, found a woman and eventually lost everything when he chose a different woman here… in Corinth."

The girls' eyes widen when the figure crouched in front of them before taking off his hood. His pale face was marred with a large scar that ran from the forehead to the chin with musty blonde hair that lost his glow and dull but sharp red eyes. "You asked who I am?"

Asia woke up just as the figure revealed his name.

"I am Jason the Argonaut and I'm here to take back what rightfully belongs to the Olympian Gods."

*Boom*

Lowering his arms after protecting his face, Jason, his men and prisoners looked at the other side of the room, only to find a huge hole in the wall with Naruto in front of it.

"And what would that be?"

Jason stood and walked forward before his men formed a phalanx in front of him.

"What everyone always want: the world."

With a tilt of his head, Naruto saw the girls chained to the wall and saw the terrified face of Asia. "Everything will be all right, Asia." Seeing a nod before looking at the smug Jason, his eyes narrowed as he spoke lowly. "Not one bit."

"Bring it on."

-Ryozanpaku Dojo, Tokyo, Japan-

"What's for dinner, Rhea?"

It was something she didn't expect from the motherly Titaness as the latter dropped a cardboard box before flipping the cover, revealing an rather delicious looking circular dough with several toppings.

"Pizza." She sat down, choosing to ignore the blinking eyes of Medusa and a sleeping Kuroka. "What is it?"

"It's just… You usually cook the food, not order take-out. Is something wrong?"

Rhea sighed before taking a slice from the box. "I usually cook when he's around. And I don't plan to until he returns."

"You must really like him then." Smirking at her blushing, Medusa scooted close to Rhea. "But don't think I'm done chasing after him."

After a moment, Rhea simply smiled. "I was counting on that."

-The Acrocorinth, Greece-

They couldn't believe it. They wouldn't believe it from the rumors around the Church of the powers and abilities of the one man that caught the attention of the supernatural world.

The man who is named Naruto Uzumaki.

Naruto casually dodged every punch, kick, and sword strikes from the henchmen with agility he obtained through constant training. He led them back to the hole he made until Naruto jumped over and swiftly thrust his palms forward, sending them flying with a burst of strong wind. "Really? They were the best you recruited?"

He turned around to see Jason taking the clothes of his torso, showing rippled muscles and tribal flaming tattoos around his chest and arms. His eyes piqued in interest as the former Argonaut slipped into a fighting stance. His upper body was slightly leaned back, his arms up with closed fists.

He's seen this fighting stance many times before. After all, he watched his friends practice it at the dojo and in their spars.

"Muay Thai, huh?" Naruto bemused. "Tan Guard Muay: the basic stance in the martial art." After training

Jason said nothing as he watched his blonde opponent enter a fighting stance of his own. "You're not going to tell me yours?"

"I figured yours out. You should do the same." Naruto remarked. "Something's off about this guy. Better be on my guard."

The two warriors stood in their stances, each one waiting for the right time to commence their attack, but doing so also brought heavy tension in the room. Asia and Irinia sat against the wall as they were paralyzed by the tension, even Xenovia who was in the process of cutting her bounds with a small nail filer.

"I feel like the blood in my body just froze instantly." Xenovia stated before carefully and discreetly resume her filing.

Deciding that it was enough, both Naruto and Jason charged at the same time with the latter throwing the first punch. Naruto countered it by grabbing his arm in a tight grip before flipping him over his shoulder, hurtling him across the room and continued his attack by a flying kick to the back.

However Jason managed to contort his body in mid-air, catching the limb albeit barely. The two combatants exchanged kicks that didn't get a clean hit for either, but knocked each other away from another as Naruto and Jason landed on the floor just before charging at each other again. Both of them traded barrages of high-speed punches that were either dodged or blocked, but the power put into each of them was no joke.

The walls and stone in the floor rattled and creaked by the shockwaves of each blow to the point of free-falling stones from the ceiling. After hearing a surprised cry from one of the girls, Naruto caught an incoming punch before countering with a swift roundhouse kick to the stomach, hurtling the surprised Jason out of the room.

"I'll be back, girls." The Shinobi stated before leaving the room in a swirl of leafs. When he reappeared atop the ridge overlooking the rest of the Acrocorinth, Naruto snickered when he found Jason struggling to take his head out of the ground. "Funny." He jumped high into the air with a Rasengan forming in his palm.

Jason harshly plucked his head out and instinctively rolled forward to avoid his opponent's attack. When he stood up to assume his stance, the Argonaut was surprised when he found Naruto kneeling inside of a crater with his palm in the dead center of it. "What power! I've never seen that kind before. What else is he hiding?"

"You're going to stand there or are you going to fight?" Jason grimaced at the goading. "I'm waiting here."

"Fine… I wasn't expecting to use this so early, but it's clear that you are not a normal opponent. I'll have to pull the stops on from now on."

Intrigued, Naruto gestured him to do so as he changed his stance to a casual. Giving him a look that said 'sorry', Jason dug his feet into the ground as he shot his arms up to the skies. His eyes lingered before tensing greatly, his muscles bulging a bit as white aura of energy engulfed him. With a loud cry, Jason released the aura, shooting up debris and cracking the ground while the sky slightly darkened above them.

"He unleashed his Ki?" Naruto asked in surprise as he stared at Jason who continued releasing his Ki, raising his power and strength. "This could be troublesome." A bright light shone from his opponent, forcing him to raise his arm to cover his eyes. When the light disappeared, Naruto stared into the figure that is Jason, surrounded by an intense aura of energy.

"Say your prayers." Jason smirked as he assumed the Tan Guard Muay before disappearing from his enemy's eyes. To the untrained eye, no one could see him.

However to Naruto, he could see him as clear as day although he feigned confusion to sell his hopelessness while carefully observing his opponent and his intentions.

The Argonaut was circling around him in high speed, leaving no visible trace of his presence while performing a series of moves that looked to be warm-ups for a finishing move. A finishing move that he's seen someone practice in the nighttime.

"Could it be?"

(Flashback Begins-Two Weeks Ago)

-(Midnight)-Ryozanpaku Dojo-

Another sleepless night due to overactive nerves from constant battling plus the training from the Elder, Naruto once again heads to the kitchen for a glass of warm milk. Letting out a yawn after grabbing the glass, Naruto left the kitchen and went outside for some fresh air like before, although this time is different.

"DON'T LOOK, KENICHI!"

Naruto froze when he saw Apachai in the middle of the training grounds, looking at a startled Kenichi before the latter left for his room. After a few minutes, Naruto noticed the Muay Thai master blankly staring right at him. "Uh… hey?"

"What Naruto doing here? It's past bedtime." Apachai asked sincerely with a tilt of his giant head.

"I could ask the same about you. And why did you yell at Kenichi?"

Naruto saw the frown on the giant's face when reminded of what just happened. A moment later, Apachai answered, "It was something that he should never have to see as do you."

"Apachai?"

"I practice my martial art every night to honor the traditions and culture." Apachai answered with his eyes on the shining moon, "That includes the dangerous moves that can kill."

"What do you mean? Sure Muay Thai has plenty of moves that can hurt people given from our sparring matches, but I've never seen you perform even a hint of a dangerous move."

What Apachai said next really surprised Naruto. "It is not Muay Thai. Every night I practice Muay Boran; the ancient form of Muay Thai that's suited for killing opponents."

"…" Naruto blinked with a blank face. "I see why you didn't want Kenichi to see you practicing it."

"Yes. Martial arts are meant for protecting others and promoting peace." A nod came from Naruto before he drank his glass of milk in one gulp. "I would never want a disciple to learn the ways of killing."

Naruto nodded again. "No arguments here, Apachai. You're a good master for caring about your disciple's well-being." He looked the apartment that housed his fellow fighters. "There are things that should be kept to one's self."

"Hai."

The two stood there in comfortable silence with a few clouds slowly moving across the night sky. When the clouds passed the moon, momentarily blocking its light before letting it free, Naruto and Apachai stood ready in their battle stances respective to their martial art styles.

"Ready?"

"Yeah."

The giant and the ninja charged at each other before launching their arms, their fists clashing against each other with a loud 'boom'.

(Flashback Ends)

He'd seen firsthand of the damage from the secret devastating Muay Boran technique during their spar that night. His reflexes plus a Furinji Style technique saved him from the brunt of it, but the entire dojo and half of the main house wasn't left unscathed.

To say that Miu was upset was nothing short of an understatement the next morning.

Naruto tensed when Jason suddenly appeared in front of him with his arms cocked back. "Crap!" With swift and fluid motions, Jason launched a full volley of high-speed punches at point-blank range. The power behind every thrown punch upturned the ground, cracks forming into the earth and trenches splitting from each other. Mushroom clouds exploded to the sky to show those with eyes to see it from miles around.

Minutes passed when a strong breeze blew away the clouds, revealing Jason with his arms out in front him, standing in the middle of a new crater. No sign of Naruto.

"Hehe. That fool was arrogant to think he could defeat me." The Argonaut looked at the polis where his captives were located. "Those girls shall be my reward."

Just before he could walk, a voice called out to him, shocking him.

"You really shouldn't have said that."

Jason looked for the origin that is Naruto and found him standing on the edge of the crater with folded arms. "H-how did you… I hit you point-blank. There's no way you could've dodged it without any damage."

"But I did." Naruto responded with a small exhale. "With the Substitution Jutsu in the mix."

"Then I'll make sure I won't miss the next time."

"No you won't."

With that being said, Naruto and Jason dashed at each other, throwing punches and kicks that were blocked, dodged or countered with neither landing a blow. After several minutes of exchanging blows that never connected, the two warriors put distance between them before charging again, this time with technique.

"Furinji Tekken!"

The attack missed its mark when Jason twisted his upper body to dodge it albeit barely and grabbed Naruto's head underneath his arm. "Narok Ginali Ren Nam!" He raised his left heel to strike at the head with the intent to kill as it was invented for.

"I don't think so!" With a grunt and two elbow strikes to the stomach thereby a little breathing room, Naruto freed his head and leaned backwards, shifting to a one-handstand while thrusting a kick that aimed for the head. When he didn't feel contact, Naruto back-flipped from the handstand and assumed his fighting pose while staring at Jason. "Well, will you look at that."

Red liquid fell to the ground in front of Jason as it streamed from a visible scar in his chest, obscuring the tattoo's designs.

"I did get you."

"… Impressive. It's been quite a long time since I've seen my own blood in battle." Jason remarked with a chuckle.

"That long huh?"

"Yes." Then an idea came to mind. "I have a proposition for you, Naruto."

"Hm?"

"Join me." Jason said with an outstretched hand. He received narrow eyes in response. "Think about it. With our strength combined, we can overthrow the Three Factions and place the Olympians back on top of the world. And…" His eyes wandered on something on the hill.

Naruto followed his gaze and found himself staring at the polis where the girls were located.

"…Those girls will be our slaves for day an-." Eyes widening, Jason felt great pain digging into his back before tasting dirt. He struggled to stand as he looked over his shoulder to see his blond opponent staring down at him. Staring. Down. At. Him. "You!"

Naruto huffed with a scowl. "You really think I'm that kind of guy? Think again." His face tensed with narrowed eyes. "What you said earlier…" He paused to see if Jason's paying attention. "About giving the world back to the Olympians?"

"W-What about it?" Jason struggled to stand up but eventually did albeit barely.

Then Naruto suddenly charged at him, launching a barrage of very fast punches and kicks that Jason couldn't see at all. He finished it with a punch to the stomach that sent him flying to the air. Appearing above the despondent and incoming Argonaut, Naruto double-axe punched his back, sending him crashing into the ground with a loud 'boom'.

When the smoke cloud dissipated, Jason looked up and saw his blonde opponent actually floating in the air like he was Zeus. "Z-Zeus?"

"Wrong!" Naruto stood over Jason after a burst of speed. "And another thing… the Olympians are in an alliance with the Three Factions." Before shock and later anger could overtake Jason, Naruto punched him deep in the stomach with the force strong enough to make the crater a little deeper. "Night-night, Argonaut."

Grabbing Jason's arm, Naruto Shunshined back to the temple where he found Xenovia and Irinia wielding their Excalibur fragments with Asia standing behind them. "Naruto!" Asia ran to him when he appeared in front of them. "You're okay!"

"Hey, Asia." Naruto said despite being in a fight… sort of. He dropped the unconscious Jason on the ground to receive a hug from the former nun. "There, there. It's fine. Those men won't hurt you now."

Xenovia stared at the body of Jason with wide eyes, evidence of her shock. "Y-you defeated Jason." Irinia could only nod while staring at a sheepish Naruto.

"It's not a big deal actually." The sheepish Naruto responded timidly after letting go of Asia.

"Not a big deal he says?!" The girls thought with blank faces. They then saw him forming a cross sign with his middle and index fingers.

"Shadow Clone Jutsu." Several clones appeared before Naruto, scaring the girls since it's their first time seeing the jutsu. "Guys, search this place thoroughly for clues. Anything actually." All the clones nodded before scattering to search the entire Acrocorinth.

Overcoming her surprise, Xenovia cleared her throat, catching Naruto's attention. "How did you do that?"

"Yeah, I want to know too!" Irinia said excitedly a moment later.

"Sorry, it's a secret." Naruto chuckled at his disappointed friends before he received his now-dispelled clones' memories but one. "Everything seems to be clear here in this place." The last clone appeared before him with a white book in his hands and placed it in Naruto's before dispelling. "What's this?" He turned around and showed it to the girls. "You girls have any idea?"

"Not sure." Irinia gestured for it and Naruto complied. She tried to open it, but noticed the lock that keeps it closed. "Anyone have a key?"

"No." Naruto, Xenovia and Asia answered at the same time, bringing a sweatdrop on Irinia's head.

"R-right."

After Irinia put the book away in a makeshift bag from her tattered cloth, Naruto scanned the room they were in until he found a chest that was partially covered by a drape. "Hello, what do we have here?"

The girls were confused when Naruto walked toward the chest and pulled off the drape before opening it. They saw a surprised look on his face before Naruto gestured them to come over, which they did. Upon doing so, the girls see what has him surprised and confused; a seemingly vast horde of silver long triple-bladed daggers like the one Jason wielded.

"What are they?" Naruto asked the Exorcists after picking up a dagger, inspecting it.

"No idea." Irinia shrugged her shoulders before she and Xenovia picked one up as well.

When Asia went to pick it up, her hand burned upon contact, forcing her to let of it. "Ouch!"

"Asia! Are you all right?!" Naruto dropped the dagger in the chest and went to Asia, cradling her slightly burned hands. "The dagger burned you?" He looked at the chest filled of daggers before closing it. "They must be filled of Holy power like the Holy Swords."

Xenovia simply hummed before answering, "If so, then why haven't the Church or the senior Exorcists ever heard these daggers?"

"It could explain those wounds on the Angels and Joseph." Irinia pointed out, getting a nod from the others.

The chase for the one responsible for the murders of the squad was over as Naruto and the others traveled back to Vatican City via a Magic Circle courtesy of Griselda.

-(The Next Day)-Ryozanpaku Dojo, Tokyo, Japan-

"Ah, home!" Naruto said after reappearing inside his room in a yellow flash.

After their mission, Naruto and the girls stayed at one of the prestigious hotels plus a tour in Vatican City as appreciation from Michael and Griselda. Afterwards they chimed in for sleeping before going their separate ways with Naruto dropping off Asia in Kuoh before arriving in Tokyo.

Naruto thought about the mysterious items that he and the girls recovered after their mission. He was surprised to find out that the mysterious book contains Enochian spells such as sigils, rituals and the language itself. As for the daggers in the chest, it turns out that the Angels once wielded them in a time before the Great War and they contained the power to kill Devils and other supernatural creatures.

Although the daggers were ordered to be destroyed after switching to Light weapons, so Michael will investigate this matter.

The yawning Naruto, after leaving the building while stretching his arms, stood in the middle of the training grounds. He scanned the entire dojo and sensing for energy, but found none. "I guess the girls left and I missed them. Oh well, at least I should get some training done."

*GROWWWWWLLLLL~*

"Hehehe…" Naruto blushed slightly while rubbing his stomach. "That's right, I forgot to eat breakfast." As he took a step, his senses went to high alert, causing him to suddenly jump onto the dojo's roof so he could have a vantage point. "I know you're out there somewhere. Come out!"

Nothing happened after he said that. Maybe he was anxious since he was very busy these past days, particularly the Three Factions summit and Operation 'Lost Hero' that ended with Jason's incarceration. The Elder did mention that if you don't rest when you need to, it'll surely come back to haunt you later on.

"Maybe that's what happened." He felt an unusual presence behind him and turned around to see that he wasn't anxious at all. "Who are you?" Naruto asked in a calm but firm tone with narrowed eyes.

The man in the formal suit simply stared at him, observing the boy while also sensing his Ki. "This boy… I can't seem to sense the limit of his Ki. Could he be suppressing it? If so, that's impressive even for someone training under my father's guidance."

Naruto grew tired and simply waved off the trespasser. "Whatever. Just leave and I won't tell the tenants about your trespassing." He shooed at the man. "Go on. Shoo-shoo."

"I see the Elder and Akisame hasn't mentioned about me." Naruto raised a brow. "I'm not surprised given the circumstances." The man said with folded arms.

Anger was replaced with curiosity as Naruto tilted his head. "Were you a student of the dojo?"

"Yes I was." The man answered with a subtle nod. "I was trained in a unique style a long time ago… since my childhood."

Naruto became confused at the cryptic talk. "You've been training in the dojo since you were young?" He cupped his chin as he thought about it. "I don't think any of the masters lived here except the Elder and Miu is about 16 years old, so you must know her."

"Yes."

"And you have the exact same hair color as the Elder and Miu."

"Yes."

"And your Ki… It's eerily similar to the Elder's and Miu's Ki, but not as vibrant and rough." Naruto chuckled at this. "It makes me think you might be related to them." Naruto laughed a bit at his rambling. When he stopped after seeing the man's slightly serious face and looking and sensing closely, his face donned a surprise look. "You are. That means you're… you're…"

"Saiga. Saiga Furinji." Saiga assumed a battle stance, alerting Naruto. "And I'm here for you, Naruto Uzumaki."

With a despondent sigh followed by an angry grunt, Naruto followed suit into his fighting stance as well. "Me and my stupid, freaking dumb luck!"

However fate intervened when a huge energy spike alerted them, coming from the north and coming fast.

"Guess we'll talk more at the tournament." Saiga exited out of his stance as did Naruto reluctantly a moment later. "But I'll leave you with this…" Without any sign, the older blonde Furinji disappeared, leaving behind an afterimage. "I did not do what everyone else thinks I did."

"Huh?" Naruto scanned the area around the dojo's perimeters and sensed Saiga's Ki already leaving the ward. "Oh no you don't." He created a clone in front of him and gave it orders. "Tell master Furinji about what happened. I'll be back." Receiving a nod, Naruto jumped several buildings via a series of the Body Flicker Technique.

-Shinjuku District, Tokyo-

After several minutes of cruising through Tokyo's 23 wards/districts, Saiga still sensed the young Naruto's Ki still behind him without losing speed.

"Impressive. My father trained him well." Saiga commented as he landed on another building and was about to leap to the next one when he saw the teenage boy standing in front of him. "H-How?"

Naruto narrowly stared at him. "You're not getting away from me that easy, Saiga."

"My. You're fast."

"To be honest, I could go a whole lot faster than you." Naruto mentioned, surprising Saiga of this. "Only in real battles of course."

After overcoming his surprise, Saiga chuckled a little upon seeing truth in his eyes. "You're not lying. However I must return to my organization, so we'll continue this at the tournament as I said before."

"… Fine you can go." Naruto stopped Saiga's advancement when he raised his hand. "Just one question. Answer me one question."

"All right. What is it?"

"Miu and the Elder." Saiga grew confused when he mentioned those names. "How could someone who sired a great and bright girl like Miu, and is the son of a great man who values life and peace, be part of an organization like Yami and its evil mechanics?" Naruto asked genuinely confused.

Saiga stayed silent as Naruto continued speaking.

"I find it very hard to believe that a relative of theirs to be evil." Naruto said, "Yes, I heard about what happened long ago, but I also heard from your father that you loved your wife very much and would never land a hand on her." Silent was the way to go as Saiga stood with his head lowered a bit, shadowing his eyes. He neither budged nor flinched when Naruto casually walked past him. "And I happen to know that you care about your daughter very much. I just hope whatever it is you're planning, it's soon."

With that off his chest, Naruto left via roof hopping across the city.

Not a minute passed after the boy's departure, Saiga chuckled to him-self as he looked behind him where Naruto left for home, a smile clearly present on his face.

"My father made the wise choice after all." The Furinji master disappeared, leaving behind a small footprint indentation on the roof.
