THE STRONGEST CREATURE OF THE BEAST PIRATES

Chapter 141: CHAPTER 139

Alastor, who still didn't know that Kaido had begun to suspect his relationship with Yamato, led the newly subdued fur warriors and Trafalgar Law's Heart Pirates, landing in Greenbit, off the coast.

Two women stood there, one tall and mature, the other small and cute. One had purple hair, and the other had pink. One was graceful and charming, the other youthful and innocent, both gazing at him happily.

At their feet, hundreds of small humans stood—their leader being Leo, the patriarch and commander of the small humans.

"Viola Lando, is this Alastor, the one who claims he can help us defeat the Don Quixote family?" Leo asked.

"Yes," Viola replied, her beautiful brown eyes shimmering with a mix of admiration and awe. "Only he is our only hope."

Recalling when she first met Alastor, he had been just a little-known fighter. Though she had received promises of protection for herself and Rebecca, Viola still harbored doubts. Who could have imagined that in just a few short months, Alastor would rise to such heights—his reputation far surpassing even Doflamingo, with a bounty reaching an astonishing 1.5 billion Berries?

What once felt like an elusive dream of avenging Doflamingo now felt close, almost tangible.

"Brother!" Rebecca called sweetly, running up to Alastor, drawing less attention from Viola than expected.

Alastor smiled gently and greeted the small humans, who were innocent and straightforward. They not only possessed strong combat abilities but also had a talent for cultivating various plant life.

Though Alastor sought to destroy Doflamingo and stop the Smile Fruit production, he knew the underground ports and weapons trades wouldn't halt. This was an enormous source of wealth and influence, capable of affecting the world's balance—an opportunity he couldn't ignore.

However, given his status as a wanted criminal by the World Government, Alastor couldn't control these operations. Viola, soon to be Dressrosa's new queen, wasn't suited for such tasks either.

Thus, Trafalgar Law became the best candidate to fill the vacuum left by Doflamingo. With the fall of Doflamingo, the vacant position of Seven Warlords of the Sea would open once again. The World Government would inevitably seek to fill it, presenting Law with a chance to obtain official status.

With a Warlord title and Alastor's behind-the-scenes support, he could become the new Joker, replacing Doflamingo, establishing himself as a crucial player in this chaotic world.

Alastor, in this way, truly deserved the title of a great man.

The next second—

Bang.

Smoke billowed out of nowhere.

Amidst the smoke, a pink giant poked its head out.

The enormous dragon head rubbed against Alastor's chest. He extended his hand, touching the agate-like dragon horn—also pink—and couldn't help but think of Yamato's horn, which was a brighter red than Rebecca's.

Alastor then gazed at Rebecca's four dragon claws. A bright yellow flame cloud formed beneath them, allowing the dragon to fly freely through the air.

Though Alastor could also walk on air, mainly using Thunder's kinetic energy and Moon Steps, this required physical effort, far less efficient than the dragon's inherent control.

"Are you afraid of heights?"

Rebecca flicked its long beard lightly and spoke in a girl's voice:

"A...a little, but it's okay."

Alastor smiled and said, "Then let's go to the sky."

The dragon's claws pushed against the air, continuously creating bright yellow flame clouds, forming a staircase leading to the endless sky.

Rebecca's heart pounded, and she instinctively wanted to close her eyes. She had never been this high before.

"No, I can't let my brother down. A little height is nothing!"

Rebecca's stubbornness made her grit her teeth and, despite her fear, look down.

Hum!

It felt like a heavy hammer striking her heart.

But it wasn't fear—only awe and joy at the breathtaking view.

Rebecca was now several thousand meters above the sea, overlooking Dressrosa in the distance. The sea was stunning, Dressrosa was beautiful, and the sunflower fields she had played in with her mother years ago still bloomed brightly.

Rebecca grew slightly lost in the moment.

"Why, remembering the past?"

A voice broke her reverie, and a figure, radiating lightning, appeared before her.

Rebecca quickly regained her composure.

"I think of my mother. I must become stronger and take my revenge!"

Rebecca's mother, Scarlet, had been killed by Diamante, the arena manager. The memory of her entering the arena was a painful one. Now, Rebecca saw a chance to defeat Diamante, as Fenlong's body strength and scale defenses were enough to crush him.

But first, Rebecca needed to master her dragon form.

Alastor stood before Rebecca and said, "Come, attack me with your body."

"Okay."

Rebecca obediently controlled her dragon form and charged toward Alastor.

"The speed is too slow! The dragon's speed isn't just about that!"

Alastor's tone became serious.

Rebecca's heart trembled. She didn't want to disappoint her brother, so she pushed herself to go faster.

Bang!

Fenlong collided with Alastor.

Alastor remained unfazed, but Fenlong stumbled slightly, disoriented.

"Speed and strength aren't enough. Keep going."

Rebecca shook off the dizziness and continued to charge at Alastor, attacking repeatedly.

Her speed and strength improved significantly through this training.

In the final collision, she knocked Alastor back several meters, and he felt the impact in his body.

"Now, that's more like it. The artificial Green Dragon Fruit has this kind of power."

"But why aren't you using your teeth and claws?"

Rebecca hesitated, then said quietly, "Teeth... how could I? I might accidentally hurt Brother Alastor... If I use my claws, I can't keep my balance on the flame cloud, or I'll fall."

Hearing this, Alastor chuckled before speaking more sternly:

"This is a battle. Don't cling to a child's mindset! Use your teeth and claws. The flame cloud can wrap around your limbs, so you won't fall."

Rebecca pouted but mustered the courage and bit toward Alastor.

In the original story, Momonosuke's bite even hurt Kaido, which proved the sharpness of dragon teeth.

Zizi!

Rebecca's dragon teeth pierced Alastor's copper-skinned frame, drawing blood.

[The host receives slight damage, defense +5]

Alastor winced, trying to encourage Rebecca to continue, to use more force, and even suggested biting harder. However, Rebecca was horrified by the sight of blood and fled several paces, crying,

"I'm sorry, Brother Alastor! I didn't mean to."

Alastor sighed, helpless.

"This little injury is nothing to me."

Rebecca, however, didn't want to try biting again, so Alastor reluctantly allowed her to use her claws once more.

"The flame cloud can wrap around your limbs, but also other things—like lifting an island," Alastor explained.

"In the original story, Kaido carried Onigashima with flame clouds during his battle with Luffy. Try that, Rebecca."
