#GOHAN POV#

I stop coughing as Kibito places his hand on my back

"What...is...happening?" I ask him grasping at my chest as we begin to fly down to the ground slowly

"The amount of magic on the planet is increasing. If this planet didn't have the amount of magic that it did before, you would have exploded in a shower of blood and guts," he answers bluntly to which I just nod as I struggle not to pass out from

I gasp as we get closer to the ground

Taking big gulps of air as my vision starts going back to normal

"Magic huh," I let out after some time as I got my thoughts together

Shaking my head, I look up at the sky and notice that the clouds have stopped moving

"They are absorbing as much magical energy as they can," Kibito says

"That...doesn't good," I say after a bit

As I stand up Kibito places his hand on my shoulder and begins to utter a few words that I don't understand

After a few seconds, I am surrounded by a light orange aura as the tiredness that I felt moments ago from the constant fighting slowly starts going away at a noticeable rate

Same with some of the slight aches and pains around my fists and legs

"There...this spell will be much more useful for you," Kibito says a bit out of breath

"Are you alright?" I ask him

"I...will be...this spell is not one that I have used in years and even with the rising magical energy here, I still had to use a decent amount of my reserves to make up for the difference," He explains and I nod at him

"GO," He orders as I just start flying into the sky again

This time, I am not affected by the magical energy but I notice that the aura around me gets a bit brighter as fly upward and start fighting the creatures again

I barely catch Kibito heading over to Trunks...

#TRUNKS POV#

"KIBITO," I scream as I punch another of the creatures away right after Kibito finished casting the spell

Shin explained what happened with Gohan and about the increase in magical energy

"I...will be alright Trunks...I just need...a few moments to...catch my breath," He says on one knee while grasping at his head

"It will be alright Trunks," Shin says from behind me

I turn to look at him to explain

"The spell he used is quite unorthodox and has taken a toll on his mind and body, give him a few minutes and he will be alright, go help the others," He tells me

"But..."

"We will be alright, I have a feeling Babidi's allies will reveal themselves soon enough," He cuts me off and I just stare at him for a bit

I go Super Saiyan and with one last look at them, I start flying out into the darkened sky

My eyes widen as I hear an explosion under me as I look at Shin and Kibito

"NO...what" I stop my scream as I look at the barrier protecting the 2 of them

My instincts scream at me to dodge as I hear someone spit at me

I dodge in time as I look at the spit flying past me and I glance at where it landed on the ground and see a patch of dirt turning into stone

That doesn't look good

I barely have time to blink as I see a glint in the corner of my eye and I draw out the sword Mom made for me and parry it

Barely

"Interesting..." I hear a deep but respectful tone of voice on the side as I dodge another strike

I look at the one who spoke and against all my instincts, my guard seems to drop for a moment before I realize what's happening

I quickly bring up my sword again and we clash strongly for the first time

I look at the person in front of me but...something in me seems to know what he is instinctively

Demon

He has red skin, a goatee, horns, large pointed ears, and animalistic yellow eyes and is wearing a blue suit and a white cape

"Demon," I whisper to which he chuckles at me before disappearing from my view as a figure appears in front of me

"Let me handle this one Trunks," Goku says while staring at the demon in front of us

A familiar golden aura surrounds Goku as his hair rises and changes color

'So smooth...' I gawk at the way Goku easily transforms into a Super Saiyan

There was nothing else to indicate his transformation

It looked to me like he just willed himself to go Super Saiyan

"Trunks..." He calls out my name

"Go help Gohan and Bulma," he tells me as I just nod at him

As I start leaving, I barely even feel Goku as he moves me to the side to block an attack the demon from

So fast

As I continue flying away, I can feel the shockwaves generated by Goku and the demon fighting.

"Mom," I say out loud as I get a bad feeling about the situation

#GOKU POV#

I send a blast of energy to the side with a swipe of my hand as I look at the powerful demon in front of me

This guy is no ordinary demon

Thanks to my continued training under King Kai, I am aware that there is more to a fight than mere power

This guy...no...this demon has to be someone well known in the demon realm and his appearance matches one that I know of

"Dabura," I say to which the demon stops away from me for a moment and I glance at the mark on his forehead

"Yes...time to die," He says before launching himself at me

He is incredibly skill

I make sure to deflect his blade using some small Ki balls on my hands as something about it makes my gut churn at the thought of touching that blade

I am glad that I stepped in as Trunks is not at the level where he can fight beings on Dabura's level

I watch as Dabura's energy starts becoming more erratic as the mark on his forehead starts to glow

His power starts increasing at a noticeable amount

With a thought, I go Super Saiyan 2 in order to match his increased power

We collide with a powerful shockwave that makes the air around us vibrate noticeably 

"What are you?" He asks me astonished as he sees me match him

"I am a Saiyan," I answer him as I punch him on the side being careful not to get any of his spit on me as I did see the patch of dirt turning into stone...

#PICCOLO POV#

Extending my arms with Ki and magic surrounding my hands, I start slicing the creatures on the dozens

I panic a bit but calm myself as one of the creatures got near Vegito but I managed to save him by releasing a Ki blast enhanced by magic through my eyes

I start moving closer to where Vegito is in order to better protect him

"This is going to be tougher than I though..."
