Chapter 180: Yuujin’s Empire
The war had ended, culminating in a victory for Earth.
Perhaps even in his wildest dreams, Frieza never imagined that his invincible might and his powerful army would meet their downfall on a seemingly insignificant lower-tier planet.
But facts are facts—the era of the Galactic Emperor Frieza had come to an end!
As news of this spread throughout the universe, it was likely to shock all corners of the cosmos, plunging it into prolonged chaos.
However, for now, these concerns had little to do with Yuujin. After the war, the priority was to heal the wounded and assess the losses.
Although Earth had emerged victorious, the toll was heavy. Tens of thousands of Earth's soldiers lost their lives, and even Yuujin's elite Red Silk Girles suffered over a dozen casualties. Countless corpses and spaceship wreckage floated in Earth's orbit. It took tens of thousands of cosmic cleanup ships more than half a month to clear the debris.
Neither Yuujin's Battle Maidens nor the Earth soldiers' sacrifices would be in vain. Yuujin retrieved the Dragon Balls sealed in the temple and wished upon Shenron to resurrect everyone who had perished.
Although Yuujin had rarely relied on the Dragon Balls' power in recent years, he wouldn't hesitate when the time called for it.
Watching the revived warriors weep tears of joy and the beautiful Battle Maidens bow to him in reverence, Yuujin's face lit up with a smile.
Everything was perfect now.
This war, the eighteenth in total, was an indisputable victory for them!
They had vanquished Frieza, the mighty enemy from the cosmos. The weapons, equipment, and technological knowledge confiscated from Frieza's forces were enough to propel Earth's military—and the planet itself—into a new era of unparalleled growth.
Most importantly, both Yuujin and Goku had successfully ascended to become Super Saiyans!
With the war concluded and the heroes revived, it was time for celebration.
Earth was swept up in a wave of euphoria as its people sang praises of the Great Deity's wisdom and greatness, marveling at how he had led them to defeat such a formidable foe.
Yuujin's reputation soared to unprecedented heights!
With the timing perfect, Yuujin seized the moment to announce to the world his intention to establish his empire—the Dragon Empire!
Yuujin's ambitions had never been confined to a small planet like Earth. His sights were set on the vast galaxy and even the entire universe.
Having fought Frieza, Yuujin and Goku had achieved Super Saiyan status. Earth, after years of Yuujin's planning and development, now possessed the strength to venture into the cosmos.
With all conditions met, Yuujin could finally embark on his path to galactic dominance!
Of course, while Yuujin's true goal was to unify the galaxy—and perhaps the entire universe—under his rule, he wouldn't openly share such ambitions with Earth's ordinary citizens.
In a globally broadcast speech, Yuujin delivered a rousing address:
"Citizens of Earth, though we have achieved victory, countless races and planets in the universe, much like our own, still suffer under the tyranny of powerful and evil enemies. We cannot stand idly by simply because we now enjoy peace. People of Earth, join me in extending a hand to aid and rescue them!"
Though his words were lofty and grandiose, the entire planet was moved to tears.
What a noble goal! What an exalted ideal!
"Great Deity, please lead us to save other planets and races! Lead us to liberate the galaxy and the entire universe!"
Thus, the establishment of the Dragon Empire faced no resistance but rather immense support from the people.
The empire's first mandate was to venture into the cosmos, liberating all oppressed and plundered beings so they too could bask in the Great Deity's glory.
Incidentally, while Yuujin established his Dragon Empire, Earth's original Kaiselukin Kingdom remained intact.
Yuujin would be the emperor and deity of the empire, wielding absolute authority. However, Earth's governance would still fall under the Kaiselukin Kingdom, as would other planets and races that would later submit to the empire.
The universe was far too vast, with countless planets and civilizations. Yuujin couldn't personally govern each conquered world—it wasn't practical or necessary.
Instead, he allowed them self-governance while remaining under his rule. This made things far simpler!
Although the empire had been established, and the cosmic campaign determined, these actions wouldn't be rushed.
The weapons, technology, and knowledge seized from Frieza's army required time to be assimilated. Preparations for venturing into the cosmos also needed careful planning and execution.
Yuujin was in no hurry. After all, he and his wives possessed nearly limitless lifespans. Time was on their side.
Elsewhere in the universe, Goku and over a dozen Red Silk Girls piloted a spacecraft, searching for something.
This was where Mars once existed, but it had been obliterated during Frieza and Yuujin's battle. Even now, Goku and the Battle Maidens were awestruck by the ferocity of the fight that had taken place here.
Floating debris and meteors filled the void, forcing the ship to navigate carefully. Despite the slow progress, Goku and the Battle Maidens diligently carried out their task.
"Lady Goku, we've found the target!"
At some point, one of the Battle Maidens exclaimed in delight.
On the ship's large monitor, an image appeared: a broken corpse floating not far ahead.
It was Frieza!
Goku's eyes sparkled with determination as she adopted a serious expression.
"Retrieve the target and return immediately!"
"Yes!"
In a laboratory within the temple, Frieza's mangled body was secured on an operating table. A group of stunning women in white lab coats prodded and dissected his remains with an unsettling zeal.
"Unbelievable! That guy's still alive!"
Emerging from the lab, Bulma's face was etched with shock.
Despite his body being shattered to such an extent and floating in the hostile vacuum of space for days, Frieza's vital signs still registered faintly during testing.
What a monster!
"Well, well. He was the Galactic Emperor who ruled the universe. It's not surprising he'd survive such extreme conditions," Yuujin remarked, pulling Bulma into his lap with a smile.
Acting on a hunch, Yuujin had sent Goku and the Battle Maidens to search for Frieza's corpse. The result had shocked everyone.
Despite his injuries and being caught in Mars's explosion, Frieza clung to life. His resilience was astounding.
"Yuujin, what do you plan to do with him?"
"That monster should be eliminated immediately!"
Bulma wrapped her arms around Yuujin's neck, her tone resolute.
Although eliminating Frieza seemed like the safest option, Yuujin hesitated.
"What do those 'mad scientists' suggest?"
By "mad scientists," Yuujin referred to the women in the lab. Renowned for their expertise in biology and anatomy, their brilliance was matched only by their unorthodox methods. Even Bulma didn't claim superiority in their fields.
Despite their beauty and talent, their obsession with dissecting and experimenting had given them a slightly twisted reputation.
"They suggest converting Frieza's remains into a bio-energy source for a spacecraft, which would grant it the power to destroy planets with ease."
Bulma was mildly exasperated. While the suggestion seemed logical, it was undeniably extreme.
Frieza, a terrifyingly powerful entity, being turned into a power source for their weaponry—wasn't there a risk he'd destroy them instead?
"A spacecraft powered by Frieza's bio-energy… capable of destroying planets…"
Yuujin stroked his chin thoughtfully, his eyes gleaming.
"Yuujin, you're not seriously considering this, are you?"
Bulma's voice wavered as she noticed his growing interest.
Yuujin turned to her, his face breaking into a radiant smile.
"Why not?"
