"Maybe you should learn to dodge better," Shin replied, a faint smirk on his face

Kenji laughed

"Says the guy who spends half his time practicing stationary sword strikes. How's that working out for you?" Kenji shot back with a smile

"Better than you think." Shin replied with a smile of his own before turning away

Nearby, Ino was laughing at the exchange

She turned to Kyosuke, her eyes sparkling

"You know, you'd be a lot more approachable if you smiled more often." Ino said

Kyosuke raised an eyebrow

"Is that so?" Kyosuke said

"Definitely. You're too serious all the time." Ino teased

"I'll work on it." Kyosuke replied with a faint smile, earning a triumphant grin from Ino

Naruto, sitting beside Hinata, was animatedly recounting a training mishap

"And then, bam! I hit the target, but it wasn't the log — it was Iruka-sensei's sandals! He was so mad!" Naruto exclaimed, throwing his arms up for emphasis

Hinata giggled softly, her cheeks pink

"I-I'm sure he wasn't too mad, Naruto-kun." Hinata replied

"Not too mad? He made me clean the entire training field!" Naruto groaned

Kiba burst out laughing

"That's what you get for not paying attention!" Kiba said

Shin, was quietly discussing chakra control with Sakura

"If you focus on channeling your chakra to your feet, it'll stabilize your balance during a jump." Shin explained

"That makes sense, I've been working on my chakra control, but it's tricky to apply it in motion." Sakura said thoughtfully

"It's all about timing. Once you get the hang of it, it'll be second nature." Shin assured her

As the day ended and the group began to disperse, the Uzumaki brothers lingered by the tree, watching their friends head home

"We've come a long way in two years." Kenji said, stretching

"Yeah, but we've still got a long way to go, we're strong, but there's always room to improve." Kyosuke added

Shin nodded

"The more we learn, the more we realize how much there is to master." Shin said

Naruto punched the air, his enthusiasm undimmed

"Then let's keep going! One day, we'll be the strongest shinobi in Konoha!" Naruto said with enthusiasm
