I woke up the next morning feeling slightly more tired than usual, mentally rather than physically, we stayed until much later than I imagined inside of that VR Game, and although the problem was finally solved, it left me more tired than anything.
It was the sixth day now, tomorrow would be the seventh day, and once it was over, the entire week inside of this Trial would be finally finished. It has certainly felt longer than 7 days though, as I've done more than I imagined here.

It was a trial that ended up being overly long and annoying, but that I expect will give me good enough rewards as well.
And, although it has only been almost a week, it feels like these days, some things have changed within me, and I might not be the same person that I was before entering it.
I am not certain if that's a good thing or not, it frustrates me to an extent, but also makes me somewhat… happy, I don't know why.

I felt the beating of another heart within me as I woke up, and quickly stood up from bed, aside from Eleanora sleeping right beside me in her android body, I noticed there was something.

The Digital Egg was resting within my Neutonium Core, slowly developing, growing into something I had no idea it could even become.
It was a Digital Egg, made of Data, but that could become projected and manifested into reality temporarily, so perhaps, it could be something strong, or special.
Whatever the case, it better hatch soon because I'm sure that once I'm out of this trial it will be lost, and it'll be quite the waste.
I started my morning my stretching and taking a bath, where I heard Eleanora and the rest of my Spirits wake up, alongside that, I could hear other people in the living room.
Most likely Emilia, Hermes, and Patrick, who lived alongside me.
They had been quite the good allies, though perhaps I could try to give them another Skill to strengthen them a bit more.
I'll have to try if it even works though.
After taking the bath and getting dressed, I walked out of my room and greeted everyone.
"Ah, Blake, you're awake! Quite late today, huh?" Emilia asked, as she was cooking eggs.
"My bad, I couldn't sleep well last night," I sighed, walking to the kitchen. "Has anything from the Online Market arrived yet?"
I walked to the kitchen and decided to help her cooking a huge breakfast to start the day with a lot of energy.
I made a lot of stuff for everyone, I felt like eating a lot, I was quite hungry myself.
It was the sixth day, so might as well enjoy this little moment.
"Ah, good morning Blake! There's something at the door!"
Hermes came walking into the living room as I was serving myself breakfast.

I walked out and received the package, they were a couple of boxes full of Neutonium Core Shards, which I was going to eat later and see how far I can grow the Neutonium Core.
The sixth day will probably have even stronger foes than yesterday, and that's without even mentioning the seventh day, so I better get as much strength as possible.
"There will probably be another attack from the Xenoids in a couple of hours," I said. "All of you prepare for the worst. This isn't over yet, it won't be until we reach our planet."
"I-is that so?" wondered Emilia. "I do wonder if this would ever end…"
"If we finally reach the terraformed planet, would they finally leave us alone? It's sickening that they attack every damn day… there's no moment of peace," said Patrick, sighing.
"This is how life is in the outer cosmos," said Hermes. "Humanity jumped into space with their colonies fully knowing of the dangers of the unknown. We are merely facing what's natural at the end of the day. We have to brace ourselves and be strong."
"I agree with Hermes," I nodded. "But I assure you that these are the last days. I just know they are. We must survive together."
"YEAH!"
As they roared in unison, I nodded.
I ate and felt full, sighing in relief.
It was time.
I walked back to my room before leaving to the hangar, and without hesitation, I started absorbing all the cores.
