With the victory over the Bai Da Battle Team, also almost guaranteed that the Fei Li Empire was spot in the top eight.

Originally, some of the other empires had been hoping that the two large empires would take each other down, allowing them to steal a second place with some luck. Alas, this tiny hope had been dashed with this crushing victory by the Fei Li Battle Team.

The Tournament continued, but after that bloody fight, the rest of the fights seemed to pale in comparison.

Furthermore, regarding the Fei Li Battle Team, the impression of them had risen tremendously, and even those who had not looked upon them favorably as winners were now reconsidering their stance.

The Fei Li Battle Team was still gathered in their Rest House as the rest of the teams slowly left to have their lunch. They were all still too excited, seated around chatting, and Ye Paopao gave Zhou Weiqing a quick punch. "Well done, you little rascal, you have indeed helped me to take revenge. I do not mind taking the scolding after all! Haha! The only thing I'm worried about now is… now that the audience has seen such a bloody scene, will they be able to still eat lunch?"

Zhou Weiqing stretched lazily and said. "Let's head back, there isn't much else for us to watch. We should take the next few days to rest up and bring ourselves to tip-top condition in preparation for that fight."

When they returned, Shangguan Xue'er was already waiting for Zhou Weiqing to bring him to the Palace Master.

"Zhou Weiqing, do you know what mistake you made?"

The first thing he heard after he stepped out of the teleportation was Shangguan Tianyue greeting him with his usual annoying words.

Zhou Weiqing sighed and used his pinky to clean his ears, not caring a bit about his image as he replied. "Nope. Care to enlighten me."

"You!..." Shangguan Tianyue was pissed by his behavior and wanted to lash out but Shangguan Tianyang stopped him.

The Palace Master looked at Zhou Weiqing and said. "Weiqing, we all know that you are going to become the son-in-law of the Heavenly Expanse Palace. Don't you think you are a little rude to your family?"

"Family? Who? You!... Hahaha... don't joke with me, Palace Master Shangguan. This world is ruled by strong people. Aren't you tolerating all my rude remarks because I am strong and you seek something from me? There is a famous saying; 'If you are not with me when I am at my lowest, then you do not deserve me when I am the strongest.' Don't try to act like my family just because you are related to Bing'er, none of you have done anything deemed what a family member would do for the other."

Zhou Weiqing snorted coldly and asked. "Tell me both of you, if not for me being a 17-year-old peak Heavenly Emperor with four Saint Attributes, if I had been merely a regular 4 or 5 jeweled Heavenly Jewel Master, do you guys have even bothered to pay attention to me? Do you guys call me so affectionately and try to build this relationship."

His words echoed in the large hall but the two Shangguan brothers had no answers since they would definitely have not treated him as such.

Zhou Weiqing laughed mockingly. "Hahaha... see, even you are clear of the answer in your heart. Since you are treating me from the perspective of the Palace Master and Second Palace Master then I am also treating you guys as the future successor of the Heaven and Earth Sect. Relationships built on trust, care, and love are far stronger and sturdier than the ones built on necessity and greed."

He humped coldly and waved his hand. "Now, if you will exchange me, I have to go to my Mother-in-law. Thank God, at least one person understands my point and treats others with love."

Zhou Weiqing disappeared, his body flickering as he left the hall and went to the garden.

Shangguan Tianyang sighed and shook his head with regret while Shangguan Tianyue could only clench his hands in anger.

The two experts and lords of the current strongest Saint Lands had never been berated so harshly by anyone let alone a junior.

And even though they wanted to be angry with the kid, they could not since he did not speak a single lie at all, openly mocking their greedy nature.

It was naturally true that both of them looked at the young guy so favorably because he was not only a young talent with such great potential to actually achieve the peak Heavenly Emperor stage.

Not even Shangguan Tianyang had touched this threshold before his thirties and yet Zhou Weiqing did.

Shangguan Tianyue was still just a low-level Heavenly Emperor and yet he always acted so high and mighty, treating others arrogantly.

The two of them were really in need of such a talent in the Heavenly Expanse Palace, even willing to let two of the princesses try to get the young fellow's seed. It would at least let them have a good offspring with Zhou Weiqing's talent.

Anyone could get greedy since Zhou Weiqing also possessed all of the four Saint Elements.

The Shangguan brothers were always jealous of other Saint Lands since they had one of the Saint Elements and yet the Heavenly Expanse Palace that claimed to be the strongest did not.

If not for both brothers to reach the Heavenly Emperor stage and the legendary 11 pieces Consolidated Equipment Set, their Saint Land would not even make the top three.

Shangguan Tianyang sighed and muttered. "Xian'er was right. We are on the wrong path. We are only looking at him from the prospective of the Lord's of the Saint Land and not as our family member. We want respect and trust while we always try to use tricks."

"But Elder Brother, that little brat..." Shangguan Tianyue was very unhappy with Zhou Weiqing's behavior.

Shangguan Tianyang stared at his brother sharply. "That little brat is your son-in-law and from now on, we will treat him as such. No more talks regarding any deals, no more tricks, and any others stuff. As for the money... I think as Xian'er had told us, he would give it to Bing'er in the end and that means the money will remain in the kingdom. Also, you go and invite his parents for a meal."

"Ehh? But brother why?"

"Just do as I say! Stop acting like a spoiled child and greeted your in-laws. I think I should let Xian'er be the Second Palace Master in your stead, her vision is far stretched than you."

Shangguan Tianyang snorted at his brother's actions.
