Chapter 1029: Worries Of The Heart [Part 2]



After thinking a bit, Ethan understood why Luna felt a bit inferior to his other lovers, especially those who had just recently become part of his family.

Samantha and Illumina were Ethan's lover and wife. Samantha might seem delicate as a non- combative witch, her healing magic was very unique and powerful.

As for Illumina, she was a Mermaid Princess and had very strong offensive abilities.

Princess Wilhelmina and Princess Ariel also gave a subtle pressure to Luna.

While Ethan never showed any romantic interest in them, she knew that her lover was basically a magnet for beautiful and powerful women.

Also, she had a feeling that Ethan's Best Friend, Nicole, would also sooner or later become one of her sisters.

All of Ethan's lovers were extraordinary in their way, making her the most ordinary among them.

Finally understanding the worries in Luna's heart, Ethan hugged her a bit tighter and kissed her lips for a brief moment before looking straight into her eyes.

"Luna, do you know? You're my first crush here in Brynhildr Academy?" Ethan said softly. "I was your crush?" Luna asked, feeling pleasantly surprised about hearing this revelation.

"Yes," Ethan replied. "I mean, how can I not find you attractive? You are the flower of the Dud Manor, and you're a very gentle, kind, and affectionate person. Also, without you, I wouldn't be here where I am right now.

"Have you forgotten? It was you who unlocked my Origin Magic, allowing me the opportunity to become part of this World of Magic. You're very special to me, and I love you very much. So what if you can only use your magic during the full moon?

"So what if you like to eat cakes and other desserts in the middle of the night? So what if you are a little chubby-ouch!"

The young lady's fingers immediately twisted Ethan's waist the moment she heard the word chubby.

Of course, Ethan was just joking.

Luna's figure, while not the sexiest and curviest among his lovers, was quite wonderful as well.

Ethan loved to hold her in his arms when they made love with each other, and the thing he liked the most was when she pulled his head to her chest, and let him sleep in her loving embrace.

"Listen, Luna. I will never abandon you or cast you aside," Ethan said softly. "So you don't need to worry about that. As for your Moon Magic... actually, I might have something that can help you use magic even if the full moon isn't out."

Ethan knew that Luna was quite troubled with her magic because she could only cast it during certain times of the month.

As someone who needed to kiss witches, and fairies in the past before he could use magic, he actually understood the helplessness that Luna was feeling.

The Moon and the Tides had a relationship that had been there since the world was created.

Without the moon, the tides wouldn't rise and fall.

Ethan could also feel his power rising to the peak during the days of the full moon, but he didn't think much of it back then.

He just thought that perhaps it was due to the Orbs of Magic that Luna had placed inside his heart as a last resort.

Even now, there were two orbs filled with moon magic at the very center of Ethan's Core, serving like protective charms that would help him in his time of need.

When Ethan told this to Luna and showed those two orbs of Moon Magic, her gaze softened, and her eyes grew moist.

"You think too much," Ethan said before planting another kiss on her forehead. "Do you know how many times you have saved me without your knowledge? Your Moon Magic not only opened my Magic Circuits, it also allowed me to become who I am today.

"The Moon Orbs inside of me are my trump cards, which I also used in the past to overcome dangerous situations. The magical bracelets you gave me that served as magical batteries allowed me to use magic anytime, anywhere.

"I know how much love, care, and effort you put into these protective talismans for my sake. So, why are you saying you're useless?"

Ethan held her close to him, hugging her tight. "Luna, I'm very happy to have you in my life. I will not ever let you go. I'll make sure that this tummy of yours becomes chubby when you bear my child."

This time, Luna didn't react when Ethan called her chubby. He could feel how much Ethan cared and loved her, making her insecurities slowly disappear like the fleeting clouds in the sky.

He had asked Mimir a month ago if there was a way for Luna to use her magic even though there weren't any full moons.

The gentle and wise giant gave him an answer that made Ethan understand that he had been looking at Luna's condition in the wrong perspective.

Moon Magic wasn't a magic that only worked during the day of the full moon.

As long as there was a moon in the sky, this magic would work.

After he and Mimir had a lengthy discussion about the topic, the Wise Giant came to a conclusion.

"I think Luna's Magic Circuits are similar to yours, Ethan," Mimir had said back then. "I think they are damaged or leaking, which is why she can only use her powers during the day of the full moon. Only at those times are her powers overflowing that, despite the leakage, it doesn't have any effect on her."

Due to the many events that had happened to Ethan during the past weeks, he had quite forgotten about Luna's Moon Magic.

Now that his lover had come to meet him, he decided to strike while the iron was hot.

"Luna, let's go to Limeburgh Town," Ethan whispered in her ear.

Immediately, Luna's face reddened. Usually, when they went to Limeburgh Town, they would

spend the night over, making love to each other.

"Okay," Luna nodded because it had been a while since she and Ethan had spent some

intimate moments together.

When he arrived, she and her other sisters had backed off so that he could spend time with Lily, especially since she would soon leave the academy due to her pregnancy.

What Luna didn't know was that Ethan planned to heal her Magic Circuits while he still had Nicole's Origin Magic to empower his abilities.

He planned to give her a surprise so that his beautiful, and affectionate lover wouldn't have to feel inferior again once she gained the ability to use her magic freely during the day and night.
