Looking at the ration pill handed to his mouth, Night Star felt very puzzled.

Night Star smiled and gave a compliment.

Ration pills like these, used to replenish chakra and restore stamina, typically don't prioritize taste.

But making them taste good is always better than making them taste bad.

Tsunade had a hesitant look on her face.

She originally wanted to mention that the ration pill was prepared by her disciple, Shizune.

But hearing Night Star's praise for the pill, she held back her words.

Cooking something delicious should count as a bonus point, right?

Hearing the prompt sound in her mind, Tsunade's expression didn't change at all.

For someone of her caliber, a slight chakra enhancement was barely worth mentioning.

Most of the kunoichi mentioned in today's diary received similar rewards.

Only Mei Terumi, due to her larger role in the events, received an additional reward of enhanced water-style abilities along with the chakra boost.

Compared to the so-called rewards, Tsunade was far more interested in Night Star himself.

"Take it and eat."

Feeling somewhat shy, Tsunade placed the pill in Night Star's hand and turned to enter the tent.

Three days later.

To quickly return to the village and deliver a report in person, Tsunade and Night Star traveled at full speed.

"We're finally back."

The higher-ups of Konoha had already received the news and sent people to the village gate to welcome them.

The one being welcomed, however, wasn't Night Star Uchiha, who had wiped out nearly a hundred Mist ninjas and made significant contributions.

It was one of the legendary Sannin, Tsunade.

No matter how many achievements the Uchiha clan made, to the village elders who followed the Second Hokage, they were just inherently evil wolves that needed to be guarded against.

The sharper the wolf's teeth, the more it made them uneasy.

"Lady Tsunade, welcome back to the village."

Wearing long purple hair and a white mask, Yugao Uzuki stepped forward and greeted Tsunade.

She then looked at the Night Star Uchiha standing beside her and, lowering her voice, spoke with evident concern.

"You weren't injured on the battlefield this time, were you?"

Since being suspected last time, Yugao Uzuki decided to change her approach to get closer to Night Star.

No more directness.

Instead, she adopted a gentle, persistent strategy.

"Mm, I'm fine."

Looking at Yugao Uzuki's attire, Night Star couldn't help but make a snarky comment in his diary.

[I really don't understand why ANBU members dress like this.]

[If it's for identity secrecy, it's completely ineffective.]

[The face might be covered, but Yugao's distinctive long purple hair makes her recognizable to anyone.]

"As long as you're not hurt."

Yugao's voice was full of girlish tenderness, which made Tsunade frown slightly, feeling a faint pang of jealousy.

Was Night Star really this popular in the village?

On second thought, it made sense.

With Night Star's outstanding looks and unparalleled ninja skills, it was logical.

His cold demeanor didn't show in front of others it was all internal thoughts recorded in his diary.

A young genius like him not having admirers would actually defy logic.

As a senior, Tsunade wouldn't deliberately target Yugao out of jealousy. She merely nodded and asked,

"Where is the Hokage?"

"He's already waiting for you in the conference room of the building."

"Alright, lead the way."

Yugao Uzuki responded and, along with several other ANBU members, led Tsunade and Night Star into the village.

On the streets, the villagers couldn't help but cast their gazes over.

The younger ones were curious about Tsunade's appearance, wondering when such a beautiful woman had come to the village.

The older ones recognized her immediately.

Although Tsunade had been away from the village for a long time, with her Yin Seal and chakra, she hadn't aged at all and still looked as young as ever.

"Is that... the granddaughter of the First Hokage, Tsunade-hime?"

"That must be her Lady Tsunade."

"Lady Tsunade is finally back. The Hidden Cloud and Mist villages are in for a hard time now."

"Sigh, I wonder when Lord Jiraiya will return. The village can barely hold on."

"Wait a minute, why is Lady Tsunade walking with an Uchiha ninja?"

"That boy is... Night Star Uchiha?"

"The Uchiha clan better not have any ideas about Lady Tsunade."

"Don't be ridiculous. She's the granddaughter of the First Hokage, the princess of the Senju clan. There's no way she'd take an interest in the evil Uchiha clan. They probably just completed a mission together."

Hearing the villagers' insults and slander against the Uchiha clan, Night Star was already accustomed to it, maintaining a calm and indifferent demeanor.

Tsunade, however, suddenly stopped in her tracks.

"Lady Tsunade?"

Under the puzzled gazes of the ANBU members, Tsunade abruptly turned to the villagers whispering among themselves. Frowning, she spoke in a deep voice.

"Night Star Uchiha made significant contributions in the war against the Hidden Mist."

"I hope you all show the respect that this hero deserves!"
