The Eye of Agamotto, a mystical artifact within the Marvel Universe, serves as the vessel for the Time Stone. It can pierce through illusions and disguises, and assists in spellcasting.

But its most crucial function is "controlling time."

In the movies, Doctor Strange used this powerful artifact to reverse time, restoring destroyed objects to their original, undamaged state. Through this ability, he trapped Dormammu in a time loop, forcing the dark entity to retreat.

Now, seeing the Ancient One wield this artifact, Azu wasted no time. He and his duplicate unleashed their "heat vision" together!

Blazing golden beams surged downward, aiming for the Sorcerer Supreme. But before the beams could reach her, the Ancient One activated the Eye of Agamotto. A green magical circle appeared around her hands, spinning as she twisted them slightly.

The two heat beams stopped in front of her and began rapidly rewinding, flowing backward as if pulled by an unseen force.

The scene unfolded like a video being rewound. Reality itself began to rewind with it. The destroyed streetlights stood upright again, damaged roads were restored, and flipped cars returned to their original positions.

Even the flames from the Mirror Dimension were drawn back, disappearing into the fissures they had emerged from, which promptly sealed up as though they had never existed.

In mere moments, the Mirror Dimension vanished, leaving Azu and Lin Ida standing where they had first stepped out from their interdimensional journey—the front of a quiet café.

The world paused.

Time had temporarily stopped.

From a distant rooftop, the Ancient One gazed at the pair below, maintaining control of the Time Stone.

"Sending them back isn't an option. They're not from this universe, and clearly, the Time Stone can't influence the timelines of other universes."

She sighed softly, allowing the Eye of Agamotto to revert to its dormant state. Pulling up the hood of her cloak, she muttered, "Surveillance will have to suffice instead of containment."

Turning, she waved her hand through the air, opening a shimmering portal that led back to the New York Sanctum. With one last glance at the pair, she stepped through and disappeared.

On the Streets

Azu and Lin Ida exchanged confused glances before a voice broke the silence.

"Hey, move it!"

Turning, Azu realized they were blocking the entrance to a small café. As they stepped aside, a sharp whistle pierced the air.

Looking up, Azu spotted a figure streaking across the night sky. The figure was clad in a golden-red alloy suit, flames shooting from its hands and feet, propelling it toward a brightly lit building.

The building's lights illuminated its name: "Stark Tower."

"That's Iron Man, right?"

"Definitely! Look, he's heading to Stark Tower!"

Excited chatter erupted among the nearby crowd, with many pulling out their phones to snap pictures.

Stark Tower? Iron Man?!

Azu's lips curled into a small smile before his brows furrowed slightly.

"Why does this all feel so… familiar?"

"Like déjà vu. It's as if I've lived this before…"

Lin Ida tilted her head curiously. "Mr. John, what are you talking about?"

"Where are we now? Is this… some strange place?"

Holding her hand, Azu strolled down the street, his retinas displaying a familiar set of notifications.

Azu's mind raced with possibilities.

He could head to Wakanda and snag a Vibranium suit. While he was at it, maybe he could leverage Wakanda to make Vibranium appear in the shop inventory.

When the Chitauri invade Earth, he could storm through the wormhole to their home base, racking up skill proficiency.

He could interact—or clash—with superheroes like Thor and Hulk, boosting proficiency and trying to unlock their gear in the shop.

And of course, there was Loki. That scepter of his embedded with the Mind Stone was a must-have!

But again, a sense of familiarity washed over him.

Why does it feel like I've thought all of this before?

Shaking off the strange sensation, Azu turned to Lin Ida.

"This place looks a lot like our city, doesn't it?"

"It was the same last time, too. Lin, have you ever heard of the multiverse?"

Lin Ida nodded. "You mean… like parallel worlds?"

"That's right. I believe every time you 'sleepwalk,' you're actually traveling to different universes."

Lin Ida's face paled. "That's… unbelievable. Could it be some kind of illness?"

"Don't worry," Azu reassured her with a smile. "You're perfectly healthy."

He had scanned her body countless times. If there were anything wrong, he'd have noticed it instantly.

Still, Lin Ida nervously patted her empty pockets. "I didn't bring any cash. What should we do now? Sleep at the subway station?"

Azu chuckled. "No need for that. Stay here. I'll handle it."

At a nearby ATM, a man was dancing to music, waiting his turn. When his moment came, he walked up, only to be shoved aside by a burly man in a flannel shirt and jeans.

"Hey! Ever heard of waiting in line?" the man protested.

Azu ignored him, gripping the ATM and ripping it from the wall. Tossing the machine aside, he turned back to the man, who now sat dumbfounded on the ground.

"What were you saying?" Azu asked with a smirk.

The man stammered, "N-Nothing! Take your time!"

Laughing, Azu pulled a wad of cash from the broken machine and strolled back to Lin Ida, leaving chaos in his wake.

Back with Lin Ida, Azu stuffed the cash into her hands.

"See? Problem solved."

"Mr. John, where did you get this money?"

"This world's people are quite charitable. I told someone we were robbed, and they gave us this."

Lin Ida's eyes sparkled with awe as they hailed a cab and left the scene.

Meanwhile, far away in Wakanda, alarms blared.

The capital's security center was in chaos as Prince T'Challa rushed inside. "What's going on?"

His sister, Shuri, was glued to the holographic screens. "Brother, we've detected a fast-moving object near our airspace. It's circling rapidly, as if searching for something."

T'Challa's expression turned grim. "Searching? For what?"

Moments later, on the large display, the object came into focus—a lone figure standing against the backdrop of the full moon…
