As Homelander In Multiverse

Chapter 131: Chapter 131: Is That All You've Got?

High above the clouds, at an altitude of ten thousand meters, the blue skies stretched endlessly, and the weather was serene.

Azul streaked through a cluster of white clouds, scattering them as he sped onward, leaving only a blur in his wake.

At that moment, the communicator in his ear crackled, and the familiar voice of Wakanda's Prince T'Challa came through.

"Great Conqueror, your target is three hundred miles east of your current position, at an altitude of 9,000 meters, directly below you."

Azul nodded with satisfaction. Three hundred miles was nothing to him—just a blink of an eye. In a flash, his gaze locked onto his target.

The S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier.

After entrusting Lin Aida to the Wakandans for protection, Azul had commanded T'Challa to use Wakandan technology to locate the Helicarrier.

In The Avengers, the "God of Mischief" Loki had been taken aboard this very Helicarrier after presenting himself to the team. It was here that his scepter, embedded with the Mind Stone, would be studied by Banner and Stark.

And Azul was here for that scepter.

With Wakandan assistance, finding the Helicarrier had been effortless.

Azul scanned the vessel, his eyes lighting up with discovery.

He saw not only the one-eyed Nick Fury but also Black Widow, Iron Man, Bruce Banner, Captain America, and Loki himself.

"Perfect timing."

A smirk crossed Azul's face as he descended toward the Helicarrier.

---

Within the Helicarrier, Loki paced in the cage initially designed to hold the Hulk. Pausing, he smiled faintly.

"Few can approach me unnoticed."

He turned to face a striking woman in a black, skin-tight outfit—Black Widow.

"You knew I'd come," she said calmly.

Loki's lips curled into a sly grin. "Of course. No matter how much torture Fury subjects me to, you always show up like an old friend, right on time."

"Truly touching."

He spread his arms in mock sincerity, his tone dripping with sarcasm.

"I'm here to know what you did to Barton," Black Widow said, stepping forward.

"I simply opened his mind," Loki replied with a casual shrug.

"And when you win," she pressed, "what will become of Barton's mind?"

Loki chuckled. "What's this? Do you love him?"

Before Black Widow could respond, Loki's eyes flicked upward, as though sensing something.

"What is it?" she asked.

Loki glanced back at her, a sly smile playing on his lips. "Nothing. It just feels like things are about to get... interesting."

---

Meanwhile, on the Helicarrier's bridge, Nick Fury was interrupted by the blaring of alarms. Thor and Agent Phil Coulson, seated nearby, turned their attention to him.

"Director, we've detected a high-speed object approaching the ship," reported Agent Hill, her sharp features tense as she addressed Fury.

Before Fury could respond, the panoramic window in front of them shattered. A dark figure shot through, hovering mid-air amidst the chaos.

Fury shielded himself from the shards and looked up. Standing before them was a golden-haired man.

He wore a blazing red cape that billowed behind him like flames, paired with a black suit adorned with golden lightning patterns.

"Good morning, gentlemen," Azul greeted, his voice carrying an amused edge as he surveyed the room.

His gaze swept over Fury, the striking Agent Hill, the muscular Thor, and the balding Coulson.

"It feels like walking into a movie."

He muttered this to himself before adding aloud, "Don't mind me. I'm just here to take something. I'll be on my way."

---

Fury frowned, his hand instinctively reaching for his gun. "Sir, everything aboard this ship is government property. You're not authorized to take anything."

Azul chuckled, clasping his hands behind his back. "Director, you misunderstand."

"I'm not a citizen of your country, so your laws don't apply to me."

"As for this so-called government property... didn't your country take its land from the natives? So, really, there's no such thing as government property—just the principle of strength."

He gestured lazily to a wall ahead of him. "Now, if you'll excuse me."

The wall stood between him and Loki's scepter, and Azul floated toward it with purpose.

"Stop him!" Fury bellowed, pulling his weapon.

Before the agents could react, Azul turned, releasing a golden beam of energy that ricocheted around the room. Chaos erupted as consoles exploded and the bridge descended into disarray.

Thor lunged forward, his massive fist swinging toward Azul.

Azul caught it with an open palm, the impact sending a shockwave through the air.

Thor's expression shifted. Azul smirked. "Doesn't feel as strong as Superman's punches."

Golden light blazed in Azul's eyes, and a scorching beam struck Thor, forcing him to shield himself. The God of Thunder was blasted backward, crashing through debris.

Azul's gaze narrowed as he activated his ability.

[Name: Thor Odinson (God of Thunder)]

[Life Level: 7 (Asgardian)]

[Status: Surprised]

[Abilities: Super Strength, Super Speed, Enhanced Durability, Control of Lightning]

"Level 7 life form!" Azul mused, taking a deep breath.

Thor's life level was two levels higher than his own.

But strength wasn't always determined by levels.

Thor pushed himself up from the rubble, but Azul had already smashed through the wall, continuing his path toward the scepter.

---

In the scepter's chamber, Stark and Banner flinched as Azul's figure emerged, his crimson cape flowing behind him.

Stark glanced at the scepter resting on the table and made a move, only to halt as a golden beam seared past him.

"Don't move, playboy," Azul said, his tone playful. "Or do you prefer 'genius, billionaire, philanthropist'?"

Stark smirked. "Well, someone's done their homework."

"I like this guy," Stark quipped to Banner.

Banner sighed, exasperated.

Azul approached the scepter, lifting it with ease. Just then, Thor burst into the room, shouting, "Put that down! It doesn't belong to you!"

Azul glanced back, a sly grin on his face. "And it doesn't belong to you either, your majesty—or should I say, not yet."

Before anyone could react, the room trembled violently as an explosion rocked the Helicarrier, throwing everyone off balance.

The chaos only escalated as the Hulk roared to life in the lower levels, and the battle between gods, monsters, and mortals erupted in full force.
