Brothel Manager : Unexpected Encounter with A Hidden Family Heirloom

Chapter 443: 443 : Ambush

In the quiet ambiance of the Taj Hotel's dining room, Das regarded Princess Mona with a calm, measured gaze. "I have one condition for our cooperation," he stated, his voice resonant with a firm undertone.

Mona's curiosity was piqued, her eyebrows arching in anticipation. "What is it?" she inquired, leaning forward slightly.

Das's response was straightforward, yet it carried an undercurrent of warning. "You must cease all inquiries and surveillance of me. You've done your homework, but from now onwards, I expect no spying on me or my associates. And no harm must come to my family or friends. If you breach this, the casual man you're speaking to now will be the most of your concerns."

A heavy silence enveloped the room as Mona absorbed his conditions. Her eyes, reflecting a mix of respect and calculation, finally nodded in agreement. "I accept your terms, Mr. Das."

"So, we have a deal?" she asked, her voice laced with a hint of eagerness.

Das stood up, his movement fluid and confident. Lifting his glass, he held it high in a silent toast. "Deal," he affirmed, and in one swift motion, drained the wine. Setting down the empty glass, he exchanged one final, meaningful glance with Mona before turning to leave.

As he walked away, Mona's gaze lingered on his retreating figure. A new intensity of longing and attraction flickered in her eyes, the enigmatic Mr. Das leaving a lasting impression on her.

After Das had disappeared from sight, a personal servant of Mona hurriedly approached her, concern etched on her face. "Princess, why do you care so much about him? He already has a harem of girls in his compound," she questioned, her tone a mix of worry and disapproval.

Mona turned to her servant, her expression softening. "It's not about what he has or doesn't have. It's about how much value he has – power, intelligence, a formidable ally. And perhaps," she paused, a thoughtful look crossing her face, "something more personal."

The servant frowned, not entirely convinced. "But getting involved with someone like him could be dangerous. He's not just any common man; he dared to mess with Aries family."

Mona smiled, a mysterious glint in her eye. "Sometimes, the most dangerous paths lead to the most rewarding destinations. Das is more than he appears, and I intend to discover just how much more." Find exclusive stories on My Virtual Library Empire

As the servant pondered her words, Mona gazed out of the window, lost in thought. The deal with Das was more than a mere alliance; it was a step into a game that promised intrigue, power, and perhaps, unexpected emotions.

While Mona is planning on subduing Das slowly, Das already laid a well hidden trap for her.

Das's Rolls Royce purred smoothly as he navigated the streets of Mumbai, relishing the quiet after his eventful meeting with Princess Mona. His phone rang, breaking the tranquility, and Sheela's voice, intertwined with Luna's, burst through the speaker in a flurry of excitement.

"Das... Das... where are you?" A mixed voice of two girls came from the other end.

"What are you girls doing together? I'm at Hotel Taj." Das replied while steering the car out side the hotel gate.

"Das, you have to come to the Reddy family's mountainside villa," Sheela urged, her voice tinged with mischief.

"Yeah, we're all alone here, and it's so beautiful at night!" Luna added, her giggle echoing Sheela's playful tone.

A sweet smile played on Das's lips, amused by their impromptu invitation. "Alright, I'm on my way, send me location." he replied, his voice laced with anticipation. With a swift turn, he steered the car towards the highway, heading for the mountains.

However, as Das approached the mountainside villa, his path was abruptly blocked by an intimidating convoy of over thirty cars. A throng of people, easily numbering a hundred, formed a human barricade. Das's smile didn't waver; he had anticipated this possibility.

At the end of the crowd, he spotted Bella, the Farus family manager who had betrayed him. She stood with an air of triumph, believing her plan to be foolproof. Bella had been tracking Das's movements through satellite surveillance, and with the Farus family patriarch's disdain for Das, she saw an opportunity to end his chapter once and for all.

As Das stepped out of his car, he addressed the Bella, his voice calm and authoritative. "Bella, is this your idea of a welcome party? I don't like crowds much. Did you bring the patriarch's blood serum you promised?"

Bella stepped forward as the mercenaries moved away as she walked forward, her confidence evident. "This is the end, Das. You've meddled in affairs far beyond your reach. The Farus family has given the order. Your reign is over."

Das chuckled, his demeanour unshaken. "Do you truly believe this will stop me? You know I'm always two steps ahead."

The stand-off was tense, the air thick with anticipation. Das's phone rang again, Sheela's voice coming through in a worried tone. "Das, where are you? We're waiting."

He responded softly, his gaze still fixed on Bella and her entourage. "I've run into a bit of business, but don't worry. I'll be there soon."

"We miss you... come fast." Sheela's voice was filled with genuine concern.

Das's expression softened momentarily. "I know, I miss both of you. See you soon."

Bella laughed at his confidence. "Did you finish final call of your life?" She questioned in a playful tone.

Ending the call, Das refocused on Bella and her army. "You've been misled if you think this is the way to deal with me. You're playing with your own life."

Bella sneered, "The game ended when you crossed the Farus family and met with that Taurus family young lady. Say your goodbyes, Das."

As the tension escalated, Das knew he needed to defuse the situation quickly. His mind raced, calculating the best course of action. The mountainside, illuminated by the headlights of the cars, became the stage for a confrontation that would determine Das's fate.

But suddenly Das's instincts kicked as he dodged a sniper bullet which got fired from a kilometer distance.
