Kaido wiped the blood from his mouth and glared at Gangplank, who was casually peeling an orange and eating it in front of him. He spoke sternly, 

"But don't think you can defeat me so easily!" 

"I am Kaido of the Beasts!" 

"Great Weed Thunder Eight Trigrams!" 

In an instant, Kaido transformed into his most powerful half-dragon form. He gripped his mace with both hands, surrounding it with all of his Conqueror's Haki, then charged at Gangplank once more. 

Kaido was finally taking the fight seriously. 

After another full day and night of intense fighting, Kaido now bore several deep scars across his chest. 

With a roar, he turned into a giant dragon, desperately flying away from Pike's bone-piercing spikes, and fled Cake Island in defeat. 

If Kaido didn't have the ability to fly, he would have been finished, as Pike's strength, though impressive, wasn't enough to completely overpower him. 

Gangplank, fully equipped with his Zealot Anti-Armor, continued to eat oranges between clashes, proving himself a formidable foe in the pirate world. 

The two powerful armor-piercing suits made Gangplank a nightmare for anyone relying on defense. 

Kaido's escape left him embarrassed, and Perospero, along with the other Charlotte family members, who had harbored thoughts of rebellion, quickly fell in line, becoming obedient and respectful under Gangplank's rule. 

Meanwhile, in the New World, many pirates who had hoped to seize territories in the wake of Big Mom's defeat and test Gangplank's strength quietly withdrew. 

The New World, now firmly under the dominance of the Four Emperors, had stabilized. 

At this moment, another huge piece of news spread across the seas, sending shockwaves through the pirate world. 

"Big news, big news!" 

"Four Emperors Ocean Disaster Gangplank has defeated Big Mom, taken control of All Nations, and his strength has grown tremendously!" 

"And the Seven Warlords of the Sea, Gekko Moria, was directly defeated by Supernova Vladimir!" 

"Can the Seven Warlords, who maintain one of the world's key balances, still be trusted?" 

"Chaos is rising. A new era is upon us!"

News birds carried the shocking updates across the seas. 

Kings and civilians alike grew anxious as they learned that Gangplank had reached the top of the Four Emperors, while rookie pirate Vladimir had already taken down Gekko Moria. 

The pirate world was growing stronger by the day.

Can the Marines, the Seven Warlords of the Sea, and the World Government really protect their safety?

"Trash! The hero of the West Blue, who was once able to fight against Kaido of the Beasts, was defeated so easily by a rookie pirate!"

"What a complete loser!"

In the Holy Land of Mary Geoise, the Five Elders, with their blonde hair, were furious.

The Seven Warlords of the Sea were chosen by the World Government to help balance the power between pirates and the Marines. However, they have been a topic of controversy between the Marine Headquarters and the main countries.

And now, if the Seven Warlords of the Sea can't even stop powerful pirates, and are easily defeated by new ones…

Does the World Government even need the Seven Warlords of the Sea anymore?

Without them, how can the World Government balance the power between pirates and the Marines?

The World Government hasn't developed Pacifistas yet, and based on the genes of the Shichibukai and the Lunarian race, the Seraphim are powerful enough to replace the Shichibukai.

The blonde Five Elders were extremely angry, but most of the other Five Elders remained calm.

"That guy, Gecko Moria, his strength has been dropping since he became obsessed with his zombie army," one of the bearded Elders said quietly. "His defeat was expected."

"Recruit the pirate who defeated Gecko Moria to become a new Warlord of the Sea!" the curly-haired Elder suggested. "With his strength, at least the seas, which are getting crazier, can calm down for a while."

"There's been too much chaos in the world recently," he added with a sigh.

"Send out the call-up order," the somewhat bald Elder said coldly. "If he refuses to join… send an Admiral to destroy him in the first half of the Grand Line, no matter what!"

"No more powerful pirates can appear in the New World!" the bald Elder finished firmly.

After the bald Elder spoke, the others nodded in agreement.

Then, they all turned to look at Gangplank, who had now secured his place as one of the Four Emperors and was famous across the world. Their expressions grew serious.

Losing one of the Seven Warlords was a minor issue, but the rise of a new Four Emperor could shake the entire world.

Especially Gangplank, who had united the forces of all nations. He had the potential to change the course of the world and even threaten Laugh Tale.

The current pirate world can't handle the rise of a new era of great pirates.

"We need to issue a bounty order first," the bald Elder said. "It won't be easy for him to reach Laugh Tale!"
