The envoy's face darkened with sorrow as he replied bitterly, "The Autumn Kingdom has already fallen to the Noxian Empire."

As a non-World Government member, the Four Seasons Alliance, located near the Calm Belt, had always relied on close alliances through marriage and mutual defense.

Blood Wolf Hogg's confidence had wavered after witnessing the clash between Kaido and Shanks in the New World. It was then he realized just how small he was compared to the monstrous power of those two emperors.
