Chapter 125: Chapter 124: The Rich Woman
To register Familia members, they only needed to complete a simple form, and the guild would handle the rest.
However, Kyle and Morgana brought far too many people, causing quite a commotion in the guild hall. To address the situation, the person in charge arranged for a large conference room to accommodate them.
Neither Kyle nor Morgana had any objections to the arrangement.
Upon entering the meeting room, Morgana took a seat beside the guild staff responsible for registration. With great interest, she observed the contents of the forms.
"Excuse me, Morgana-sama, did you come from outside of Orario?"
Misha Flott, who was in charge of registering Morgana and her group, asked cautiously. While Eina, the guild's well-known adventurer advisor, was not present, her best friend from the original story remained with the guild.
Misha was sharp enough to notice that anyone who arrived with such a large entourage of Familia members must be more than just a new deity from the lower realm.
The adventurers accompanying Morgana and Kyle were clearly seasoned. At the very least, their equipment spoke of significant experience and power.
"That's correct. I came with that woman over there," Morgana replied, pointing toward Kyle, who seemed preoccupied.
The two deities had evidently arrived together, both bearing wings, but their relationship appeared less amicable than one might expect.
"Understood. We'll need to register the information for your Familia members here. Those behind you must belong to the Morgana Familia, correct?" Misha asked tentatively. "I hope this won't inconvenience anyone."
"All of you, come here to register your adventurer profiles," Morgana instructed her group. She then turned to Misha. "Who in the guild is responsible for Familia residencies? We need to purchase land."
"Please follow me. I'll show you the available plots," the person in charge responded promptly.
Morgana was led to a massive map where she swiftly selected a large parcel of land. However, some civilians currently resided on the property, and the guild would need time to relocate them.
Such matters, however, were the guild's responsibility. They assured Morgana they would handle communications with the current occupants.
Meanwhile, back in the meeting room, Misha busied herself registering the adventurer profiles for Morgana's group.
"Wow! Mr. Sylas is an LV3!" Misha exclaimed, her voice immediately drawing the attention of the person in charge.
"Most of us are LV3, except for Sona," Sylas replied nonchalantly.
Misha's breathing quickened at the statement. Everyone knew that a guild staff member's quality of life was often tied to the strength of the adventurers they managed.
For instance, Misha's senpai, Saria who lived comfortably because nearly all the high-ranking adventurers in the Sol Familia were under her jurisdiction.
Misha felt like fortune had finally smiled upon her. With more than a dozen LV3 adventurers in this group alone, they represented a formidable force within Orario.
She could almost see her bright and prosperous future unfolding before her eyes.
As she indulged in her daydream, Misha glanced toward Sona, the sole LV2 in the group, as Sylas had mentioned.
But when she saw Sona, Misha's eyes widened, her throat constricting as if something had lodged in it.
This woman… Was her figure even real?
Misha's gaze fixed on Sona's prominent "assets," which moved with every step she took. Her thoughts froze.
Forget LV2 or LV3—none of that mattered compared to this overwhelming display.
Compared to Sona, Misha felt like a crumbling wall.
"Damn it, how enviable!" she muttered internally.
——
"We came to Orario with one clear goal: to level up. Finding a powerful monster outside would be far too troublesome," Fiona remarked casually.
Noticing Misha's silence, Fiona glanced her way and sensed that her words hadn't had the desired impact. To drive the point home, she added confidently, "And we're about to hit LV4—very soon."
The plan was bold and well thought out. They intended to advance their levels as quickly as possible, then capitalize on the announcement of multiple members reaching LV4 simultaneously to make a statement in Orario. Their strategy was simple yet effective: generate buzz now and use it to solidify their fame later.
When Misha finally snapped out of her daze, her smile was a little strained, but the news had rekindled some of her excitement. Even so, her gaze occasionally wandered to the side.
She couldn't match Fiona's commanding presence or Sona's alluring charm, but that didn't dampen her enthusiasm. The idea of their Familia boasting LV4 members was thrilling. As the realization took hold, a grin spread across Misha's face.
"My good days are truly on their way!" she thought to herself.
"Please ensure the guild keeps this matter confidential," Morgana interjected. "Our Familia plans to announce the level upgrades for all our members together."
"Understood! I'll inform the guild staff," Misha replied enthusiastically.
To her, these adventurers were long-term meal tickets. A small request like this was no issue at all.
"By the way," Morgana continued, "could you help us contact someone who specializes in constructing houses?"
Once the adventurer profiles were successfully registered, Morgana posed this question to the guild's person in charge before they left. She preferred not to trouble Sol with such minor matters.
"Of course. I'll get in touch with a builder for you, and you can discuss the details directly with them," the guild representative replied.
"My requirements are very high," Morgana noted. "Ordinary craftsmen won't suffice."
"Don't worry; he's one of the best architects in all of Orario!"
"Good. Don't keep me waiting too long," Morgana said with a satisfied smile, waving to her companions as she turned to leave.
The group departed from the guild, heading to Sol's current residence, where they planned to stay until their own Familia residence was built.
Anyway, on the surface, Sol picked up the two of them, so there is no need to shy away from contact.
"Have you secured a place for the Familia members?" Sol inquired.
"Yes, it's an abandoned property in the south. The guild is working on cleaning it up, and we'll hire builders to construct the residence afterward," Morgana explained.
"Is the space sufficient?"
"Absolutely. I chose a large area—plenty of room to ensure we don't feel cramped," she replied confidently.
