Delayed Transfer

While they were eating breakfast the twins asked him a very important question which was a continuation of what Albert had suggested regarding the twins and Liriel studying on Earth.

“Can we study with Albert in your planet’s school?” Isaac asked while they enjoyed Milena’s egg with tomato, toast, coffee, and fruit juice for the kids.

“According to Albert, the school year will start in a month,” Aaron added.

“I will need to talk to Albert’s parents first since I will need to ask for help from them. You will be living with Albert and his parents if we do decide for you to study on Earth.,”

Since the twins kept talking about it, that meant they were really interested.

“Why do you want to study on Earth anyway?” Mark asked the twins.

“According to Albert, we’ll meet a lot of kids and there’s a lot of tech..no.mogy on your planet and we want to see it,” Isaac said.

“Albert also said that the education on Earth was much more… better. He said that the basics were much more… complete and will help us become better mage. He said that science, math, and physics will cover the majority of the basis of magic,” Aaron continued although the kid did say that he didn’t understand what Albert had told him. He was basically just parroting what Albert had said.

Mark corrected Isaac about the term technology and thought about what Albert had said and Robert and Danielle’s son was indeed correct that the elementary education on Earth would be a good foundation for a would-be wizard. He would need to talk to people first before he makes a decision and he would, of course, need to ask for help from Robert and Danielle.

Mark knew that it wasn’t truly a problem since the British couple were truly rich and any issue that could be solved with money wasn’t an issue at all. What he needed to plan was the logistics of it. Would he allow the twins and Liriel to stay on Earth while they were studying or just let them return to Veltun the moment they were done with school?

“I’ll need to talk to a lot of people first for advice so be patient. We do still have time before the school year starts,” Mark told the twins, and Liriel and the kids just nodded.

After breakfast, the kids ran out of the RV to start their day and Mark followed them. He was planning to go to the elven sisters to seek their advice. When he arrived at the computer gaming tent, he saw that the sisters were taking a break in the coffee lounge area which was good timing.

“Mentorra, Solinae, Eilintraee, good, I caught you during your break. I need some advice,” Mark said to the elven women.

“How can we help you?” Solinae said.

Mark took a cup of coffee from the vending machine and joined the sisters in the lounge.

“It was suggested to me that I allow the twins and Liriel to study on Earth. There they will learn much more comprehensive information about the sciences which was arguably the foundation of magic and I’m mostly sure that it will them better wizards. What do you think?”

“I will let them take that opportunity. It would be easier for them since you can establish a warp gate that will allow them to return home after school so that meant that they didn’t need to be separated from their home. They will go to school during the morning and return home after it ends. I recommend that you have someone teach them your language first and not rely on a spell to understand your language,” Mentorra said, and based on her sisters’ faces, they agreed with her.

Mark thought deeply about what to do next and the sisters just joined him in his contemplation. After a few minutes, they talked about different things like their talk with Donald regarding their visit to Earth. According to their sisters, the visits would be in batches and since they insisted, they would be the first batch.

The visit will happen the next week and they assured Mark that everything was being handled by Donald without any issues.

“I’m so glad that your friend is extremely rich,” Solinae said.

“He is extremely cunning and knows the value of his money. We will need to provide him with a large amount of magical information in exchange for the visit to Earth and an unlimited shopping spree,” Mentorra said but she looked calm.

“I’m so happy as well since it made my life extremely easier.”

Mark commented then he said his goodbye and looked for Rendira so he could ask her advice. When he found the kids’ tutor, he talked to her about his plan of allowing the twins and Liriel to study on Earth and she basically said the same thing as the elven sisters. Rendira admitted that the main reason why she mostly thought that it was a good idea was because of the Warp Gate. If the travel between the planets was extremely difficult, Rendira herself would probably not allow herself and her husband to be separated from their kids but since the twins and Liriel would be gone for a few hours each day, there was no need for him to hesitate.

He then decided that he would allow the kids to study on Earth with Albert but he would probably hire a tutor first to teach the twins and Liriel English. Mark went back to the RV to wait for Robert and Danielle since they would be the ones who would return to England once the school year started to allow Albert to continue his education and that meant he would need to ask an extremely huge favor from them since the twins and Liriel would need to stay with them while attending school.

When he arrived in the circle of RVs, he sat at the dining table in the center of the RVs and read a novel on his phone while waiting. The twins, Liriel and Lisa arrived first and they talked to Mark about his decision regarding attending school.

“I still need to talk to Albert’s parents since if we do go ahead and let you study on Earth, you will be staying with them,” Mark said to the kids so they waited with him.

Soon, Donald and Robert’s group arrived. Mark was expecting them to since their habit was to dive in the morning, go back to the circus in the afternoon to eat lunch and dungeon dive again in the afternoon. They waited for Donald and Robert’s group to freshen up in their RVs and when they joined him at the dining table for lunch, he told Robert and Danille that he would need to talk to them later in the evening when they got back from the dungeon diving and Donald asked if he wanted them to stop dungeon diving for the day so he could talk with Robert but he said that it could wait until evening.

Mark was about to offer to replicate food for them but Donald said that food was already prepared by the chefs in the mansion where the warp gate was established on Earth and they just needed to retrieve it. He just shook his head and waited while Donald and Robert used the warp gate to go back to Earth to get the food.

This action brought home the fact that it was truly easy for them to travel between the planets and that meant that allowing the kids to study on Earth was a viable choice.
