Dragon Ball: Beerus And His Adorable Daughter

Chapter 1: CH.1 The Daughter of Beerus

The Birth of Blair: The Daughter of Beerus

One day, a tired Destroyer God named Beerus was sleeping as usual, yawning in his slumber. As he slept, energy began to gather in front of his mouth, forming what seemed to be a ki blast. However, instead of firing off, the ki blast started to take shape—a small kitten-like figure glowing intensely. As the light solidified, Beerus woke up, his sharp eyes narrowing.

"Now, what are those two dumb Saiyans doing disturbing my sleep?" he grumbled.

Expecting to see Goku and Vegeta causing trouble, Beerus looked around but saw no one. As he tried to get up, he felt something rubbing against him. Looking down, he saw a small, purple kitten gently sleeping beside him.

Confused, Beerus leaned closer, only for the tiny kitten to stir.

"Whis!" Beerus called out.

Almost instantly, a tall, blue-skinned man with white hair and a staff appeared.

"Yes, Lord Beerus?" Whis responded.

"Did you put this kid here?" Beerus asked, still baffled.

Whis chuckled, shaking his head. "No, Lord Beerus. But I must say, this little furball is absolutely adorable."

Just then, the kitten woke up completely, its large, round eyes locking onto Beerus.

"Daddy?" the kitten said sleepily.

Beerus recoiled. "Huh?! Who are you calling your dad, kid?"

A Life Cut Short

As this scene unfolded, time rewound to reveal the events that led to this moment.

In an orphanage, a five-year-old girl sat on the floor watching TV. On the screen, a fierce battle raged between a purple cat-like being and a red-haired warrior. However, the girl wasn't focused on the fight—she was fixated on the cat.

"Wow, that kitty is so strong! I wish I had a daddy that strong," she whispered to herself.

Suddenly, a loud bang echoed downstairs.

Startled, the girl jumped up and hesitantly stepped out of her room. Hearing more noise, she carefully made her way downstairs.

What she saw made her freeze. Two grown men were attacking a woman who had positioned herself protectively in front of a group of terrified children.

One of the men, the larger of the two, sneered.

"Lady, you better hand over these kids, or this is going to end horribly for you."

Growing impatient, the man pulled out a pistol.

Before anyone could react, the little girl stepped out of her hiding spot. "What's happening?" she asked innocently.

Without even looking, the man pointed his gun in her direction and pulled the trigger.

A gunshot rang out.

The girl gasped, coughing up blood as she collapsed to the ground. Tears welled in her eyes as pain surged through her small body. Darkness overtook her as her vision blurred.

At just five years old, she had been killed.

A Second Chance

The girl awoke in an endless black void. There was nothing—no sound, no feeling—just emptiness.

Then, out of nowhere, glowing words appeared in front of her:

[Would you like to be reborn in the world of Dragon Ball?]

Yes / No

Confused, the girl tilted her head. "Dragon Ball? Is that some kind of food?" she wondered before shrugging.

"Yes."

Back to the Present

Back in Beerus's palace, the small kitten nervously looked around. She had just been dreaming of having a family, yet now she was in an unfamiliar place.

"Lord Beerus, do you have any idea who this could be?" Whis asked, examining the kitten.

Beerus huffed. "No, Whis, I have no idea. But for some reason, her ki feels... similar to mine. Just much weaker."

"Would you like me to investigate?"

"Yes, thank you, Whis."

The kitten, still confused, cautiously approached Beerus. She reached up, tugging on his robe, looking up at him with teary eyes. She was scared. Yet, something about the big purple cat made her feel safe.

Beerus glanced down, feeling an odd chill as he saw the tiny girl trembling. For some reason, an unfamiliar, uncomfortable feeling settled in his chest.

Whis studied his staff. "Hmm… That's strange. Looking at this universe's records, there's no mention of this child anywhere."

He stepped forward, lowering his staff toward the kitten's forehead.

However, as soon as the staff got close, the girl yelped and clung tightly to Beerus, terrified.

Beerus panicked. Without thinking, he picked her up in his arms, rubbing her head against his chest to calm her down.

The kitten slowly relaxed in his embrace.

Beerus sighed. "Listen, kid, we need to figure out where you came from. To do that, Whis needs to check you over with his staff. Okay?"

Still hesitant, the kitten nodded.

Whis gently tapped her forehead. A green light shimmered around her, and Whis's jaw dropped in shock.

"Um… Lord Beerus… you're not going to believe this, but… you're a father."

"WHAT?!" Beerus roared. "Whis, what nonsense are you spouting?! I have never indulged in such things!"

Whis chuckled nervously. "Well, my lord, it appears that, for whatever reason, you have developed the ability to reproduce… without a partner. This little girl was just born not long ago—most likely when you woke up. She is made entirely of your ki, meaning she is a newly created, natural-born God of Destruction. In short… she is your daughter."

Beerus blinked. "So… you're telling me I just woke up and suddenly became a father?!"

The kitten looked up at him, tilting her head. "Um… does that mean you really are my daddy, Mr. Beewus?"

Beerus stared at her, speechless. She was… ridiculously cute.

Tears welled in her big, round eyes as she snuggled into his chest. "I have a daddy… and he's so cool-looking! And purple, just like me!"

Overwhelmed, Beerus forgot everything else. He gently lifted the kitten to eye level, swinging her playfully.

"That's right! I'm your daddy!"

Whis smiled. "My lord, you should probably think of a name for her. Seeing as she was just born, she doesn't have one yet."

Beerus scratched his head. "Uh… Whis, got any suggestions? I'm still trying to wrap my head around all this."

"How about Blair? It starts with the first letter of your name."

Beerus looked at the kitten. "What do you think? Blair?"

Blair giggled as he tossed her into the air and caught her.

"I love it!" she cheered.

Now, Whis, where are those two Saiyans, Goku and Vegeta?"

"They are currently on Earth and will be returning tomorrow."

"Looks like I don't have to worry about them for now."

The day passes with Beerus spending every moment doting on his daughter. He ensures she has the finest food, the softest cushions to nap on, and even hums softly as she falls asleep. Blair, who loves sleeping and eating just as much—if not more—than him, clings to him happily. By the end of the day, Blair becomes drowsy, curling up in his lap, her small body rising and falling with each breath.

Before drifting off himself, Beerus carefully lifts the tiny kitten-like girl and takes her back to his chamber. Lying down, he holds her gently in his arms, her small form fitting snugly against him. Instinctively, Blair scoots closer, rubbing her face against his chest in contentment. Beerus, overwhelmed with warmth, strokes her back lightly before sleep finally takes him.

In the morning, Vegeta and Goku arrive, immediately starting their training under Whis. Their session is interrupted by an explosion near the center tree. Still half-asleep, Beerus growls, his patience wearing thin.

"Vegeta! Goku! How many times have I told you to keep it down?!"

A laugh echoes in the distance. A fat cat stands outside a door, smirking, only for that door to burst open as an angry Beerus flies out, eyes blazing.

"Beerus, you lunatic! Is this how you greet me?"

"Huh? Who's talking?" Beerus turns to see a round cat and a blue-skinned woman. "Oh, Champa. What are you doing here?"

"What do you think? I'm here for our food competition."

Back inside, everyone gathers, with Goku and Vegeta still in their weighted suits, confused by the newcomer.

"Beerus, who are these two mortals?"

"They're irrelevant. Now, what have you brought this time?"

"Vados, bring it out."

A container is opened, revealing eggs inside. Before anything more can be said, Whis clears his throat.

"Lord Beerus, it seems someone has woken up," he announces, showing an image of a drowsy but frightened Blair on his staff.

"Oh shoot! I forgot! Take me there immediately!"

Beerus reappears in his chamber to find Blair awake, eyes wide and nervous. She clings to him as soon as he arrives, burying her face in his chest, crying because she thought he had left her.

Reappearing in the same room as before, he walks back with a little girl behind him, though no one initially notices.

"Now, Beerus, don't tell me you got scared and backed out," Champa taunts.

"Shut up, Champa! You have no idea what I left for!"

"Oh, please. What was so important that you had to leave and come back?"

Blair peeks out from behind Beerus, clutching his robe with teary eyes.

"Daddy… why are there so many people?"

"What?! Beerus, you're a dad?!" they all scream in unison.

The loud noise startles Blair, causing her to retreat further into Beerus's grasp, clutching his clothes like a lifeline.

"Did I do something wrong?" she asks, her voice trembling as tears well up.

"No, you didn't, Blair," Beerus soothes her instantly, lifting her into his arms protectively. "I would never be mad at you."

Champa crosses his arms, eyes wide. "Okay, Beerus, are you going to explain to your only brother, or do I have to pry it out of you?"

Beerus sighs, still gently rubbing Blair's back. "Whis can explain it better than I can. I'm still trying to process how I became a father."

Whis chuckles. "Yes, well, Lord Beerus somehow developed the ability to reproduce without a partner, resulting in the birth of this little girl, Blair. She is both his daughter and a newly born God of Destruction."

Blair blinks up at Champa curiously. "Mister, if you're Daddy's brother… does that mean you're my uncle?"

Champa coughs, a faint blush on his face. "W-Well… if that's the case, then yes, I'm your uncle."

"OMG, she's so adorable!" Vados exclaims, hands clasped together in delight.

Champa grumbles, leaning in close to Beerus. "Tell me now, how did you do this? I need a kid of my own if they're this cute!"

Beerus rolls his eyes but smirks. "You should see how cute she is when she's sleeping."

Goku and Vegeta exchange glances, completely lost in the conversation, before silently agreeing to just nod along.

"Now, little Blair, you can call me Uncle Champa," Champa says proudly.

Blair giggles. "Okay, Sh-Shammm… paa?"

Champa clutches his chest as if he had been struck by an arrow. "Beerus, you lucky bastard."

From that day on, Champa visits more often—at least once a week—to dote on his niece.

Three weeks later, the food challenge between the two Destroyers still took place, though they did not propose the tournament between their universes' combatants yet, as they were too preoccupied with Blair's cuteness. Instead, Champa returns today with a new suggestion.

"Beerus," he says, arms crossed, "I have a proposal. How about we hold a tournament?"
