Dragon Ball: The Strongest Training

Chapter 66: The Annihilation of the Mecha Troops

Krillin looked at Zarveza, who remained on the ground, not moving. He immediately realized that Zarveza was definitely scheming something. Based on his own strength, the previous kick shouldn't have been enough to deal any substantial damage.

"Heh, that last attack must have drained all your energy," Krillin sneered.

"HAAAH!" Krillin unleashed another powerful Ki blast.

Seeing the incoming Ki wave, Zarveza had no choice but to abandon his thoughts of fleeing for the moment. He quickly gathered energy in both hands to counter it.

"Exactly what I wanted! Now that you've taken the bait, there's no escaping your fate!"

The two energy blasts collided, crackling with intense force.

At first, Zarveza's energy overpowered Krillin's, slowly pushing his attack back. But just as Zarveza began to feel triumphant, an overwhelming sense of fatigue suddenly surged through his body.

Krillin, too, was struggling to hold his ground, but at that moment, he felt the pressure on his hands suddenly lighten. He knew— the time had come.

With a sudden burst of power, Krillin poured all his strength into his attack. The balance shifted in an instant—his Kamehameha wave completely overwhelmed Zarveza's energy and surged toward him with devastating force.

Zarveza's eyes widened in terror as his own energy was pushed back toward him. His pupils dilated as sheer horror took over his face.

BOOM!

The energy wave struck Zarveza head-on, triggering a massive explosion in the distance.

Seeing this, Siyal attempted to rush forward, but Krillin quickly grabbed her hand, gently pulling her into his arms.

"It's over. We've defeated Zarveza," Krillin whispered softly, running his fingers through Siyal's silvery hair to comfort her.

Siyal, still trembling with fury, gradually began to calm down in the warmth of Krillin's embrace. Pressed against his chest, she listened to the steady thumping of his heartbeat. Her eyes softened as her breathing slowed.

Meanwhile…

Zarveza, severely burned and battered, was struggling to crawl out of the massive crater left by the explosion.

"Damn it… DAMN IT!! My entire Mecha Troop… wiped out in a single day?!" His pride was shattered, and the agony of defeat was unbearable.

"I have to report back… to Lord Cooler!" Zarveza groaned as he dragged himself toward the edge of the battlefield.

"That won't be happening," a calm yet chilling voice rang out.

Zarveza froze in place, his pupils shrinking in fear as he slowly turned to see Krillin approaching.

"I-I'm Lord Cooler's subordinate! You wouldn't dare kill me!" Zarveza stammered, desperately hoping Cooler's name would serve as a shield.

Krillin let out a hearty laugh. "Why is it so hard for people like you to understand one simple thing?"

"What…?" Zarveza asked, his voice shaking.

Krillin's expression turned ice-cold. "People like you don't change. The only fate waiting for you is death."

"Siyal, close your eyes!" Krillin commanded as he gently pulled her face into his chest, shielding her vision.

FWIP—

With a flick of his wrist, Krillin sent a Destructo Disc slicing through the air.

Zarveza's body froze as the razor-sharp energy disk cleanly severed him in half.

His face was locked in an expression of shock and unwillingness as his two halves collapsed lifelessly onto the scorched battlefield.

Krillin wasn't done yet.

There were still remnants of Zarveza's forces on Planet Yngwu, and more importantly—he needed to secure the Yngsien Crystals.

If Zarveza had managed to boost his power tenfold using those crystals, the supply must be massive. Krillin had no intention of letting them fall into the wrong hands.

Using Instant Transmission, Krillin teleported back to his spaceship, finding Siyal asleep in his arms. Her small hands were still clutched tightly around the Twilight Star.

Krillin smiled softly and gently kissed her on the forehead before carrying her princess-style onto the ship.

He placed her on the bed and carefully undid the red battle robe she was wearing. Underneath, she only had a form-fitting bodysuit, designed for combat efficiency.

The outfit accentuated her slender, curvy figure. Her chest rose and fell with steady breathing, the snug bodysuit outlining her delicate features.

Krillin's heart raced slightly.

Covered in dirt and battle scars, Siyal's face had lost none of its beauty. Krillin took a warm cloth and gently wiped away the dust and blood from her face, his touch soft and careful, making sure not to wake her.

Once done, he nodded to himself in satisfaction.

With a mischievous smirk, he leaned in and stole a quick kiss from her lips before tucking her under the blankets.

As Krillin left the room, Siyal suddenly hid her face under the blanket, her cheeks burning red.

"Did… did Krillin just… undress me?" Siyal thought, her heart pounding wildly.

In the control room, Krillin gave the next command.

"Set course for Planet Yngwu."

"Affirmative. Arrival in one hour," the ship's A.I. responded.

Krillin glanced down at himself—his martial arts gi was torn to shreds, his back exposed. Only now did he realize he had completely forgotten about his own state.

Shaking his head with a chuckle, he walked toward the shower room.

As warm water ran down his body, Krillin let out a sigh of relief.

"Wait… am I taller than before?" he mused with amusement.

Meanwhile, Siyal…

Hearing the sound of running water, her curiosity got the best of her.

She peeked out from under the blankets—just in time to see Krillin stepping out of the shower, wearing nothing but a pair of shorts.

Her eyes widened in shock, her entire face turning beet red.

With a muffled squeak, she quickly hid back under the covers, too embarrassed to move.

"Arrival at Planet Yngwu."

Krillin, now dressed in a fresh martial arts gi, snapped his eyes open and vanished from the ship.

On Planet Yngwu…

The remaining forces of Zarveza's Mecha Troops had fortified a base, unaware that their leader had already perished.

"Stop right there!" one of the alien guards barked at Krillin.

Krillin smirked. "You know Zarveza?"

"Of course! Lord Zarveza is one of the strongest warriors in the universe! Aside from Lord Cooler, no one is his match!" the alien boasted proudly.

Krillin chuckled. "Good to know. Because I just killed him."

The alien's eyes bulged in disbelief.

"Go join your commander." Krillin punched straight through his chest, ending him instantly.

As alarms blared, a swarm of alien soldiers rushed toward Krillin.

With a mere flicker of his aura, a massive shockwave sent them all flying.

Soon, Krillin reached the Yngsien Crystal storage. His eyes lit up as he saw a mountain of crystals piled high.

Krillin grinned. "You guys really worked hard gathering all this for me."

"System, collect it all."

Ding! Energy acquired: 10.5 million units.

Even the system's voice trembled slightly.

Krillin's grin widened.

"Damn… with this much energy, I can go all out."
