Lin Fan puffed out black smoke, and it engulfed her.

Li Rong felt pain as the smoke started to burn through her skin.

Lin Fan said and glanced over at Governor Lu, signaling for him to run and find help.

Governor Lu nodded and tried to make a move, but the elder lunged at him.

Lin Fan threw some paper men at the elder.

The paper men did their job and distracted the elder.

Governor Lu took the opportunity and ran away.

"Useless fool, forget about him. No one can stop us now."

The screams and cries were still audible in the air.

It was not over yet.

"Be honored that I have to use this against you," Li Rong said as she plunged her hand into her neck.

Blood spurted out of her neck, and the blood covered her body like it was alive.

The blood curse.

Lin Fan took out his Dragon's Roar Spear and lunged at her.

He thrust the spear as many times as he could with the Dragon's Roar Thousand Thrust.

The slicing waves shot at Li Rong, who was now like a red-colored monster.

The slicing waves could not get through the protective cover of the blood.

A flash of red came at Lin Fan's chest and penetrated it.

She lunged and gave Lin Fan a frontal kick.

Lin Fan blocked with his arms, and the sound of bones cracking could be heard as his arms fractured.

He leaped back and used his Genesis Bloom ability to heal his arms.

When he landed, his arms were fully healed.

Giving him no time for a breather, Li Rong lunged at him again with her hands coming for his throat.

Lin Fan quickly turned into a mist and dodged her grab.

He appeared behind her, and this time, Lin Fan used his Celestial Primordial Claws and swiped them at her shoulders.

The claws couldn't cut through the blood armor but were able to sever the Qi from her shoulders.

He leaped back quickly as he felt a gust of wind coming at him.

Li Rong had given him a back kick.

With Lin Fan away from her, she took the opportunity to check on her status as she didn't know what had happened.

She looked at her arms as the blood armor disappeared from them as the Qi couldn't get to them.

She quickly tried to direct her Qi but couldn't do so.

Frustrated, she used the blood curse to heal and reconnect the severed connection.

Soon after, the blood covering her went away.

Lin Fan threw one of his hammers at her and another into the air.

She blocked the first hammer, and when she saw the shadow of the hammer coming down at her, she rolled to the side.

Lin Fan was anticipating this, and he stomped onto the ground.

The Earth Splitter Stomp caused the ground to open, and she fell into the opening.

Jagged spikes of rock stabbed at her.

But it wasn't enough as her cultivation level was too high for the rock spikes.

Lin Fan leaped into the air, and with his Dragon's Roar Spear, he came at her from the sky.

Using the Chain Leap ability, he stepped onto the air to make his downward trajectory faster.

Boom!

A huge explosion ensued with the impact.

Bricks and dirt from the ground flew everywhere, and a crater ten meters wide was formed.

Drip.

Blood dripped onto the ground as Lin Fan's spear had penetrated through Li Rong's chest.

She held onto the shaft of the spear and gave out a grin.

Lin Fan turned the spear to the side, trying to stir the wound on her chest.

Her eyebrows frowned as the pain hit her.

But she just bit her lips and then looked at Lin Fan.
