Chapter 274: 267 "Inferior Civilization
It wasn't surprising that Bangyan had heard of the Teizene Civilization; after all, the Galaxy, spanning 60,000 light-years in radius, wasn't particularly vast, especially for a group of High-Level Civilizations that had breached the second-level warp speed, crossing the Galaxy in just over thirty years.
The High-Level Civilizations performed activities across the entire Galaxy, and some even ventured into extragalactic star systems. Intermediate Civilizations, ranked between levels 15 and 25, generally operated within a 2000 light-year radius. The position of the Danlu Interstellar Bubble, where they presently were, was also within Teizene's activity range. Although Teizene themselves had seldom visited this spot, other civilizations would spread the formidable reputation of the Cannibalistic Civilization.
While the Cannibalistic Civilizations were indeed terrifying, what truly puzzled Bangyan was the Earthlings who emerged from the Danlu Interstellar Cloud—what exactly were they up to? If they were truly ignorant bumpkins, why did they seem aware of the internal affairs of the Galaxy and even mentioned the name of the Teizene Civilization?
Bangyan tentatively said, "The Teizene Civilization, known in our Great Star Zone as a noteorious Cannibalistic Civilization, is ranked level 17, yet even many civilizations above level 20 do not dare to provoke them due to their extremely powerful military forces. How did you come to know about such a civilization?"
Bai Zhongqi casually remarked, "It's nothing. Now, the Teizene Civilization is our enemy."
Bangyan was completely stunned, "What? You've actually become enemies with the Teizene?"
However, Bangyan soon began to doubt, "Mr. Bai must be joking, right? The Teizene Civilization is so powerful and wouldn't care for the scarcely resourced Danlu Interstellar Bubble, and since you come from a civilization within the Danlu Interstellar Cloud, how could you possibly have conflicts with them?"
With nothing much to hide, Bai Zhongqi explained, "The Danlu Interstellar Cloud, protected by a spatial barrier, occupies a unique geographical position in the Galaxy. Without the internal coordinates, it's impossible for outsiders to enter. By a stroke of fate, the Teizene obtained our coordinates, so now there is a massive Teizene fleet of over a thousand warships heading this way."
Bangyan's face turned pale, "What? The Teizene are coming here? Why would this happen, and what should the Lvzhao Civilization do now?"

Bai Zhongqi earnestly responded, "What else can we do but resist? Although the Lvzhao Civilization isn't inside the Danlu Interstellar Cloud, its proximity to it is undeniable. To enter the Danlu Interstellar Cloud, the Teizene fleet will definitely regroup just outside the cloud, and there is no better place to do so than near the Lvzhao star, meaning, the Lvzhao Civilization will be the first to face an attack from the Teizene Civilization."
At this point, Bangyan was in utter disarray, angrily pointing at Bai Zhongqi, "It's all your fault! Why did you even lose the coordinates that are a matter of life and death for civilizations? It doesn't matter if you die, but you'll drag us into your downfall!"
Bai Zhongqi spoke seriously, "Defeating our Earth Civilization and seizing the Danlu Interstellar Cloud is beyond Teizene's capability. The Lvzhao Civilization isn't doomed either; if our two civilizations cooperate, there is still a slim chance of survival."
Until now, Bai Zhongqi was still not willing to give up his efforts, making one last attempt.
But as expected, contemptuous and cold mockery appeared on Bangyan's face, a mix of heightened emotions and fear as he taunted Bai Zhongqi, "With your inferior civilization that has just learned warp speed and crawled out from a corner of the Galaxy, you actually dream of contending with the Teizene? That's delusional!"
When the words "inferior civilization" reached Bai Zhongqi's ears, he lost his temper. He could tolerate others' foolishness, but he couldn't bear a foolish person foolishly insulting his own civilization.
He didn't need to lift a finger personally—akin to swatting a fly through the air, Zero One extended his hand, and Bangyan slammed against the conference room wall. Whether it was intentional or he simply couldn't control his strength, Bangyan was flattened like a fly, with his flesh and bones crushed, sticking to the wall.
In the conference room all of the Lvzhao people were utterly stunned, as if they had never witnessed such a terrifying and bizarre scene before. Some of them even fell from their seats, scrambling on all fours, trying to flee from the two horrifying aliens.
Bai Zhongqi actually thought Zero's action was a bit heavy-handed, but he wasn't going to blame his assistant for casually killing a fly. Bangyan's attitude likely represented that of the Lvzhao people. These Lvzhao folks had lived out in the rural corners of the Universe for a long time, inexperienced in true grandeur yet arrogantly believing they were incredibly significant in the universe. Alternatively, they knew they were not a formidable civilization, yet still relied on old qualifications, attempting to suppress Earth's civilization.
No matter what their mindset, it was not the cooperative attitude Bai Zhongqi desired.
At that moment, one of the Lvzhao people rang a warning bell, the alarm resounding throughout Ounian City, people shouting, "Murder, the aliens have killed someone! Kill them quickly."
Bai Zhongqi looked at Zero and said, "This might complicate our departure a bit."
Zero revealed a confident smile, her stunningly beautiful face bewitching, "No worries, I will ensure His Majesty returns safely to the Sacred Falcon."
A stream of data flashed across Zero's eyes, and then she smiled again said, "These Lvzhao people seem to have 'no good intentions', as they're trying to block our warship docked at Ounian Port and are using Trojan programs to try to seize control of our warship."
Since Zero stated so, it clearly meant the Lvzhao people had already failed. The vast disparity in civilization technologies turned any scheming by the Lvzhao people in front of the Iridium Star folks into a mere joke.
Bai Zhongqi ordered, "Sever the connection, and just bomb Ounian Port."
He was currently on the colonial city on the surface of the planet, and there were no Star Alliance citizens in Ounian Port anymore. Once Ounian Port was destroyed, the colonial planet Ounian Star would cease to function normally, halting the transport of resources. Naturally, the thousands of Lvzhao people in the port would have no chance of surviving.
He and Zero left the conference hall as a group of Lvzhao soldiers, armed with ray rifles, fired wildly at him. Zero didn't even seem to do much, yet all the rays were blocked from reaching Bai Zhongqi's body.
Zero smiled at Bai Zhongqi and said, "It seems these Lvzhao people also have a weak constitution."
Bai Zhongqi nodded and said sarcastically, "Then let's show them how an inferior civilization fights."
No sooner had he spoken than his entire frame whirled out like a tornado. The Chancellor had never neglected his physical training, and his combat skills had also improved rapidly. These Lvzhao soldiers might have been slightly stronger than the Earthlings of old, but they lacked individual armors. Bai Zhongqi was wearing a light individual armor that enhanced his personal strength, and with his inherent strength and speed several times greater than the Lvzhao people, he was like a cheetah charging into a flock of sheep.
