Chapter 29: Chapter 29: Don't Get Out Of The Way, Die!

"Hey, what are you doing?"

"Come back quickly, the Dynasty Guild can't afford it."

"Come back quickly, you'll die."

Wang Yi was anxious and tried to pull Marsh back.

But Marsh ignored him and continued walking forward, determined.

The people who were protesting suddenly stopped and stared at Marsh.

With a skeleton warrior by his side, Marsh continued on his path. The eerie clacking sound of bones from the warrior echoed as it followed closely.

"What do you think you're doing?"

The mage leading the Dynasty Guild glared at Marsh coldly.

Behind him, over a dozen members of the Dynasty Guild, all high-level professionals, turned their attention to Marsh.

The group included knights, warriors, mages, archers, and assistants, each one decked out in bronze-level equipment—highly skilled and well-prepared.

It was because of their strength that even though there were many protesters, no one dared to challenge them.

The people knew it all too well: their levels, their equipment, their teamwork, everything was superior. They had no chance of winning, so they could only protest with words.

Marsh halted in front of the mage and said in a calm tone, "Get out of the way."

The mage from the Dynasty Guild looked at him with a mocking expression. "Young man, are you drunk? Go home quickly."

Marsh didn't move, his voice colder this time. "Don't stop me from entering the dungeon, or I'll kill you."

Marsh's words were so serious that even the mage felt a chill.

The mage scoffed, casting a detection spell on Marsh.

"Lin Moyu, you're just a level 12 kid. Are you talking like this because your parents didn't teach you manners?" The mage sneered.

"Necromancer? I haven't seen this class before. A new class, huh?"

"The undead summons are interesting."

"Alright, I'll let it slide. But for the sake of being fellow mages, go home now."

The mage and his team laughed.

Marsh was level 12, which was considered a low level. Everyone could tell that he was just starting out.

With that level, he couldn't even complete a dungeon on his own.

Then again, his career might be strong, but it wasn't worth taking seriously yet.

Marsh didn't seem bothered by the mockery. He raised his hand and cast a detection spell of his own.

The mage didn't have a shield badge, which Marsh immediately noticed.

[Zhao Ji, level 25, mage.]

Zhao Ji, though a high-level mage, wasn't anything special in Marsh's eyes.

Level 25 was a common level for mages, and Marsh had faced stronger opponents before.

Zhao Ji scoffed, and the others from the Dynasty Guild chuckled too.

"Look at this little guy, level 12. Go home, kid, you should be drinking milk, not playing here."

"Not for you, little one. Go fight wild monsters, and leave the dungeon for the real professionals."

Some of the previous protesters, seeing Marsh's level, now advised him, "Come back, young man. The Dynasty Guild is unreasonable. They'll really kill you."

Wang Yi, his voice desperate, shouted, "Brother, come back! We'll enter the dungeon once they leave."

Marsh paid no attention to the advice. His voice grew colder, sharper, "One last time—get out of the way, or die."

Zhao Ji shivered involuntarily, sensing the coldness in Marsh's voice. It was the look of someone who meant what they said.

But then Zhao Ji snapped out of it, his face twisting with anger. "You're looking for death, huh? If you take one more step, I'll kill you!"

Marsh stood still, his expression unchanged.

Then, with barely a hint of movement, he spoke two words.

"Kill."

Without warning, the skeleton warrior surged forward, moving like a blur. In an instant, it was standing in front of Zhao Ji, its skeletal arm raised high, holding a vicious-looking blade.

Zhao Ji, taken by surprise, activated his energy shield in a panic. A light blue energy barrier appeared around him.

"You think you can break my shield, little guy?" Zhao Ji scoffed. "Even if I stand here and let you hit me, your attack won't break it."

The skeleton warrior's blade collided with the energy shield with a resounding crash, causing the shield to deform violently. It looked like it was on the verge of shattering.

Zhao Ji's expression changed immediately, his confidence faltering.

What kind of summon was this? The attack was powerful enough to break his shield after just two hits.

Zhao Ji gritted his teeth. "This kid is no ordinary summoner."

Frantically, he used his skill: "Resist the Ring of Fire!"

A fiery ring erupted around Zhao Ji, pushing the skeleton warrior back several meters.

The skeleton warrior's attack was interrupted, but Zhao Ji's face turned pale with fear. He had narrowly escaped death.

"Everyone, attack!" Zhao Ji screamed.

A knight from the Dynasty Guild rushed forward, shield raised, charging straight at the skeleton warrior. He moved so quickly that he covered over ten meters in an instant, crashing into the skeleton warrior with a loud boom.

But the knight was sent flying back by the impact.

The skeleton warrior, undeterred, stood its ground.

The knight, although skilled, wasn't strong enough to overcome the might of the skeleton warrior.

Marsh gave a slight nod, and the skeleton warrior charged again, following his order to kill Zhao Ji.

Zhao Ji staggered back, quickly reinforcing his shield. "Kill the Summoner! Focus on him!" he shouted.

He knew the best way to deal with a summoner was to kill the summoner himself. Once the summoner died, all their summoned creatures would disappear.

Meanwhile, two archers from the Dynasty Guild nocked their arrows, releasing them in perfect unison.

The arrows split into three as they flew through the air, creating a deadly stream of projectiles aimed straight at Marsh.

"Watch out!"

"Move, get out of the way!" someone yelled from behind.

But Marsh didn't flinch. His expression remained indifferent as the arrows hurtled toward him.

Marsh didn't dodge.

He didn't need to.

The arrows reached him, but the moment they did, they were stopped—by an invisible force.

The air around him seemed to shimmer for a moment, then the arrows dropped harmlessly to the ground.

Marsh's power was undeniable, and everyone who witnessed it could feel the overwhelming pressure he radiated.

They all fell silent.
