After mastering Chakra, Yang Yi, despite not having an abundance of it, managed to integrate it with his Blade Technique, unleashing formidable combat power.
Qin Yi was well aware of the legend of Konoha's White Fang, famous for his exceptional Blade Technique. This legend demonstrated that in this world, combining Blade Technique with Chakra could yield extraordinary strength.
"Ha!"
Fully immersed in the heat of battle, Yang Yi charged at Gorin with powerful strides.
His exceptional physical prowess and fluid swordsmanship made his attacks as swift as fleeting light.
After a series of rapid clashes, his blade sliced through Gorin's kunai. With a swift turn of momentum, he aimed for his opponent's neck.
"Slash!"
In an instant, Gorin's neck was cut open, and his head flew high into the air.
Yang Yi's narrowed eyes reflected a glimmer of relief, but just as he was about to let his guard down, Qin Yi's earlier warning echoed in his mind.
Sure enough, in the next moment, the body that his blade had just struck dissolved into a scattering of sand grains.
"It's a Clone!"
Without hesitation, Yang Yi's sharp instincts kicked in, prompting him to spin around and swing his blade forcefully behind him.
Gorin appeared mid-air, his pupils shrinking as he sensed the blade's sharpness. His expression changed drastically, and he quickly leaped to the side.
"Slash!"
Even with his rapid reflexes, the blade grazed his face, leaving a deep cut from which blood began to flow.
"Injured!"
Gorin's face turned grim, and the Sand Shinobi hidden nearby stiffened with alarm.
"These people are not easy to deal with."
"Although they don't seem like traditional Shinobi, the swordsman possesses extraordinary combat intuition and extensive experience."
"The other two are equally composed, showing no signs of panic."
Captain Ishi silently observed, his heart growing heavy.
When Gorin initially charged in, the group's attention was briefly diverted. However, the other two quickly refocused, maintaining strict vigilance over their designated areas.
This level of caution and discipline discouraged the Sand Shinobi from acting recklessly.
The injury to his face deepened Gorin's apprehension. He realized that this was not an easy opponent to handle. The three who remained stationary, calm and unfazed from the start, only underscored the group's wealth of combat experience and unshakable psychological fortitude.
Taking a deep breath, Gorin leaped into the air, launching himself toward Yang Yi once again.
This time, his hands moved rapidly to form seals, his gaze unwavering.
"Genjutsu: Kaze no Azamuki no Maku (Genjutsu: Wind Veil of Deception)!"
In the blink of an eye, Qin Yi noticed Yang Yi's body shudder and then freeze in place.
"Not good, he's caught in a Genjutsu!"
Qin Yi's eyes narrowed as he quickly sprang into action.
At the same time, Gorin descended rapidly, drawing the short blade at his waist and slashing toward Yang Yi.
Suddenly, the air in front of Gorin trembled violently as Qin Yi appeared, his gaze icy as he locked eyes with him.
Gorin felt a sudden, bone-chilling fear as he met those piercing eyes. His body involuntarily shuddered.
The young man who had appeared out of nowhere pushed the middle-aged swordsman aside and looked up at him. With lightning speed, his hands began forming seals.
"Shakuton: Enran no Jutsu (Scorch Release: Flame Tempest Technique)!"
Qin Yi took a deep breath and exhaled.
"Woosh!"
A fiery wave surged forward like a raging storm, forming undulating flames that reached ten meters high.
In Gorin's stunned gaze, the flames engulfed him in an instant.
From their hidden positions, Captain Ishi and the two remaining Sand Shinobi watched in shock, their pupils contracting as their hearts pounded.
"This is..."
"Kekkei Genkai?!"
The Sand Shinobi were stunned as they stared at Qin Yi in the center of the battlefield. They hadn't anticipated that the leader of their enemy would possess a Kekkei Genkai.
One of them squinted slightly, and moments later, his eyes turned blood-red as he focused intently on Qin Yi.
"This kid... has already developed Ninjutsu suited to himself?"
"What a genius!"
After effortlessly defeating Gorin with a single technique, Qin Yi didn't pause. Taking a step forward, his figure flickered and vanished from everyone's sight.
Not far from their previous position, atop a large tree, Gorin gasped for breath, his face pale and shaken.
"What kind of technique was that? The flames hadn't even reached me, yet my Clone was sliced apart by an invisible blade."
He was shocked. Such a technique— unexpected, swift, and impossible to defend against— was unlike anything he had ever seen before.
Suppressing his fear, Gorin prepared for another attack. But suddenly, his body froze.
"Whir... Whir... Whir!"
A faint sound of wind reached his ears, and a shadow loomed over his back.
Gorin turned his head abruptly, his face filled with horror.
"Rasengan!"
Before he could react, Qin Yi's right hand, holding a glowing blue orb, slammed into his abdomen with devastating force.
"Boom!"
With a deafening crash, Gorin was sent spinning through the air, slamming violently into the large tree behind him. The rotational force was so immense that it carved a deep crater into the trunk.
"Cough... Cough... Cough!"
Gorin spat out mouthfuls of blood as the light in his eyes dimmed rapidly. Fear and disbelief filled his gaze— he had been defeated in just two moves.
"How is this possible? He's... just a Chunin like me!"
His mind was flooded with questions, but Qin Yi had no intention of answering. Staring coldly at him, Qin Yi uttered two chilling words.
"Plunder!"
It felt as though Gorin's very soul was being ripped out. Everything useful was seized by Qin Yi in a process that lasted no more than three seconds.
A sharp, needle-like pain pierced Qin Yi's head briefly before subsiding.
"Gandalf said that plundering damages the mind and soul. The more it's used, the greater the side effects."
"But... it seems I don't have this issue."
"Perhaps it's because I'm a transmigrator. My soul has mutated."
This realization brought him relief. He could grow stronger faster and take what he needed without restraint.
As a King, the exhilaration of wielding the Plunder Skill was something he savored deeply.
Taking a step forward, he disappeared again, reappearing instantly beside Yang Yi.
"Such speed... is it the Shunshin No Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)? And that other technique? No seals?!"
Hidden in the shadows, Captain Ishi's expression grew solemn, his heart filled with shock.
"That's not just the Shunshin No Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique). This kid has fused it with his Kekkei Genkai to create an entirely new version of the technique! And that orb technique— he's refined it even further. Such talent... even an old man like me has to applaud."
On the other side, the man with blood-red eyes was equally astonished.
In the next moment, Qin Yi's voice suddenly rang out across the battlefield.
"Come out. I know you're still hiding. If you've come to assassinate me, then face me head-on. Let's settle this in a fight. If you win… My head will naturally be yours."
His tone was calm, but the immense confidence and composure within his words commanded respect from all who heard him.
"This kid!"
