Lookism: Forbidden Knowledge

At the exact moment Daniel Park discovered his second body, he also found a mysterious smartphone lying nearby. The screen was lit up, displaying a webtoon—Lookism.

Out of curiosity, he tapped on the first chapter, only to be stunned as he read through the panels.

This was his life. His struggles, his transformations, his very existence—laid out in ink and dialogue.

Unable to stop himself, Daniel stayed up all night, flipping through chapter after chapter until he reached the latest release, Chapter 544. By the end, his hands trembled. He had just glimpsed the future.

He then kept the phone somewhere safe to read the new chapter as he found out that the new chapter releases every week.

As the sun began to rise, exhaustion weighed heavily on him. He hadn't slept the entire night, too engrossed in the webtoon. But in the process, he had learned a lot about his second body.

When he had woken up, he noticed that his body felt unusually light. However, the mysterious phone had held his attention, distracting him from realizing that he had a new body.

It wasn't until he finished reading Lookism that everything became clear about his second body.

His mind, clouded by sleep deprivation, struggled to process it all. Deciding he needed rest to think straight, he lay down on the mattress. The moment he closed his eyes, sleep consumed him.

When he woke up, he was in his first body.

"In the webtoon, whenever I slept in one body, I woke up in the other..." he thought.

Lying there, he began to analyze everything he had read while his first body remained unconscious.

There were too many mysteries to unravel.

First, the secret of the smartphone. Who had left it there? How had it ended up in his possession? (etc)

Second, the truth behind his second body. While the webtoon provided a lot of information, it never explained how he had acquired it.

However, he recalled something—remarks made by other characters after his first body had lost weight.

"You're starting to look like Big Daniel."

Or something along those lines.

With that, a theory formed in his mind.

What if his second body was actually him from the future?

But then, another possibility surfaced.

The First Generation Kings had each perfected a part of their body, and James Lee had taken those perfected parts from them. If that was true, could his second body have been created using those parts? After all, his second body was said to be perfect. And James Lee obviously knew something about his second body.

But he wasn't entirely sure.

"I'll wait for the webtoon to reveal it... or just go with whatever conclusion I like later," he thought.
