"Are you joking with me, there is no way Lord Orochimaru is dead..." Shouted a furious-looking Kunoichi who was in her early twenties.

"If you don't believe me then ask Kimimaro..." Shika shrugged, looking at the blue-haired beauty in front of him, he was helpless. Of course, this was the Crystal release user Guren. Even though she was surprisingly strong, Orochimaru kept her in prison for some reason. However, she wasn't a personer but rather the jailor.

But forget about that, Shika was surprised that she even exist in the first place, as long as he remembered this girl was non-cannon.

"Kimimaro..." Guren snaps at the white haired bone user beside him.

"He is not lying, it's been six months since Lord Orochimaru attacked Konoha and fought against the third Hokage to the death. Both died back then..." Kiminaro nodded, now he was looking better after Shika healed him a little with his reverse curse technique. It wasn't a permanent solution to his illness, however, this was the best Shika could do, until he can't go back to Konoha and pull some strings to let Tsunade treat him.

"Impossible..." Guren was gobsmacked. She was aware how powerful Kimimaro was, he got no reason to lie to her, not to mention along the two, he was definitely more loyal to Orochimaru.

"As I was saying, I'm Shika Nara. I'm here to recruit some of you to my new organization...

It's not an order, you can refuse to join and I will not force any of you. If you wish not to join then I will let you just walk off of here, but I highly advise all of you to think about it." Shika was on point here, just like with Kimimaro and Haku, he wasn't planning on hiding his intention from them and if they wished so then he would let them go just as he said.

However, that didn't mean that he wouldn't pull some tricks like how he did for Kimimaro to give them all an intensive to join.

"Huh, do you seriously think that we will willingly put ourselves into another prison, just when we saw an escape from this one." Another voiced out upon hearing this. Unlike Guren, this person was in one of the cells and was male.

"That the Hozuki you were looking for ?" Kimimaro saw a boy sticking out half of his face outside the prison bars, his body turning into water and phasing through, like how Obito used his Kamui.

"Yes..." Shika nodded and turned to the boy who was similar to his age. Unlike both Kimimaro and Guren who were older them him, Suigetsu was the same age as him.

"It's no prison, you can leave anytime you want. We provide a place to stay, food, compensation for the task completed and even had retirement fund just in case you are planning on leaving..." Shika smiled back, making others dumbfounded.

'What kind of job is this man trying to rope into?' Others wondered.

For the second, even the usual chatty Suigetsu was baffled as to how to retort to that.

"Bullshit I don't believe you..." That was the only retort for him now.

"Fine, then you can go, I won't stop you. You are not that strong anyway. I was mainly here for her and one another..."

"Oi, what did you say..." Suigetsu immediately riled up.

Shika just ignored the angry child, after all both of them were still only 13 or so... the only difference here was that he had an older mind.

"Do you really expect us to believe that...?" Guren asked with narrowed eyes, like not believing a word Shika told them.

"Well, I do get it that you don't believe it, you all have gone through enough to have that kind of outlook for life. However, I honestly believe that you will join..." Shika said with a wide smile on his face.

"Oh... and why's that ?"

"Heheheheh.. becuase you all have nowhere to go. I do understand if you were like those other prisoners who are weak, they might ultimately settle down somewhere and start a peaceful life, but strong people like you.

Well, let alone others let you live peacefully, do you really expect yourself to settle down without doing anything worthwhile in your life ?" Shika smile and look right at Guren's eyes.

Yeah, if there was one thing in common in every strong person then it was there ambition. They don't want to waste away their life for nothing. All that hard work they put into their training, that gruelling pain they went through would be pointless otherwise.

They might as well as die in a fight. Not like they are looking for death like a certain mad dragon from a certain pirate world. However, they are looking for meaning.

Hearing Shika, Guren just snorted, "I can do much better for myself alone..."

"I don't doubt it..., but what. Running a crime syndicate, taking control of a small village, town or maybe a country. Maybe creating your own force to whatever dream you have.

You are free to do that, however, will that really give meaning to your life?

I know all of you have suffered and have experienced pain... the job I have for you is to end this pain.

I am creating a team to stop this endless war-stricken world. Bring peace to this world and save people much like us all who fall to strong..." Shika said calmly, leaving everyone speechless.

"You are an even bigger nutjob than I thought..." Suigetsu laughs on the side.

Masterfully ignoring him, Shika looks back at Guren. "Sounds crazy right, but hey, it will need someone crazy to end this crazy world. I am not joking here, it's a sincere invitation.

You can decide to leave anytime you want, or you can just walk away from here if you wants to." Shika shrugged but then turned on his Rinnegan.

"However, if you are thinking that I don't have the power to back up what I say then you are wrong."

Seeing those eyes, everyone were quiet, both Kimimaro and Guren knew those eyes, after all Rinnegan. Being close to Orochimaru who has worked for Akatsuki for some time, gave them enough knowledge to know what those eyes were.

Suigetsu didn't knew those eyes, but the pressure alone that Shika put out after those eyes came out was enough to make him sweat.

"I willingly left my village to put the end to this ridiculous war-stricken world. I didn't do it on a whim you know. All I ask is to give a chance to what we can accomplish together..." Shika said and turned his charm as high as he could.

"..." Then there was only silence...
