Among these factions, the Night Organization and the World Government were undoubtedly the strongest, while the Revolutionary Army was merely an opportunist, having seized the East Blue while the two dominant powers were in conflict.

For now, the seas appeared to have settled into a fragile balance.

But in reality, all three factions were quietly preparing for their next move.

At this moment, Dragon had come to understand just how powerful the abilities of the Heart of Justice truly were.

An ordinary, one-armed man had consumed the one Byakuya had gifted him long ago.
