Enel's Mantra had picked up something that infuriated him.

Just moments ago, these Blue Sea people on Angel Beach had dared to reveal his secrets.

He was a god, not some mere user of the Rumble-Rumble Fruit.

He was going to become a true god!

That's why he couldn't let anyone know his true identity.

He had to make these people pay!

Without hesitation, he unleashed his power. A massive bolt of lightning, like a pillar connecting heaven and earth, crashed down toward Angel Beach with overwhelming force and destructive energy.

But at that moment, the man transformed into a flaming phoenix, soaring into the sky with a look of disdain as he charged straight toward the lightning.

*BOOM!*

With a deafening roar, the lightning was shattered by the phoenix, scattering into countless smaller bolts that shot off in all directions.

Enel's eyes widened in shock as he stared at the scene before him.

He couldn't believe what he was seeing. That phoenix had not only withstood his divine punishment but had come out completely unharmed!

Ever since he ate the Rumble-Rumble Fruit, he had believed himself to be invincible, that no one could withstand his attacks.

But now, that belief had been brutally shattered.

He glared at the phoenix below, his eyes burning with rage.

These insolent humans dared to challenge his authority!

They would pay for this!

He would make them understand the consequences of defying a god.

He would use his most powerful abilities to utterly destroy anyone who dared to challenge his divine might!

"Foolish Blue Sea dwellers! How dare you defy a god! I'll reduce you to ashes!"

"30 Million Volts: Raiju!" Enel roared, his voice echoing across the sky.

He struck the drum on his back three times with his golden staff, and instantly, more lightning rained down from above.

The bolts of lightning gathered together like a storm, forming a gigantic beast of thunder.

The thunder beast let out an ear-splitting roar and charged toward the flaming phoenix with overwhelming force!

Facing Enel's attack, Ryuen didn't flinch. An attack without Armament Haki posed no threat to him.

He immediately transformed into his human-beast hybrid form, his right fist clenched as blazing flames gathered into a massive fire dragon.

"Flame Emperor: Fire Dragon!!!"

Ryuen shouted with fury.

As his voice rang out, the fire dragon roared into the sky, its overwhelming power colliding with Enel's thunder beast.

In an instant, the fire dragon, infused with Armament Haki, shattered Enel's thunder beast!

"Damn it!"

"How is this possible? How can fire be stronger than my lightning?!"

"60 Million Volts—"

Enel was furious seeing his lightning attack destroyed.

But before he could unleash his next move, Ryuen was already above him.

"Calling yourself a god? Take a bath, you fool!" Ryuen roared, lifting his leg and delivering a powerful kick that sent Enel plummeting downward.

The force of the kick was immense, sending Enel crashing into the White-White Sea like a cannonball!

"Hog, fish him out! Nami, get the Seastone handcuffs ready!" Ryuen shouted from the sky.

"Got it," Hog replied, immediately springing into action.

Without hesitation, he dove into the White-White Sea and swam toward Enel at incredible speed.

Soon, he successfully dragged the exhausted Enel back to the shore of Angel Beach.

Once Enel was on the shore, he tried to use his powers to escape, but Nami was already prepared with the Seastone handcuffs.

Before he could even transform into his elemental form, the cuffs were tightly locked around his wrists.

"God Enel, you're under arrest!" Nami said with a smile, her eyes gleaming with satisfaction as she looked at the now-handcuffed Enel.

The moment the Seastone cuffs were on, Enel grew even weaker.

Nearby, Gan Fall had initially thought the strongest among this group of young people was the woman with the sword. Now, he realized how wrong he had been.

He couldn't have been more mistaken.

In this world, there were actually people who could withstand that terrifying lightning and come out unscathed. It was truly shocking.

The people of Skypiea also watched in disbelief.

Their ruler, the feared God Enel, had been defeated—and at such an incredible speed.

It felt like a dream, too unreal to believe.

Now that Enel had been defeated, did that mean they could finally go to Upper Yard? The thought of it made everyone's hearts race.

But they didn't dare act. They didn't know if the person who defeated Enel would allow them into Upper Yard.

After all, this person was even stronger than God Enel!

They didn't know if this person would become Skypiea's new god, or if this new god would be even more terrifying than Enel...

Ryuen had no idea what the people of Skypiea were thinking. He quickly flew back to Angel Beach, where the rest of the Dream Crew had gathered.

"So, this is the Rumble-Rumble Fruit user?" Robin asked, looking curiously at Enel.

"Why does he have those three-tomoe drums on his back? That's so weird..." Anya murmured, staring at the drums in deep thought.

"Enel-brand portable charger, you're not going anywhere now," Ryuen said with a grin, looking at Enel.

Hearing Ryuen's taunt, Enel fell silent. He didn't continue to curse or shout, as he was now a defeated prisoner.

"I will never bow to anyone," Enel said calmly, his gaze steady as he looked at Ryuen.

Ryuen was slightly surprised. Enel's expression was too calm, almost as if he was conveying some kind of determination.

This wasn't the Enel he had imagined, the one who toyed with the lives of others.

Well, maybe "toyed" wasn't the right word. Enel simply despised other humans. At least on Skypiea, the worst thing he had done was take over Upper Yard.

He hadn't wiped out the people of Skypiea or the Shandians. Aside from not allowing anyone to speak ill of him or enter Upper Yard, he hadn't done anything excessively cruel.

Now that he thought about it, Enel seemed to just want to go to the moon...

What a lofty dream!

"Enel, how's the construction of your Ark Maxim coming along?" Ryuen asked with a friendly smile.

At those words, Enel's eyes widened in shock. "How do you know about the Ark Maxim?!"

His voice was filled with disbelief and astonishment.
