Pokemon: Bond Evolutions of Pokémon

Ash had finally caught the Rayquaza of his long time wish.

Holding the Master Ball that was still radiating some heat, Ash felt that he was still in some kind of dream.

The feeling of catching THE Rayquaza was really different from that time he caught his three Legendary Beast or the Eon Duo or Celebi, it was more like when he caught Zapdos, and that was still an understatement. It was taht kind of feeling that you only feel suddenly once you realize that are only one step away from your dreams becoming a reality.

And Ash was also had a unexpected but happy surprise when he found out that his Master Ball was able to escape the control of the Poké Ball Management System that every Trainer under the League had to follow, even the Champions needed to adhere to this unless of an emergency.

Ash still couldn't figure out how that old guy got his fingers on a piece of national treasure like the Master Ball.

This thing had been illegal to create after the first 10 or so were created because of the repercussions that it could lead to. The other very important thing to be noted was that the materials to produce this was also never found after they were used up.

In short, since he didn't steal it, it didn't matter and now only belonged to him .

He also noticed that the Master Ball did not see the flash of red light that indicated when a Pokémon was trying to resist capture, showing that he and truly earned Rayquaza's undying loyalty.

This also meant that Rayquaza had just become the eighth Pokémon that he is able to carry on him at all times after his little sleeping Celebi.

With a powerful Dragon-type Legendary always being with him, his future travels are going to be more exciting.

In the other hand, Ash could also let his Dratini train with much more powerful and experienced Rayquaza at any time, so Ash now believed that his evolution will be more stable and powerful in the future.

For Rayquaza's future direction, Ash decided to train it into his strongest Trump Card ever. Even if it was very difficult to increase the Bond Value of a powerful Legendary Pokémon like him, he was still very determined to follow through with this plan.

He put the Master Ball away carefully, but he still needed to check it over personally at the Pokémon Center later for a closer inspection. This guy was still very young and energetic, and Ash, as his new Trainer, didn't know how many fights he had fought and how many previous unchecked injuries he had left on his body.

As for the fact that Rayquaza only eats water and other particles from the atmosphere, and also eats the Meteorite pressure in the ozone layer, Ash didn't care about that part.

There are actually not many things that cannot be redeemed from Ciel's System mall, and as long as there was Exchange Point on his, there are no need to food to feed Pokémon, there was no need to get worried about that. And if it was really necessary, he could just send Rayquaza to eat some from the atmosphere and come back to him.

The crisis was finally over, and the new and old friends gathered around and watched the two Deoxys fly up high in the sky and return to the outside universe, their actual universe.

Well not before making sure they leave a connection with Ash. he ever needed their help, and they were close enough to fell the Psychic Call, they will do their best to make sure to come on time.

Tory finally overcame his fear of Pokémon, and Plusle and Minun became his new partners.

As Ash was getting ready to visit Nurse Joy inside of the newly built Pokémon Center to get a check up of his newly caught Rayquaza, Ciel had stopped him.

[Hey, you know you could just tell to do the full check up? All I need to do is to jsut scan in.] She seemed hurt that her Master didn't trust in her ability to do such a simple thing as a check up.

'Huh? You could do that? Since when?' Ash was also a little taken aback by this. He never knew she was able to do that.

[Silly you. Well to be clear, I only realized I could do that when I was given a soul.] Now she was very proud of herself.

'Thanks, I guess. I knew you're the best, Ciel.'

After taking a good rest an spending some time with his friends, Ash used his Hoenn Royal Starters to fight in the Battle Tower for a whole day and raided a wave of new Exchange Points for his future purchases. After all, this was the whole reason why he came to LaRousse City after hearing about it from his lover—Winona.

Now that there was another new giant dragon to raise, Ash became slightly depressed to think about how he needed to get more points later to feed all of his Pokémon's.

Departing from LaRousse City and embarking on the journey again, May was excited to learn that Lilycove City, a giant harbor city that was also not that far away from their current location, was going to hold a Pokémon Contest of their own.

After winning her second official Pokémon Contest Ribbon only less than an week ago, now she wanted to pursue her victory streak and get her third official Pokémon Contest Ribbon quickly.

And to go to Mossdeep City, which was the location of Ash's next Gym Badeg, the seventh in his collection for eight, they also need to take a boat out to the sea from Lilycove City Harbor.

They were very quickly able to decide on the route they needed to take, first step was to go to Lilycove City, and then take the ship to Mossdeep City, very simple.

However, the scene in front of them was something out of a deserted town.

Under the orange sunset, the whole town was deserted and looked very depressed and empty.

With doubts of people even living here in this place, the group came to the local Pokémon Center, but Nurse Joy here looked very blank and empty, if without any soul, "Excuse me, what can I do for you fellow humans?"

"Please check out Pokémon for us." May said. This is what Nurse Joy usually does, this was literal job. And everytime they went to a Pokémon Center, there had never been issues.

However, this time it was very different. Nurse Joy said expressionlessly, "My apologies, I can't do that for you because the device has been out of power."

Ash showed a clear frown when he realized what was going on with her, Nurse Joy's condition and conversation was very strange from the beginning.

Even Brock's legendary sense told him something was off here.

There are quite a few thing in life that Ash believed in completely, and one of them was Brock's sense when it comes to females. He can instantly tell if there is something wrong with them or no.

"Nurse Joy, do you know what is needed to stop Hypnosis?" Ash asked her with one of his very handsome and cold smiles.

"Hypnosis?" Nurse Joy was stunned when she heard this and was about to turn around and run.

But all Ash did was to use Psychic on Nurse Joy and she was now trapped in the air like a unmoving doll, "May, get a Lava Cookie out."

"Ah?" May was stunned for a second by seeing what was transpiring before her eyes but she quickly took out the Lava Cookie she bought from LaRousse City from her backpack.

This item was a specialty of Lavaridge Town. May lived this snack very much when she was in Lavaridge Town before for Ash's Gym Battle, so this time since she found out that it was also sold in LaRousse City, she quickly bought some more to take with her in her journey.

"Ash, what do you want a Lava Cookie for?" May took out the last two pieces and handed them over to her boyfriend. She had almost finished all of them just a few days into setting off for Lilycove City.

"Don't you know?" Max gave her a side eye.

Ash looked at her with a smile and said, "Lava Cookie are known to be able to relieve most any Status Condition. Feed them to Nurse Joy."

"Yes!" May quickly obeyed Ash.

'Why couldn't I feed my dearest Nurse Joy?!' Brock thought in depression.

Nurse Joy was indeed affected by the Psychic-type Hypnosis. After eating the cookies, she looked confused and looked at everyone with panic, "Everyone, what's wrong with me?"

Ash and the others quickly introduced themselves, and Brock also finally rushed up and held Nurse Joy's hand, "Nurse Joy, it's great that you're okay and back to your true beautiful self!"

His heartbroken patterned Spinda quickly jumped out of its Poké Ball and hugged his leg, and Brock suddenly came back to his sense and returned next to Max's side.

When Nurse Joy came back to her senses, she remembered the last scene she saw before losing consciousness, "All I seem to remember was seeing a figure floating in the air and I was out; that thing should have been a Pokémon!"

Ash soon got the news that not just Nurse Joy, but the entire town was hypnotized by that mysterious Pokémon and disappeared.

Ash's eyes shone brilliantly with a mix of blue and pink light and then he looked over at a very specific location, "Everyone, follow me!"

He led the group of people to a place behind teh Pokémon Center, its warehouse, and Nurse Joy opened the door with the key she always had on her, which is used to store sundries.

It was indeed full of boxes and tools, but it was not cluttered like one would expect.

Nurse Joy does her work very meticulously, and it shows here.

There was a sound of collision from the pile of boxes, Nurse Joy quickly turned on the light here, and saw a Pokémon that looked like a crescent moon appeared in one side of the corner.

"Yes, I remember now, that's the Pokémon that used Hypnosis on me!" Nurse Joy recognized it immediately.

"What kind of Pokémon is this?" May quickly took out the Pokédex she always keeps on her mini backpack.

"Lunatone, because this Pokémon is very often found in places near where there were meteorites crashes before, there has been a standing theory that this was one of the few Pokémon's that come fork outer space. There will be frequent activities by this Pokémon on the night of a full moon, and the red eyes will make the hair stand on end of anyone who looks at it directly, no matter what."

Recently, Ash and his team had an encounter with two Pokémon from outside their galaxy, and one that lives on the planet's ozone layer. Just after seeing the two Deoxys away, Lunatone appeared in front of them along with a piece of meteorite.

"By the way, speaking of meteorites, one did fall near our town two days ago!" Nurse Joy also thought about it and remembered what happened some time ago.

But everyone soon noticed that Lunatone was in very bad condition.

Lunatone was shocked by the appearance of everyone, and it's red eyes lit up again, and it tried to use Hypnosis on everyone.

But Ash's Togetic above him reacted very quickly and set up Safeguard immediately to block the power of Hypnosis and a second layer just in case.

Then, Lunatone seemed to have exhausted all its strength and fell from mid-air, but was caught by Ash using his Psychic.

At this time, Ash heard Ciel telling him about what to do now about this whole situation, well that and Ash also hearing a different voice throug his Psychic powers, "So, Lunatone only needs to be exposed to the full moon and it will naturally recover with its own move."

"Big Bro, how did you even know that?" Max looked at Ash and asked in confusion.

"Lunatone is the one asking me for help." He looked at Lunatone and smiled, "Did you want to protect yourself, so you hypnotized everyone around here to make sure that they don't harm you?"

"Ash, today is the day of the full moon, but our town is surrounded by mountains on all sides. The full moon can only be seen on the hillside over there!" Nurse Joy said.

This was not a difficult for Ash. All he needed to was to use his Psychic to lift Lunatone ip and bring it to top of the hillside.

After absorbing enough of the moonlight from the full moon, Lunatone finally regained its strength, well most of it. After thanking Ash and the rest, it levitated away in the direction of the full moon, not actually trying to go to the moon.

The compatibility between this Lunatone and Ash was so low that he didn't even think about catching it, it was almost as low as that poor Psyduck from the Johto Region that he later traded in for his beefy Wobbuffet.

The compatibility between this type of Pokémon and Ash was also generally very low, and this was one of the things that cannot be forced to change all that much.
