Swordsman Who Is Good in Bed

Chapter 7: Chapter 7: The Aftermath

Chapter 7

In Raka's palm, a miniature wooden bed appeared.

The bed looked very calming, combining white from the pillowcase and natural brown from the wood.

There weren't many trinkets on the bed, but its minimalist and unpretentious presence made those who saw it feel very comfortable.

But Raka, as the owner of the bed, was not comfortable at all.

Because the bed, which was supposed to be his Virtual Resonance, shouldn't have such a simple appearance.

Raka remembered that his bed was very magnificent, with various carvings and trinkets of gold and colorful crystals adorning it.

Now, let alone having gold as an accessory, even a little bit of carving was not visible.

Raka, seeing this, hurriedly communicated with his Virtual Resonance.

After that, Raka felt relieved, but he still felt strange.

Because the skills possessed by the bed were still the same, nothing was missing or added.

Raka was very confused by this, he even thought he was hallucinating before and remembered the wrong appearance of the Virtual Resonance.

But after a while, Raka was very sure that his Resonance had changed.

Thinking about the previous incident where his body and soul were in danger, Raka immediately guessed that something must have changed at that time.

Afraid, Raka once again communicated with his Virtual Resonance.

With this, Raka could know the three innate skills of the bed.

The first skill was a passive skill named [Sound Sleep]. Every time Raka slept, the bed would regenerate his body and soul just like normal sleep, but the results were several times greater than sleeping without Virtual Resonance.

Second, there was another passive skill named [Quick Sleep]. Usually, people need seven to eight hours to fully recover their condition when they sleep, but with the presence of Virtual Resonance, Raka only needed six hours to recover his condition instead of resting for eight hours like ordinary people.

Lastly, there was a passive skill called [King's Sleep]. Usually, Kings have many worries and information in their minds, this information would become chaotic and the King would have difficulty deciding something and making breakthroughs from it.

The exhausted King fell asleep, and the next morning, the King found that things that seemed complicated became clear. Various things that bothered him the previous day were not a problem for him today, and the King could easily draw a conclusion and decision from his understanding.

Raka's skills couldn't be said to be low or high, because, from the description of the skills, it could be seen that Raka's skills were actually very useful if used properly.

However, there was no precise reference to how the skills worked.

Like, how far could [Sound Sleep] recover Raka's body and soul? Was it only ordinary fatigue that could be recovered, or could high-intensity fatigue also be recovered completely?

Then there was [Quick Sleep]. How fast would this skill develop? Could this skill shorten Raka's sleep ability? If he could recover just by sleeping for a few minutes, then this skill would be something good.

Lastly, the [King's Sleep] skill could be said to be the best skill, but how far the clarity and ease provided by this skill after sleeping in sorting out chaotic information would determine the value of this skill in the future.

Raka, seeing this information, was very itchy to try the usefulness of each skill one by one.

But because he hadn't yet purified the appropriate energy to move the Virtual Resonance, Raka could only stand still and do nothing.

With this, Raka was once again trapped in silence, under unintentional subtle thoughts, he returned to thinking about uncertain things.

Just when Raka was going to continue questioning philosophical words about "who he was?", suddenly the ringing sound of the phone was heard.

Raka, who was disturbed, immediately reached for the phone. There, Raka saw that it was his mother who was calling.

Seeing this, Raka felt a little confused about whether to pick it up or not. He was still in a state of identity crisis and didn't want to make the people around him doubt him.

But seeing that the phone kept ringing, Raka could only pick it up.

"Hello..."

"..."

Raka spoke as briefly as possible while his mother asked a lot of questions, still worried.

After being sure that Raka was fine, Raka's mother turned off the phone.

Raka, seeing this, immediately breathed a sigh of relief.

It was said that his parents would be home soon, and his mother asked if he had eaten or not if he wanted anything bought.

Raka, listening to this, could only refuse and thank his mother from the bottom of his heart.

After that, Raka wanted to return to pondering unnecessary things like before, but when he saw red liquid everywhere, he immediately panicked.

With this, Raka prepared to clean up the mess.

Raka, who was in a hurry, quickly opened the curtains and windows so that the unpleasant smell could escape.

But how surprised he was when a very dazzling light flooded his eyes.

Raka, who was shocked, was a little worried and confused.

After some examination, it turned out that his eyes had mutated slightly due to the previous incident. He was more sensitive to light, which made him able to see clearly in the dark.

But the side effect was that Raka couldn't see well in daylight.

Raka wanted to explore his body to find out what had changed.

But now was not the right time, with this Raka could only postpone the exploration and clean his house carefully.

After a long and tiring process, Raka finally finished cleaning his room and house.

When Raka wanted to relax, suddenly a group of voices were heard outside.

Raka, who was already familiar with this sound, immediately locked himself in his room.

After a while, a worried woman's voice was heard.

"Raka..."

There was no answer after waiting for a while.

With this, the woman called Raka again with worry. But still, no one answered.

Raka's mother still wanted to keep calling Raka, but her husband came and asked.

After knowing that Raka was still locking himself in his room, Raka's father also seemed worried.

But after Raka's father noticed, nothing was too serious with his son. Also, Raka seemed to have restored his appetite seeing how the supplies in the kitchen were emptied.

Raka's mother, listening to this, was a little touched. Under Raka's father's persuasion, Raka's mother no longer worried too much about him and returned to continue her busy life.

Raka, who had been listening to the sound from outside behind the door, felt a strong sense of guilt towards his mother.

But Raka wasn't ready to see his family, afraid that he would unconsciously do things he shouldn't, and would make his family suspicious.

With this, Raka could only check his body condition. Under careful examination, there were no strange signs in his body, Raka also didn't suddenly get superpowers or anything.

Only his eyes had turned blue as if he was wearing colored contact lenses, but it seemed that it wasn't permanent and vaguely Raka could feel that the blue color in his eyes would fade and his condition would continue to improve. It was estimated that his eyes would return to normal after a while.

But now his left eye had a clear sword slash wound, the scar ran from his eyebrow to below his eye. This was very strange because other wounds on Raka's body that came from the Oberon group had healed completely without leaving scars.

Raka didn't know if the wound was too deep so it left a scar, or if the sword wound was very special because it pierced into his soul.

Because he didn't get any results, Raka didn't think about it anymore.

Raka, who already knew his condition, could finally breathe a sigh of relief.

After no longer having anything to think about, Raka immediately became calm.

In that calmness, unnecessary philosophical questions surged again. Raka continued to grapple with those pointless things until an unknown time he unconsciously fell asleep.

The next morning, Raka was woken up by his mother to go to school.

Whether because of his Virtual Resonance, or because he was exhausted yesterday, Raka's sleep this time was sound. He had never been this comfortable before.

Moreover, his chaotic thoughts seemed to be slightly suppressed compared to last night. He was no longer so entangled with unnecessary things.

After showering, Raka prepared to have breakfast with his family.

But when Raka was about to go out, the dazzling light pierced sharply into his eyes.

With this, Raka ransacked his room before finally getting round-framed sunglasses.

When he arrived at the dining table, his family looked at Raka with strange expressions. But none of them talked about it, afraid that their words would hurt Raka's self-esteem.

After eating, Raka's mother still seemed worried but didn't ask further. She could only tell her son to be careful and not do anything extreme.

When listening to this, Raka couldn't help but ask what would happen to his mother if she knew that last night her son tried to commit suicide.

After that, Raka walked to the bus stop that led to school.

Upon arriving at school, Raka immediately became the center of attention, seeing his style as he walked and the things he wore.

But even though he was being watched, Raka's mentality was no longer cowardly like the previous days and was not at all disturbed by other people's words or actions, making him walk calmly into the classroom.

Upon arriving in the classroom, Raka again experienced strange stares from everyone.

Raka remained indifferent and sat in his place.

"Hi Raka, how are you?" Agung asked hesitantly and timidly.

Raka's other friends also looked at Raka with anticipation.

Raka, seeing all this, was not at all disturbed because he knew that his friends were worried about him but also didn't want to hurt his self-esteem.

Raka felt a little warm in his heart thinking that besides his family, he still had people who cared about him.

"Hehe, don't worry, even though I awakened a Resonance in the form of a bed, I will remain the strongest figure in the universe! My story will be very exciting where a depressed teenager rises to become something that people can't imagine."

"Hey Raka, don't talk big! I'm sure I'll be the strongest person!" Rangga said dissatisfied.

With this, a group of people breathed a sigh of relief and smiled silently while interacting with each other.
