The Extra’s Survival: Logging into the Game Master System!

Chapter 156: [Volume 4: Prologue!]

[Volume 4: Eternals!]

-Thud!

Falling on the ground, I found myself in the middle of the forest. And then slowly standing up, I dusted my shirt before removing the blindfold. While the strong blind guy gig was fine in the previous world, it might be an overkill in a modern society.

"Anyways. Which way to the nearest city now?" I thought as I located a highway about a dozen kilometers away from here, and a huge city about 80 kilometers from here.

And then stretching a bit, I then took the first step towards the highway.

-Whoosh!

[Kinetic Mastery!]

And ran through everything that was present in front of me. Despite a huge forest in front of me, passing through it was as fast as through a clear road. The best part? Not a single leaf flipped as I moved.

-Whoosh!

-Whoosh!

I looked around the forest on the map and found a bunch of humans here and there. They were campers and a few more travellers here and there. A bunch of cops on the east side of here and a few more people running away from them.

"Seems like normal to me," I mumbled as I reached the highway, and stepped on the side of the road before looking at the time it took to reach here.

"23 seconds, huh? Not bad," I smiled as I then waited for a car to appear. Since I am gonna spend some time as a 'almost' normal human, I should try doing things the normal way.

And not even a few seconds later, a couple of cars appeared in my normal view. Though they raced past me without stopping even for a second. Even though I was near a curve area where the cars should slow down, I guess nobody wants a random hitchhiker with them, huh?

Well pretty understandable. I would have done the same.

So should I wait more or just go to the city?

-Screeech!

As I was thinking, I found a bike stopping not too far from me. Wearing a black jacket over her black pants, her entire body was covered from top to bottom in black. I could see through the black glass of her helmet, deeper into her blue eyes, and a smile formed on my face as I moved closer to her.

And before I could even ask, she signalled me to sit behind her and I nodded before sitting behind her. For the sake of courtesy, I put my hands at the rare handles, but she just looked at me like I am an idiot before pulling my hands around her waist as she directed me,

"Hold tight like your life depends on it. I am not gonna slow down my speed below 150." Read latest stories on My Virtual Library Empire

"Sure," I answered before holding tightly as she turned the accelerator and drove the bike. Took less than 10 seconds before the bike reached 100 and in another few seconds, we reached 170.

'Aren't we breaking a lot of rules?' I thought as I saw the speed limit being 150, though since I was just a hitchhiker, I decided not to say anything on that. On the other hand, I looked at the map through the city, trying to find out the things that I could enjoy here. And luckily, I did find a dozen things here and there.

Observing each of those places, I found a few fun things that could help me go on for the next two weeks. This should be enough to enjoy.

For the next 20 minutes, I kept going through my system, looking at my skills and what I could do with them. With my creation index, I doubt I would need to use GM points here at all. I could just use my own energy to create anything that I like.

The Bike moved into the city at the same speed, and slowed down to 100 as we went straight into the center of the city. There was a lot of rash driving, but given how not a single scratch appeared on the bike, I guess she was a skilled biker.

And by the time we reached near the center of the city, she stopped by a skyscraper with her bike stopping right at the doorstep. I got off first, before she took out the key and passed it to the valet.

Then taking off her helmet, her long blonde hair complimenting her blue eyes, appeared in my vision. Passing the helmet to the valet, she then looked at me speaking,

"You are welcome."

And then as she was about to enter into the building the valet stopped her,

"Excuse me miss. I can't do that."

'Ooh! A drama!' My eyes glistened as I looked at the Valet observing the girl before he added," a murder has happened in the building and people aren't allowed in. I apologise for the inconvenience."

"I know. I am here for that," she then took out a card and showed that valet. That Valet's eyes bulged out as he looked at the card, before he took a few steps away from her before politely bowing. I observed the entire face slapping scene with my own two glistening eyes.

'Scratch today's plans. We are gonna see something much better here,' I smiled as I took a peek at the card that had something 'SIA' written over it. Perhaps some higher force of investigations?

I saw her entering the lobby while the Valet simply took the keys and moved the bike from here. Standing alone there, I pondered for a few seconds before entering the gates of the building as well.

Since she was only a dozen steps ahead of me, that blonde haired girl paused before looking at me. Her eyes were confused for a few seconds before she asked,

"And where are you going?"

"I… had an appointment here as well," I gave out a forced smile as I looked at her, while her eyes narrowed at me. She wanted to ask me something before her cell phone rang, and perhaps the thing on the other side was important, her eyes turned grim before she began running towards the stairs.

"JUST WAIT THERE AND HIDE! I AM COMING CHAR!" She shouted before placing her phone in the side pocket and began running at full speed.

'Slowly' following behind her, I also tried looking at what was going on in here.

And much to my surprise… There was a ghoul-like thing there.

'I guess… it's not a simple world, is it?' I wondered as I also reached the 7th floor where that other girl was trying to hide from it while the ghoul tried to eat her as crazily as possible.
