Adventures of Leo in Tensura.

Chapter 2: 2 I hope I am Overpowered

She pointed at the house. "You just—made that. Instantly. With magic. Again." She sounded frustrated.

Leo smirked. "Yeah, well, I had experience with this kind of thing before. We used to do similar stuff back in the Empire." While they were walking, Leo told about his little backstory, not anything useful but that cleared any doubts about his origins; it was difficult, though, because as far as he knew, Hinata wasn't as cultured as him, so she struggled with certain terms.

She didn't reply, still processing everything.

Leo didn't push. Instead, he stepped inside, taking a seat as he pulled up the mental screen he had been ignoring.

(There are some common skills but I don't think they need to be told)

Leo leaned back, eyes narrowing.

Some of these he had expected. Others…

"Interesting," he muttered.

Hinata, now sitting across from him, finally spoke up. "What's interesting?"

Leo glanced at her before smirking. "You wouldn't believe me if I told you."

Hinata crossed her arms. "Try me."

Leo chuckled, "You will find out soon,"

Hinata just pouted, a reaction he didn't expect from her.

Suddenly, he felt something on his radar.

Oh, this was going to be fun.

(Leo)

Sitting in the temporary house I had created, I let my mind wander.

The rush of isekai had died down, and now I finally had the time to assess my situation properly.

I closed my eyes.

"Grand Warden, summarize the fundamental laws of this world." I mentally commanded to my Unique skill.

[Processing…]

A stream of information poured into my mind, structured, efficient, and direct.

Magicules are the fundamental energy of this world, akin to mana but far more potent. They not only fuel spells but also define a creature's very existence, but for monsters, this made me wonder what I am now?

Skills are manifestations of willpower, knowledge, and experience. They can evolve and change.

Creatures with enough magical and strong souls can develop skills.

Unlike my previous world, where magic required formulas and external sources, here, magic can be shaped instinctively if one has enough control over magicules.

"Grand Warden, summarize my current abilities."

[Processing…]

[Unique Skill: Grand Warden]

—A skill embodying leadership, strategic foresight, and mastery over large-scale magic.

—It passively grants knowledge of magic-based systems and battlefield control.

—It allows instinctive use of Hero Equipment abilities.

—It enhances support-type abilities, such as barriers, healing, and reinforcement spells.

Its sub-skills are-

[Authority of the Warden] – Instinctively understands the flow of battle and adjusts magic-based strategies for maximum effectiveness.

[Magic Field Manipulation] – Influences the local magicules, enabling large-scale buffs or debuffs.

[Artifact Integration] – Allows fusion of the Artifacts abilities into personal skills.

[Thought Acceleration], [Analytical Appraisal], [Chant Annulment], [Parallel Calculation]

"That's… ridiculous," I muttered.

Not only could I instantly use the Hero Equipment's powers, but I could also modify them.

No wonder the moment I entered this world, I felt different.

I 'glanced' at my other Unique Skill.

[Unique Skill: Starborn Summoner]

I was an evolution of my previous summoning magic, now directly linked to my soul. It allows the summoning of troops, entities, and constructs from my personal energy, and it can modify and empower summoned entities based on available magicules.

Sub-Skills of Starborn Summoner

1. [Astral Gate]

Allows summoning from different dimensions or realms.

2. [Summoner's Dominion] (Passive)

Grants absolute control over summoned entities.

3. [Starborn Evolution] (Passive)

4. Summoned creatures can evolve through battles, gaining new traits.

4. [Energy Forging]

Can create construct-type summons (e.g., Golems, Elemental Beasts, Living Weapons).

[Commander's Blessing] (Passive)

Grants buffs to all summoned troops, enhancing strength, speed, and durability.

[Echo of the Fallen]

It allows the resurrection of fallen summons/beings(with energy cost).

[Summoning Instinct] (Passive)

With it I can summon without thinking, reacting purely on instinct.

This was insane.

Before, I was just an average summoner (not really), reliant on external troops. But now? Now, I was the summoning source.

Then, there was my Intrinsic Skill:

[Intrinsic Skill: Star Core]

A fusion of the Star Core Artifact with my Magic Core and its theory, it is a limitless reservoir of energy, constantly absorbing and refining magical and allows a natural evolution of abilities through energy absorption.

But there were many limitations I can imagine like whether I am capable of using the energy, energy overload if I am careless, then since it absorbs magicules from surroundings, it will not be able to function at full potential in area with less magicules.

But still, it was an OP ability.

In the Clash Empire, I had limited mana. But here? My energy would never truly run out.

And, of course, there were my other passive boosts:

—[Immortality] – My body wouldn't age or deteriorate unless destroyed, and here I thought I was really immortal now.

[High-Speed Regeneration]

[Elemental Affinity] – All elemental magic was instinctive to me.

[Magic Resistance] – Most spells and curses would have reduced effects on me.

[Lucky Encounter] – Increased odds of beneficial or rare situations.

I leaned back, exhaling.

This was way more than I expected.

When I died, I thought I would just vanish. But instead, the Star Core merged with me, my abilities evolved, and I landed in a world where magic is second nature.

This changed everything.

I could become something far beyond what I was before.

I glanced at Hinata. She was watching me quietly, arms crossed, clearly thinking about something. Fortunately, Thought Acceleration was passive; otherwise, she would probably think of me as an idiot staring into space blankly.

But one thing I knew was that this world was going to be interesting.
