The room was much better than any room before that. Onia and Brent began searching the it immediately. The room has a mirror, wardrobe, a fireplace, and a wooden floor. "Let's start" They go off searching different parts of the room. Brent tries his luck with the table while Onia searches the bed. They look at every nook and cranny they could find, any place that could fit a sapphire. "Found it!" Finally, after searching for a while, Onia came across something. The bed has a secret compartment that opens if a secret button is pressed. She found it just by feeling her hand around the place and a click sound appeared after she went under the bed. The secret compartment snaps open revealing the content inside. brent moves over to see the Bloodline Sapphire. Onia held it up in her hand and how it to Brent. "It's just like I remember." In her hand lay a tear-shaped blue gem, glowing a little blue in the dimly lit room. "Looks rather plain for a Mystic Treasure" Brent couldn't help but be disappointed, the blue sapphire looked rather normal for a mystic treasure that could locate people. He imagined it would be more... Glamorous "It doesn't need to be beautiful, it just needs to function." Onia took out her self-defense knife and carefully cut her palm. Blood poured from her right palm, and she placed the sapphire on it. The blue gem vibrates with the slightest touch of blood. The blood from her palm is then sucked into the blue jewel. "Onia!" Brent feels like it's dangerous if this continues, the blue gem didn't just consume the blood that seeped out but it also drained the blood off her hand. "It's nothing...." Onia grits her teeth and endures the pain. She could feel her hand getting number and paler. But it's nothing compared to finding her sister. After a bit of time, the Blue gem finally satisfies its hunger. Onia's arm shook uncontrollably, almost dropping the blue gem but she managed to hold on. Blood from her arm rushed back into her hand to fill the gap that the blue sapphire consumed. it felt like ants crawling inside her hand. They wait a bit for the blue sapphire to activate. "Why isn't it doing anything..." As if its bloodline sapphire heard Brent's complaint, its color changed to red, and it shone brighter than before. The sapphire vibrates again but this time, it moves. The pointed tip of a tear-shaped sapphire moves in another direction. "Finally!" This is how she remembers it. The sapphire will point you in the general direction of their blood relatives. She has gained a valuable asset on this trip. Onia couldn't contain her emotion. She jumped up and down from the excitement, she could finally find her sister. Brent also smiled at her reaction. However, that smile was short-lived since they heard a footstep coming down the hallway. Onia and Brent snap out of their joy and turn their attention to the sound. "What the hell did that heretic do... These damn heretics..." It's a soft whisper, an exhausted voice came from the far away room. Onia and Brent both stay as quiet as possible. Getting caught here is not a position they would like to be in. The voice seemed to be rambling about heretics and the closer it got the more familiar it sounded. "Is that Plutus?" Onia whispers to Brent. He wasn't sure either but he nodded anyway because it sounded exactly like the young priest. They held their breath when the footstep came closer. Hoping that the priest didn't find them. "Found it!" The priest said with a shed of happiness in his voice. Then the footstep sound became more distant. The priest finally left the hallway after Brent heard the door close. "We almost got caught" "Yea...." Onia wiped the sweat off her forehead, she was so stressed that she wouldn't dare to wipe it off when the priest was around. "So there really was a heretic..." "Let's get out of here first." Every minute here increases their chance of getting caught. Onia agrees with that, and they make their way out of the underground hallway. They made sure to check the stairs and after that, they made their way to the main church. Finally, they went out of the church without anyone noticing they ever came here. Unless they got blame for the destroyed property, which is unlikely. "Let's go find Theia!" Onia was ready, she had been waiting for this all year. "Now?" "Yes! If we find her faster we could save her faster!" Brent couldn't argue with that logic, especially when she was this excited to find her sister. "Fine" "Thank you, You're the best!" Onia held the sapphire in her hand and let it point toward a direction. She then follows it until it shifts direction again. If they came across a building, she walked past it, and after several hours of traveling through Tumidus' alleys and streets, they were able to pinpoint the location of a hotel on Grand Road. "This is it. The sapphire changes direction if we walk past this hotel. Let go!" Onia couldn't wait to find her sister. She couldn't imagine what kind of evil deed they made her sister do. Theia must be scared of staying with a cult and driven to do something she would regret. Onia wouldn't let that happen! "Hello, welcome to James Hotel what could I do for you?" "I'm here to find my sister" The receptionist squints his eyes. He heard this kind of scam before. Moreover, the person who is asking the question is a hooded person who came in the night. "Ok, what room is your sister staying in?" "Um..." Onia couldn't answer, she couldn't help but curse her own mouth for speaking too fast. The guy receives it and goes to retrieve the key for Brent.
