The Backbender (Avatar: The Last Airbender)

"Have you heard? There are some strange explosion sounds near the Volcano." The villagers talked with a bit of fear in their eyes as they talked.

"Is the Volcano going to explode?" The other one asked with fear in his tone.

"No. Aunt Wu already predicted that it is not going to explode."

As the villagers talk in fear. Back at the base of the Volcano. Kanuk was doing kicks, jabs and all kinds of acrobatic movements. His body is rigid and strong.

Earth Bending is the most powerful state in a rigid and confident movement. Kanuk has been doing nothing but Earth Bending for 3 hours straight, with no rest or anything.

His stamina by now might as well be infinite. His Chi reserves grow by 10% every second. His stamina is so strong that it depletes slower than it comes back.

"Haa!" Kanuk did a 360 high kick as he screamed. The ground split for dozens of meters before closing back up in a second. The Volcano itself trembled.

"Man. I worked up quite a sweat, I should go shower." Kanuk smiled as he turned around. He leapt from the hill in a burst of power. The ground under him broke, and his figure shot out faster than the eye could follow.

Boom!

The sound barrier broke as Kanuk took flight. His body was much stronger than before. After his Elemental Body upgraded into Spirit Body, it became much more powerful.

Kanuk has grown powerful. Powerful is an understatement. He knows the sub-bendings of 2 main elements. He is physically more powerful than a spirit.

He is basically a mini-superman in the world of Avatar. The only beings that he can't touch yet are the high-tier spirits like Raava and Vaatu. 

Boom!

Kanuk landed outside a spring service business. He handed some money to the owner, and then he went inside. His clothes vanished as he entered the hot spring.

"You finished training?" Katara asked with a smile as she went to his side, her palm resting on his chest. Fei smirked as he sensed the tension in the air increase.

"Can we do the thing?" Fei asked, and Katara looked at him with a smirk. Kanuk looked up at the sky, and he nodded with a grin. The three soon were lost in the woes of pleasure.

Bubbling*

The inside of the Volcano was bubbling as smoke drifted out from it. The lava started to rise slowly, and from its speed, it will take a few hours before it gets critical.

As time passed. The villagers started getting worried as smoke started coming out from the Volcano. Before long, the townspeople finally figured out that the Volcano would explode.

They started packing, but it was too late as they realised too late that it would activate. In the hot spring, Katara, Fei and Kanuk were washing their bodies off from grime and white sauce.

Splash!

Kanuk walked out of the hot spring, the water sliding off his body. He was standing at a height of 5'10 since he has grown. His body has gained some muscles, all compact and lean.

He basically had the body of Sung Jin Woo after he gained the system. But a bit shorter. His hair was a bit longer, reaching his shoulders in length.

Kanuk took out some socks, his long black baggy pants, and a tight black shirt that outlined his muscles. Kanuk is now unharmed by low or hot temperatures, so he abandoned his blue jacket.

He wears the fit of Toji from Jujutsu Kaisen, except the pants are black, and his shoes are also black. Katara and Fei looked at Kanuk dressed. Their cheeks turn red.

"Changing your looks?" Katara asked with confusion since Kanuk always wore his blue jacket. Kanuk turned around with a grin and flexed his stomach, showing his abs.

"These babies deserve to be shown. Don't you think?" Katara and Fei blushed before they suddenly felt the ground tremble. They looked up at the sky and noticed it was cloudy.

Kanuk started floating and shot into the sky as he looked at the Volcano. It was almost night, and the tip of the Volcano was red with lava flowing over it.

"Damn! That lava is a lot." Kanuk flew to the end of the village, and he calmly waited for the lava to start flowing out towards the town. The townspeople were trying to run.

"Run!"

"The Volcano is exploding!"

Kanuk clicked his tongue as he looked back into the town. He does not know how anyone can believe a woman can tell the fortune. That's impossible unless she is connected to the spirit realm.

"Fools. This is what you get for being so naive." Kanuk muttered under his breath as he looked back at the Volcano. It was rumbling as it started erupting.

Boom!

The air above the Volcano exploded as showers of molten fireballs and earth flew out. The lava leaked out and started rolling towards the town, swallowing everything.

Kanuk smirked as he closed his eyes. He groaned as he started absorbing the sound waves that the Volcano made with every tremble and shake, his hands shaking.

Crack*

Kanuk puts his hand out as a ball of condensed air vibrations and air is made. Kanuk continued with it until the lava was a mere dozens of meters away from the village.

"Kanuk! What the hell is this?" Katara and Fei arrived with shocked faces as they watched the lava rolling down like a beast. They looked behind and saw the fear of the townspeople.

"Don't worry. I will take care of it." Kanuk said with gritted teeth. His chi reserves started shrinking as he enhanced the vibrations and air in his hand.

When the lava was only 20 meters away from Kanuk. He spreads his legs and squats down a little while putting his hands on the right side of his waist.

The vibrations and air crackled with enough energy to blow up the town with a glowing ball in his palms. Kanuk barely managed to contain it in his palm without losing control.

"KA!"

"ME!"

"HA!"

"ME!"

Kanuk took a deep breath as he watched the lava a few meters away from him. Kanuk thrust his hand forward and shouted as his chi burst out of his body, bathing him in blue flames.

"HAAAAA!!"

Sound bending is more like the movements of particles and vibrations, in my opinion. So, I made it similar to Whitebeard's fruit. Obviously, it's not anywhere near as strong, but you get the idea.
